OK this was my 1st grow and I set everything up went through all my controls and away to go ... wrong after pre flower came I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting these ladies to flip.... So I went through everything with runoff feeds Everything you can think of except my timers on the lights and this low and behold was the problem!! where I was going to the tent at similar times everyday the light was on and the timers were set right on the clock except I didn't see the switch on the side that makes the timer work continuously or to how the clock is set....šŸ™ˆšŸ˜” Found this and away to go my ladies had some well needed sleep and away to go they flipped By now these had all bushed right out but were getting no tricomes I now had a hell of a load of feeds and kept up the way I was feeding Water Water Feed and all 4 plants in my tent were all heading for the finish line at the same time.... And now I've cut the Northern and the jack down and from my northern lights I had 200g dry weight I didn't do a wet weight it was too hard to do in the space I had (too many colas and massive nugs along with the stragglers that were lost in amongst it all ) She was really resilient and to have come through all those weeks of no rest and only light for 24hrs continuously I'm surprised that I've got this far Flavours and smells are great and the smoke isn't the strongest but when cure now I will see how this little lady comes on I'm happy for my 1st and have learned so much throughout this journey I will update with more but the next diary will be of the other lady in the tent and will give a more detailed explanation of the full journey but as far as crop goes she gave and gave and gave that little more !! Thanks all for following and I hope my next write up will be all the more detailed for u šŸ˜€ As she drys mire and more and I've got the exact weight down her figures are not really changing as I've dried her down as much as I want to ....even if this was something that I wanted to keep as a heavier product weather it was for keeping for myself which is what I will be doing rather than to try to get extra weight if I was doing this grow for resale, but this was never the case it was always a grow I've done to help lower my own smoking costs for my own gain and not resale... So again very happy as these final weights are getting revised there will be more to add to the weight with 1 more plant on the harvest but almost double if not more than doubling what I have already put on but I will change my numbers to 2 lots p .tent and an extremely challenging massive yield OMG 😲 she has yes given given and given more beyond more !!!!

Week 5 day 1. I have a favourite for next run. I’m very happy, I haven’t really defoliated at all this grow, just letting it grow. Wish I was going for mains(topping) but still very good. Going to wait around week 9 so seeds will be good for next run. I have decided to do very hard hst next round to show max potential. Very happy with supercropping so will do it very heavy with scrog. I will try to reveg the one I really like but it is difficult having only 1 set of lights and 1 tent. Plants are about 7ft tall, might just run 2 next round in 4x8 or will still continue to go 4 in the 4x8.

DAY 56 Flowering: Well here we are growmies. It is that time.... we have bud porn , beautiful leaves naturally fading and adding to the Autumn looking harvest. The 2 Girl scout cookies have kept a really happy pace this week with the #2 still pushing fresh pistils out and swelling. She is getting nice and tacky too. Both of the girls smell like a candy shop raid now too. My filters are useless in regards to these ladies but I am not complaining . Lol After I finished the video , I decided it was time for the #2 Girl , who is now sat in the dark trying to figure out where the sun and her sister has gone. She will get 48 hours , then be trimmed for drying and curing. The other girl will be joining her some time this week too for sure but as her pistils are so fresh in a lot of places , she will get to dance a little longer . The Amnesia girls are slowly building trichs and bud weight now on their last stretch before ripening those trichs. Only the #3 has any real signs of fade so far too which could be down to wrong feeding when I assumed she was a Girl scout cookie. The buds on her look very much like the Amnesia too. Thet remind me of cacti close up !. The rectangular girl #2 has kept all her jewels tucked away inside her frame but i have made sure there is plenty of airflow within her bush to keep the nasties away. All in all they look very potent and I can already see the lost fine and forgotten tasks within those crystal ball trichs. Lol The guest critical cheese is slowly ambling along and looks bare in comparison to the other strains. She still has about 3 weeks , alongside the Amnesia haze , to fill out those long colas. Fingers crossed. Until next time growmies. Be safe and well.

If you are lonely when you are alone, then you are in bad company. Bee pollen is considered a ā€œvitamin bombā€ due to the presence of almost all vitamins with an average of 0.02–0.7% of its total content, with a higher amount of water-soluble than fat-soluble vitamins. Bee pollen contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. It also provides minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, and selenium, I mixed a bunch of that with some honey and RAW cane molasses to make a nice big bucket of tea. A family friend who is a beekeeper was kind enough to share some honey. The nutritional content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as various polyphenolic antioxidants. I am loading up nature's finest sugars, and sweet things, Honey & Mollases. UV-B-induced DNA damage (CPDs and 6–4 PPs) can be repaired efficiently by photolyases. Pyrimidine dimers can be repaired by nucleotide excision repair (NER), or bypassed by replicative polymerases (Britt 2004). The expression of the CPD photolyase (PHR) gene is induced by UV-B light dependent on UVR8 signaling pathway, and is also induced by blue and UV-A light (Li et al. 2015) https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s44154-022-00076-9?fromPaywallRec=true Old but gold. The camera picks up far more light than there is during the night cycle, camera is showing bright pink violet collages but my eyes barely see a thing, about 0.25ppfd in that tent overnight. Have been tweaking the spectrum of moonlight/intensity and watching the responses overnight. Tweak, tweak, tweak all week. PAR is 400-700nm, Overnight UVA in the tent is all 365nm and 385nm, so the meter only picks up a fraction of the light curve that makes it photosynthetically active past 400nm. Of the light in the tent, 0.25ppfd is from UVA Looks like It makes them šŸ•ŗ šŸ•ŗ šŸ’ƒ all night. Better flower soon or ill be screwed for space, they are stretching, but is it "the stretch"? She has fire in her belly. Growing crops with insufficient light (i.e., below ā€œoptimal,ā€ as defined here) limits the yield potential, which in turn wastes the other production inputs including labour, water, nutrients and electricity. As lighting fixture is one of the most expensive investment of the production, what is the relationship between light intensity and yield? Potter and Duncombe (2012) grew cannabis plants with varying canopy-level PPFDs during the flowering stage and found that increasing PPFD from 400 to 900 μmolĀ·māˆ’2Ā·sāˆ’1 increased yield an average of 1.3 times higher, across seven cultivars, with no light intensity treatment effects on floral cannabinoid concentrations. Vanhove et al. (2011) found that cannabis yields were 1.3 to 3.1 times higher (depending on cultivar) when plants were grown under approximately 1000 μmolĀ·māˆ’2Ā·sāˆ’1 compared to approximately 450 μmolĀ·māˆ’2Ā·sāˆ’1 during the flowering stage. It was predicted that cannabis yield would exhibit a saturating response to increasing Light intensity, thereby signifying an optimum light intensity range for indoor cannabis production. However, a new research from Morrison (2021), after 81 daysā€˜ experiment, found that When plants grew under LI ranging from 1200 to 1800 μmolĀ·m–2Ā·s–1 provided by light emitting diodes (LEDs), inflorescence yield increased linearly as LI increased up to 1800 μmolĀ·m–2Ā·s–1. "Cannabis will not stop flowering if the lights are turned on for a few minutes once or twice during the 2-month-long flowering cycle. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 conĀsecutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth." "Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flowĀering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Well-bred indica-dominant plants will revert within three days. Sativa-dominant plants take four to five days to revert to vegetative growth. Once they start to revegetate, it can take from four to six adĀditional weeks to induce flowering again!" Guess ill find out my answer soon.

OG Kush is a big plant, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, those leaves are real drama queens when it comes to humidity. The slightest dip, and they start getting all wonky. I'm thinking I might need a humidifier in there to keep things happy and healthy. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

Removed damaged leaves from DinaMed CBD Plus (DC+). Refreshed res'. Using Alaskan Organic Bloom to control my PH till the massive rises stop. Close now. Put another air line and stone into both buckets. Seems to help. Adding Microbe tea (formula below) as well as Hygrozyme and Advanced Nutrients Tarantula. Adding Alaskan Bloom not only helps the PH but feeds the microbes. Brewing tea also helps chelation of the metal micro nutrients as well as converting Humic acid to Fulvic acid which is easier for the plant to uptake. Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving! (Check out the complete video episode for all the details šŸ˜‰). The girls are looking amazing, all pretty much the same size for now, so I don’t have any favorites yet—but let’s see what the future holds! For photos, I used both my Nikon P900 and Sony A6000, with a bunch of lenses and filters to preserve the true colors—these LEDs are powerful! Current Setup & Conditions This week, they’re still chilling with their sisters in the big tent, but in about a week, they’ll be moving into the TrolMaster ecosystem for even better environmental control. Watering: pH 6.06, EC 0.96 Temperature: A bit cold , but it is what it is. We’re facing some freezing outdoor temps (as shown last week in the frosty veggie garden pics!), yet these Runtz are holding strong like true champions. šŸ’Ŗā„ļø Nutrition: Still on the Aptus Clean Program, with: Regulator System Clean RO Water Conditioner All-in-One Liquid Root Development: The Real MVP! Let’s go deep on roots! The mycorrhizae in the Pro-Mix soil has been working its magic, and I’m still boosting them further with a touch of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. The root development on this transplant was insane—super white, healthy, and ready to explode with growth. What Are Mycorrhizae? The word ā€œmycorrhizaā€ comes from Greek: • Myco- meaning fungus • Rhiza- meaning root Mycorrhizae are a type of beneficial fungi that form a symbiotic (mutually beneficial) relationship with plant roots. These fungi extend far beyond the root zone, creating an underground network that helps plants absorb water, nutrients, and improve overall health. This is not a single species but rather a whole category of fungi, mainly divided into: 1. Ectomycorrhizae – Live on the outside of plant roots, forming a sheath around them. Common in trees like pines and oaks. 2. Endomycorrhizae (Arbuscular Mycorrhizae, AMF) – The most beneficial for most crops and cannabis. These penetrate root cells, forming structures inside the roots that exchange nutrients. Where Are Mycorrhizae Found in Nature? Mycorrhizae naturally occur in forests, grasslands, and undisturbed soils worldwide. They play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance by helping plants access nutrients from the soil. In a natural environment, plants are constantly forming relationships with these fungi. However, in modern agriculture, excessive tilling, chemical fertilizers, and fungicides have reduced their populations, making supplementation necessary in many cases. How Do Mycorrhizae Work? Once mycorrhizae colonize a plant’s roots, they start forming an underground fungal network called the mycelium. This network extends the plant’s reach into the soil, acting as a second root system. Benefits of Mycorrhizae: āœ… Enhanced Nutrient Uptake – Mycorrhizae help plants absorb phosphorus, nitrogen, and micronutrients that would otherwise be unavailable. āœ… Improved Water Absorption – The fungal network can reach deeper into the soil than roots alone, helping plants survive drought conditions. āœ… Stronger, Healthier Roots – They promote thicker, more robust root systems, reducing transplant shock. āœ… Better Soil Structure – They produce glomalin, a protein that improves soil aggregation and helps retain moisture. āœ… Natural Pest & Disease Resistance – Healthy plants with strong mycorrhizal relationships tend to be more resistant to soil-borne pathogens. How Mycorrhizae Help in Cannabis & Gardening In controlled growing environments, using mycorrhizae is a game-changer. Since cannabis relies heavily on phosphorus, the enhanced nutrient uptake provided by mycorrhizae is especially beneficial. Best ways to apply mycorrhizae: • At transplant – Dust roots with mycorrhizae powder or mix into soil. • As a soil drench – Some liquid formulations allow fungi to colonize even after planting. • Mix into your growing medium – Using pre-amended soil like Pro-Mix HP Mycorrhizae ensures roots have early access. Pro Tip: Mycorrhizae need living roots to survive! Avoid using synthetic fungicides or excessive chemical fertilizers, as they can kill the fungi. Think of mycorrhizae as a natural root booster. They’ve been around for hundreds of millions of years, helping plants thrive in all conditions. By using them in cultivation, you’re mimicking nature, ensuring your plants grow stronger, healthier, and more resilient. When used correctly, mycorrhizae can increase yields, improve plant health, and reduce the need for synthetic inputs—making them a must-have for any serious grower! Can’t wait to see how they’ll look in the next transplant! I made a few changes to my improvised photo studio, including a pink background for now—because why not? Let’s keep things fun and full of color! šŸŒøšŸ“ø Massive gratitude to all our sponsors and of course, a special shoutout to Zamnesia, Plagron, and Grow Diaries for making this amazing cup happen. šŸ™Œ And to the community—followers, supporters, lovers, haters—I love you all! ā¤ļø Let’s keep pushing forward, learning, and making this grow legendary! Very progressive week in. I am not changing the journal itself yet to flower since the flowers are only just forming like today or yesterday ish. From next week, I will change journal to reflect that as well. Helps me with ranging the PK week accurately. As I mentioned before, Mammoth P was received with no seal however seller adamant that product is all good. To be honest, I immediately started seeing difference in girls (in a good way 😊). They are much more stacked (very short inter nodal distance on new growth) and this started to happen soon as I started giving Mammoth P. Still no way to tell for sure what exactly is working, therefore, I am sticking to "it IS genuine product in its genuine form". Just to be on safe side, I ordered some Recharge as well LOL šŸ˜… This shit is Sealed as fuck so I have ZERO doubt. I will be adding that once a week from here on too... just in time. Important update is that after the cycle was changed to 12 hours light, I saw leaf tip burn on one of the girls (nothing major) beginning of the week, I narrowed it to Light stress so moved em back a bit and lowered the nutes too just in case (sativas do tend to be more moody or is it just me)...Anyway, She is spot on once again so all good. I found Canazym really helps with keeping girls happy, especially after a defoliation or a stress. Haven't yet defoliated heavily just one odd leave picked from down below as I plan to lollypop her bit later, (Lollypoping is way to go with these flat lights , COBs are another story). So they are being prepped for the hair cut, I expect week later. Cant wait to see how the girls respond to Recharge I have heard so many good things about šŸ™ Temps are ideal and humidity is at around 45% ... hyped Hope yall enjoy the pics, Ill see you nxt week, stay safe and good luck šŸ™Œ

Hello Diary, Epsilon F1 is the fifth hybrid F1 strain from the Royal Queen Seeds lab that grows on my small farm. This time, all three plants on the farm are Epsilon F1, but the soil mix in which they grow is different. But before I describe the preparation, a few words about the strain itself. EPSILON F1: Epsilon F1 is the fastest of all of our F1 cannabis seeds, and combines genetic traits from some of the most notable cannabis varieties of the last decades, including Blue Dream, Blueberry, Amnesia Lemon Haze, and Black Domina. She boasts delicious aromas, plenty of cannabinoids, and, like all RQS F1 seeds, unrivaled stability, resulting in a uniform crop that consistently produces buds of unwavering quality. Plus, her autoflowering trait and extra-fast flowering time make Epsilon F1 an ideal choice for growers focused on getting to harvest as quickly as possible. Epsilon F1 features a rich aroma that combines hints of fresh herbs and citrus with full-bodied earthy notes and touches of blueberries and lavender. Epsilon F1 is a mid-strength variety, consistently producing solid levels of THC and a terpene profile dominated by myrcene, farnesene, ocimene, and limonene. Not only do these terpenes impact Epsilon F1's delicious aroma, but also its effects, endowing it with a long-lasting, physically relaxing stone that soothes the entire body (predominantly courtesy of myrcene, linalool, and farnesene), mixed with an uplifting, motivational kick (from limonene). SET-UP ON MY LITTLE FARM: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - TT Silent-M 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan X 2 Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BioBizz Light - Mix Pot - 11L Air pots Seed - Royal Queen Seeds Nutrition - RQS Organic nutrition Let's officially start the diary: 02/08/2023 Planting. I prepared a total of three pots, as usual. And this time I used AirPots, which proved to be the best option. I've been using them since the beginning. I used the soil from BioBizz Light-Mix. Pot #1 - I first put Easy Boost Organic nutrition in the form of pellets into the ground, then I added SeaWeed and Mycorrhiz in the recommended doses and mixed everything well. Pot #2 - I also put in Easy Bosst Organic nutrition, Seaweed and Trichoderma. Also in doses according to instructions. Pot #3 - Along with Easy Boost Organic nutrition, I put Bat Guano and Trichoderma. After I prepared the soil, I soaked all the pots well with water and made small holes in which I placed the seeds. I then placed the pots in the Grow Box where the temperature was around 28 degrees and the humidity was around 55%. 05/08/2023 I sprinkled a little water on the surface of the soil. Not too much. 06/08/2023 All three plants sprouted. 07/08/2023 I watered the plants with a little water. Approximately 0.5 liters per each plant. 10/08/2023 Watering. Each 0.5 liters of water. That's all for this stage, see you soon and thanks for your support.
