Well, this week didn't really have much going on. There was only 1 watering. What an odd week.
I managed to get a couple of up-close recordings of 2 strains.
The Jelly Bananen has started to yellow. It seems to be all over, and I haven't exactly started flushing yet.
Or maybe she has begun flushing. She is supposed to finish up right around 63 days and the last nutrient feeding was only 590ppm, so it is most definitely a possibility.
The next time I water will be with recycled water with extremely low ppm (under 100), and I'm expecting to do a 14-day flush.
I'm slightly concerned that the Jelly Bananen may have to be harvested early if the yellowing spreads to the sugar leaves.
Guess I'll be finding out in the next week or so.

Der erste Eindruck der Buds ist sehr positiv. Die Buds sind enorm klebrig und fest, dazu ein fast schon stechender Geruch von Diesel in der Nase, der von einer süßen Note abgerundet wird. Das Tasting folgt nach dem curen ⛽️🍦
OSS Gorilla Glue #4 kann ich jedem Grower empfehlen! Der Strain lässt jegliches Training mit sich machen ohne Zeichen von Stress zu zeigen und beglückt den Grower mit dicken köstlichen Blüten 🔥 Daher werde ich den Strain zu 100% ein erneutes Mal kultivieren. Mein persönlicher Lieblingsstrain ✨

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

Since this will probably be her last week. I may upload the end of the week as well into this. As of today 10/16 she is day 56 or 8 weeks of flowering total

Week 8 of Flowering, pistils are turning brown. Will check tricolms next week. Since I am doing hydro, flushing can commence the final week.
*finally got my co2 meter to work so boosting co2 to 1000 ppm and increased light output but 20%. The rent increased 30% in humidity and raised 4 degrees F so manageable for sure.

First in water, then transfered to a paper towel.
2-3 Days in only two opened up , I dropped all into the soil - eventually the last one also germinated.
Eventually, 2 weeks in, they were still not growing much.

I had to give the first, watering in the week of just water. To flush some nutrients that may have still been in the soil. Then today 23.08 gave the Alien plants some nutes. The blueberry plants, got 1,5 litre water each with some molasses and Epsom slats.

Day 50. All grow got busted heavily, for few last waterings AT LEAST pH was way off. When I caught it instead of my presumed 6.3 it was 5.7 . So damaged leaves and delayed smaller harvest. Very sad , especially when I am forced to leave ASAP.
Guess I'll delay my holiday for few weeks more ;))))
Outdoors girls beaten by frost, so no hope from them too. Worst time to put them out ... Live and learn ...
Mars SP150 is back ! I need more Watts and she helped to veg 5 girls for my friend already. I took light back a bit , anyway his girls are in greenhouse already ;)))

Another week has gone by and not to be a broken record but the girls continue to look great. Buds are swelling, and I would guess they have 2-3 weeks left to go. Seeing lots of trichome production already as well. Lights have been 650&700 umol/s across the canopy.
Only weird thing is that on the front plant the lower part of the fabric pot and 1/4 of the roots are turning the same green as the Plagron additive that I started using. Noticed it a few days after starting the new nutes so thinking that's all it is because the plant is otherwise looking healthy. Let's keep these ladies happy and get them to the finish line!

Super freaking dense canopy! Did a major defoliation and clean up of the interior shoots. Probably a 13 gallon trash can full. One of my 4 fans went out so I bought four more for a total of 7 fans. With a canopy this thick I didn’t want to take any chances. 4 fans under the canopy and 3 above. Increased nutes again. Left side of tent is stacking buds and right side looks to be about to start stacking. For a first grow these are much larger than I anticipated. I expect 4 plants in a 4x5 to have plenty of room but I am packed wall to absolute wall! Good problems to have I guess!

Week 7 since we switched the light to 12/12,
What’s up fellow gardeners?
So this week, things got a little faster because 2 gorilla ladies started to mature earlier than their other two companions, so they had to be given a little different treatment. They needed a little manicure so that the lower flowers could also ripen. Did a moderately severe defoliation on this 2 plants. The other two are just getting fatter and gaining more weight lovely at the moment.
The flowers are beautifully full, the VPD is excellent and the resin is constantly flowing seriously.
The ladies are still hungry and drinking 5 litres of water every 3 days. The two gals who are ahead got their first ripening cure with Final Part, the other two were fed as usual.
The scent is starting to become a little more complex, with a basket of ripe fruit added to the sweetness. I really hope this will stay until the end of the grow and after a good dry and cure process we can get it back in the final smoke.💨🍭
Crisping has started on one pheno on the biggest fan leaves, but I think it’s genetic related so I don’t attach much importance to it.🍁
It really seems like the more advanced of the two should be harvested first, which I think will happen within 2 weeks at most. The other two a week or 1,5 later but it will definitely happen before Christmas time.

After the move into the larger pots, I noticed the girls starting to lean in, and lift thier leaves. I adjusted the height of the lamp to 23" and thier leaves backed off from over reaching. Thinking of topping this weekend, as the ladies look to have enough nodes now. All in all, things have been going very well.

Besides a few leaf spots here and there everything is going smoothly, 2 waterings this week, one with just PH'd and 3ml of cal-mag water, the other with the mentioned nutes, around a half gal each watering( first time I actually used my growbig). When I've been watering, I've been going off pot weight, so no set schedule. Doing half strength compared to what fox farm suggested because of the soil still holding nutes. Going to bump it up to normal strength the coming week. I turned the light intensity down for a few days to 70%ish. I thought this might help with some stretch and the discolored tips. I went ahead and did some major defoliation this time around compared to last time as well with the goal of narrowing down my bud sites/colas. I also ended up just snipping off the FIM'd tip as it was very scrawny and funky looking.
So far I'm very happy with this strain(I have nothing to compare it to lol), but I know it's time to switch to flowering in a week, two tops. Just going to keep taking my time with her and making sure we have a happy plant, not a rushed one. As always I'd love to hear from the community on what you guys think. Thank you and God Bless

12-11-2024 Se mantiene en rehidratacion constante y vigilancia ya que son los dias mas vulnerables de la plantula.
15-11-2024 Se coloca por la tarde en el recipiente hidroponico ya que la plantula ya tiene la madurez necesaria, y se colocan nutrientes en dosis muy baja.
16-11-2024 Primer Contacto de raizes en agua.
18-11-2024 Se nota la evolucion radicular de la planta y se observa mejoria.
