After several methods of much appreciated advice I chose to:- 1. Cut off all the s**te 2. Let fully dry out. 3. Water only. 4. Lowered light. I had noticed a faint mark on inside of plant pot of which I had a previous grow (from clones, I only supplied the room) so topped soil up to that mark also. Quite happy with results

7/14/23 - Day 32 - Switched to flower today. It will get its first dose of 12 hrs. of daylight, 12 hrs. of dark. This will tell the plant to start budding. I'm excited to see the bud's form. So far everything with the Leaf system is going great. I'm excited to show the next few weeks as they happen! 7/16/23 - Day 34 - The plant is bushing out big now. It's getting tall. I'm a little worried we waited for a little too long, but who knows? We shall see. 7/20/23 - Day 38 - She is a few days into flower, and she is sprouting up like crazy. I bought another Scrogg net. I'm going to try and double Scrogg? is that a thing? Lol I just know that I need to keep these buds from hitting the lights. I think I'll be able to get all of this to work well, but I am nervous about the height. I can see some pistils starting to poke out! 7/21/23 - Day 39 - The lights turn off at 2am and back on at 2pm, so right now I'm waiting to open the box up for the day. But I was looking back at the pictures and trying not to freak out about how big she is (I'm worried about the lights, they don't move, and Shes is MASSIVE already) One thing I noticed about the pictures is that I have not had a single leaf turn yellow, or get spots, or have curling leaves, or have any issues with the plant. I would expect some sort of dying leave somewhere, but no. Not one single leaf has been less than perfect, I mean PERFECT. It seems like this LEAF growing box is literally the perfect environment. The grape is still a little slower than her sister but was last time and she’s destined to be a smaller plant it’s in her genetics! Her max height is 120cm and that’s what I’m aiming for! The purple urkle is thriving! She’s growing an inch a day or so and producing so many extra branches! Thanks to dynomyco! I have added a new light in there too! Mars hydro TSW2000 so will get a better yield! I literally have no light loss! I’ll be flipping anytime soon now! As my elder girls are at 6 weeks nearly! I’ve also added a transparent PNG logo for WeedSeedsExpress for anyone else growing there strains just save the picture directly! And you can overlap it on videos and photos!

2020-07-27 Waited all week to post. Haven't changed nutrient levels at all. The plants are drinking at a normal rate and sit around 700 ppm and 6.0 pH on the regular. They've actually become more much stable, they are starting to get so sticky and smelly already. I can't remove them from the tent anymore to change water so I just put a water pump in there, drain it as much as I can, then flush with tap water, drain that, refill. I think the UC Roots and Great White will keep it healthy. The roots did not get out of hand at all on this grow but the upper plant absolutely did. It's right up to the top of the tent, I keep having to smack it down and bend it down... I have noticed there are pure white tipped buds forming on plant 1. Supposedly this is a good sign: https://www.leafly.com/news/growing/white-tips-on-cannabis-buds I feel like the buds aren't as fat as other people by week 5 of flower but I accidentally have so many growth tips, I think some of the growth is misguided right now. They are thickening up but not as fast as I expected. Looking forward to harvesting in 4-6 weeks!

The EC, pH, and her daily water uptake all remained identical to last week. 🌱 The third week of flowering began with a substantial defoliation session. The plant was becoming incredibly bushy, and this could be counterproductive later in advanced flowering, both for light exposure and for managing humidity levels in the grow box. She's continuing to develop her preflowers nicely, and absorbed the stress in a couple of days. She's still stretching too, going from 42 cm to 54 cm in height this week.

📓 Cultivation Diary: The 12/12 Flip & Transition Week 📅 June 5, 2026 (Veg Day 17) Irrigation/Reservoir: Prepared a full 100L reservoir refresh. Nutrients: Kept the feeding aggressive with a double dose of vegetative nutrition (x2 Nutrient formula) to ensure the root zones and plant tissues are fully stocked with elements before the transition. Canopy Observation:the canopy is thick, uniform, and fully occupying the table space. The trellis net is officially filled out, and the lower branches are strong and rigid. 📅 June 6, 2026 (Day 1 of Flower / Bloom Week 1) The Flip: Officially switched the timers to a 12/12 photoperiod (Lights ON at 6:00 PM / Lights OFF at 6:00 AM). Schedule: First irrigation shot triggers exactly 1 hour after lights on (7:00 PM), followed by a shot every 1.5 hours. Volume: Configured the drip stakes to run for 1 minute per shot, delivering 5 shots total per day. This provides roughly 450ml per plant per day, creating excellent target dry-backs overnight to force vigorous root searching. 📅 June 11, 2026 (Day 6 of Flower / Bloom Week 1) Irrigation/Reservoir: Bumped reservoir capacity up to 110–120L to keep up with increased transpiration as the plants begin their post-flip stretch. Nutrient Recipe (TargetingpH 6.0 EC 2.5 Water: 110–120L Athena Cleanse: 120ml Silica: 220ml (Essential for stem strength during the stretch) CalMag: 10ml Athena Bloom: 600ml (Adjusting base to target 1.2–1.3 EC from Bloom component) Athena Core: 400ml Irrigation Adjustments: Increased the shot duration slightly to 1 minute and 15 seconds to match the accelerating growth pace. The early flowering stretch has officially begun. The tops are noticeably pushing past the trellis net layers, and the node spacing remains tight and stacked. Leaf color is an excellent dark green with healthy, bright yellow-green shoots driving upward at the growth tips. No signs of stress or stalling from the schedule shift.

All good flowering nicely , I needed to remove a lot of fan leaves from the top of the Gelato Sorbet they were yellowish and some kind of deficiency is there.

What more can I say it's Day 50 the plant is coming along beautifully I was worried at first as it looked like it might have been having some growth issues but my fears were dispelled. She's starting to change colours but still has tons of white hair so I asked the maid at least another three weeks till harvest I could be mistaken I will keep testing the plant to see how the trichomes are developing hey hey Day 51 and i took a small clipping to put under the microscope and she is getting nice and cloudy with some amber, nex time im getting and black base so both you and i can see better Day 52 and I'm starting to see more Amber trichomes. I'm doing the best I can to get his clothes a picture of the actual bud as I can with my phone seeing as I don't have a laptop to bring my microscope into the grow room Day 53 so i took a clipping from one of the buds at the top and it has almost no amber tricombs go fig lol maybe i have a bit more after all. maybe i will hit that 70 day mark hello again its Day 56 and it's the last day of this week's cycle still on the wall about whether I should flush starting Saturday. Just about all trichomes are cloudy with my estimate being about 10% Amber. I could probably push it another week I'm just not sure I want 30 to 50% Amber trichomes. Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

Buds growing well. I placed the fan at the back of the canopy to ensure hot air from the lamps are well extracted.

Starting Week 10, which marks the beginning of the 5th week of flowering. The buds are stacking nicely and the trichome production is ramping up. Tomorrow, I’m planning a defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration. I’ll also be tucking and organizing the canopy to keep everything tucked neatly within the 70x70 space.
