Another fun week! Really starting to believe in this strain. We have now filled 80/81 squares with atleast 1 bud, most have 3. The lower flowers have made a sprint for the surface so happy with that. Applied some high stress training this time around as I really wanted a flat canopy from this point. A dozen or more branches bent off at a 90 degree angle to achieve that. Only one casualty. Upped the food to about 125% what ghe recommends along with some future harvest ton o bud. Did a really good flush and clean with half strength solution as I refilled. Decided to add a little phosphoric acid as i hadn't been for a few weeks. Flower set is coming along nicely. Plant 1 is still way ahead, but fairly docile whereas plant 2 finally put on some flowers and had started to stretch. Plant 1, oddly enough, has actually slowed its internodal growth and is starting to pack on the buds🤷‍♂️ As far as the phenotypes go, I think I lucked out and got two different purple varieties. I could be dead wrong, but both plants seem to show purple on early flower set. The mature fans look oddly lanky for a pure indica🤔 I have a half dozen clones that will hopefully take as I'd really like to give this strain another go. Til' next week🙌

The Gas Tax x Obama Runtz plant is looking really good. It's got these super pretty leaves and it's stretched a whole bunch. I think it might be my favorite plant in the tent. The new year is off to a frosty start! We've had snow falling for what feels like forever. My kids are loving it, of course. They're building forts, having snowball fights, and turning everything into a winter wonderland. It's been a lot of fun to watch them enjoy it. All this snow is really making me think about how quickly time flies. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating the holidays, and now here we are knee-deep in winter. I'm looking forward to warmer weather, but for now, I'm enjoying the quiet beauty of fresh snow.

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.

They are all putting on weight quickly and taking shape very impressed with all of them and they prob have another week or so before flush/harvest. Started the flush on this one. Wow well she has absolutely shot up this week! She's grown 45cm!!!! But what I do notice is she has massive internodal spacing. Not sure if it's something I did wrong or what... She is growing well after her flush. All the new leaves do not have the spots on. They are solid green! Again, thanks for the heads up @BigDaddyK on that one!

These 2 girls are looking and smelling good, canopy is almost full. I'm glad they are staying smaller and not over running my grow box. Had to LST the first girl again. She recovered well and now fully spread out and shes finishing up stretch. She has some yellowing leafs at the bottom so I upgraded her nutrients to 5ml/gal. I will see how she reacts to it and adjust accordingly. The second girl was just a big bundle of leafs, I took off about 10-15 big leafs, now more bud sites are exposed. (See Pictures) Maybe I can get a little bit more LTS out of her. I'm not sure she is going to stretch anymore. Time will tell.

Ok day 31 and these girls are beginning to show signs of flower.I did some light defoliation and top dressed with Gaia green power bloom which should feed them through the short explosive flowering cycle.Ill just use plain water and add recharge every week until they finish.Later on this week I will add a bamboo scrog net I made to spread the branches out and remove the photos to another tent :)

Buds are swelling up coming up to the final couple of weeks in flower. Will push for another week or two as trichomes are now mostly cloudy. Some of the tops have been pulled out slightly just to try an increase light penetration

The plant is beautiful but she will give a poor harvest, smell is citrus and pungent like the GG4 usually is with gassy notes 🔥 I look forward to smoke it and hope one day to have the Exotic Genetics seeds to grow 💚

Week 10, Week 10 has been fun. The buds are becoming denser and starting to almost look like a finished product. I am planning on harvesting the plant the first week of next month, so three weeks or so and counting! I am adjusting the tie downs twice a week trying to get the buds as much sunlight as possible. I am watering every 3 days with 6.0 ph water. I have been putting a teaspoon of FloraNova in the water with a tablespoon of molasses mixed in but it appears she received a little nutrient burn. I'm not to worried about it because I wanted to make sure the flower sites received enough nutrients to make some dense dank buds. It isn't a huge burn but a little. As a result I started mixing only half a teaspoon of FloraNova in the water to make sure any future burn doesn't happen. I am excited about the plant, she is starting to look like a thiccy ha I am probably going to starting flushing in three weeks. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns/comments. Hey folks, as you can see, the ladies did not do well after the transplant. I have have burned the plants a bit by spraying them down with neem oil as a preventive maint. The next few days after spraying, it got really hot and I belive the spray left too much oil residue for the plants to transpire. Also to note that I did not take time to harden the plants. As usal watered the plants every 2-3 days with pH and mixed with 1tsb per gal of molas. New growth is looking good. I also topped them also.
