2025 Plagron / Zamnesia Eternity Grow Runtz Auto Week 11 Flower 7 Runtz Automatic is in her last week; March 17 had her wet trim and was put in the dark for 2 days before getting the chop on March 20. Runtz fade and nutrient usage apparent in the leaves combined with a check of her trichomes were an indication of readiness. The older pistils are turning orange brown and water consumption is slowing down. Many leaves were fully yellow and fell off when I touched them. Her leaves look pretty with lime greens, pinky purples in the bud formation. The buds are dense and covered in trichomes supported nicely with her stems. Through the microscope, the trichomes are mostly milky with some amber as well. She was harvested on day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. She will hang to dry in a darkened room. Temps are 71-72and 50% humidity. This week the gals were fed on March 17 & 19. Pics were taken on the 17th. Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!

This week brought a mix of progress and a little drama. On Day 30, the Do-Si-Dos Auto was top-dressed with worm castings, Stonington Plant Food, and fish bone meal, then watered with a Big Bud nutrient solution (2 ml/L). She responded well and showed continued healthy growth. On Day 32, a surprising discovery: the main stem had snapped during earlier LST without being noticed, effectively topping the plant. The damage was clean and the plant adjusted quickly, redirecting growth to surrounding branches. LST ties were released temporarily to reduce stress, and leaves were tucked to expose new growth. Light LST resumed later in the week to maintain an even canopy. Humidity ranged from 53–65% and temps hovered between 75–81°F. Lighting was gradually increased to nearly 75% over the course of the week, with the light height raised to 21" above the canopy after redesigning the desk setup. The plant was placed onto a new auto-watering base, raising the pot height and improving drainage and airflow. No Cal-Mag was applied this week, but a Cal-Mag watering is planned for early Week 6.

Pictures taken on day 78 since sprout for the Northern Lights (left/right), day 75 for the Orion (middle). NL#2 (left) still more and more rust colored spots, won't get better I gave up but bulking nicely. NL#2 (right) comming along, looking healthy, bulking up. Orion (middle) was chopped up for the most part to give the Northern Lights more space. I expect a 1kg+ wet yield for each Northern Light. Did a little final defoliation and rearranged the Northern Lights a little. Did a reservoir change at the beginning of the week and added a little more Universol Yellow than Yara Kristalon Orange to get more P. Trichomes are clear/milky on the Northern Lights, probably 2 more weeks. NL#2 smells kind of fruity/lemony fresh.

As you can see here they have gone a much darker green thanks to the amendments starting to get broken down by the microbes. I will be doing some LST and FIM this week to ensure a bushy plant ready for the outdoor by the end of the month.

Plants seem to be growing ok, seeing some fade on the leaves. Not sure if this is a bit nutrient deficiency or not. Plants are drying out faster than usual, probably the temperature. Struggling to get it lower anlong with the humidity. May need a dehumidifier and to crank the a/c.

12 days to full transplantable roots. Right on schedule as expected. Moved 6 of the 12 clones (1 per plant) into a new 45L Rez that I cobbled together in an evening. Just small enough to fit into the cabinet. Hopefully the roots don’t choke each other out for territory while we work to reveg, re-flower and ultimately seed em all for the new F3 line. We’ll pick the best buds from the lot for the next testing run once we see what the pheno variation looks like from the main run in the tent. It’s a process and annoyance not to be yielding bud off a grow cycle but it is what it is if you want your own signature stuff. Alls good for now. Let’s just hope that the 6 coats of paint I threw on the lid is enough to keep out the grow light penetration🤞. Shoulda used black, whatever.

8 semanas desde el cambio de foto periodo. Ya están casi hechas las plantas, yo creo que una semana mas de abono y luego a lavar raíces, de todas formas sigue comiendo (aunque creo que sobrefertilice). Buen cultivo para tod@s. ✊
