The plant is just "keep on keeping on". Looks beautiful and is nearing the scrog. It is also nearing time for a second round of topping. I plan on keeping the Gold Leaf in veg for a while as the auto is running on 24, so trying to get close as possible to harvest for the auto before I flip the lights. Aiming for an xmas yield for the gold leaf. I also performed some super cropping this week. Wish i had take close up photos on the branches, it work like a charm. The plant growth really took off. In some of the photos you can see the branches are a bit twist and recovering from the super cropping.

Day 21. Fed just over 1.5L only yesterday and they appear to be really thirsty girls with the pot already feeling light however with the slight curling of Leafs maybe suggests slight overwatering. Im also thinking a very slight mg deficiency so will add a little cal-mag on the next feed. Gonna wait at least another 24 hours then Introduce bloom and top max. Would like these to stretch a lot over the next week. Already starting to smell. With this tent being in my garage and the outside temps dropping from 10 degrees now down to 0 the temp inside the tent has gone from 27 to 22. Turned extraction fan down to help hold the heat but with the night 600w HPS on 24-0 as well as plenty of inside airflow, absolute no issues. Day 23 Just shy of 2L per plant. Responding well. Very early signs of flowering, still stretching about 1” daily really wanna see these shoot up over the next 5 days Day 25 currently 12-14” height. Plants are thirsty so another 1.7L fed today.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Day 71: Hope everything's going well for you. Unfortunately, it's still way too hot here. The outside temperature is 29°C, so it's pretty similar inside the tent. I do have a portable air conditioner, but it would have to run constantly, and that's too expensive for me. That's why I’ve increased the humidity a bit. Otherwise, they look healthy and the buds are getting bigger. I removed two leaves from the Tropical Marker that seemed a bit burned — at least that's what I suspect. Day 74: Today, like every two days, the ladies were watered again with 2 liters of water mixed with fertilizer and Cal-Mag. The girls are looking beautiful. The Tropical Marker is very frosty, but the Purple Kush is also getting frostier. Today, I wedged a board with a hole for the exhaust fan into my window. I hope the room will get a bit cooler now. Additionally, I temporarily hung the lamp’s power supply outside the tent. Day 75: Today, for once, I didn't do anything. Thanks to the new exhaust outlet, the temperature in the tent is actually 5 degrees Celsius lower. The VPD is now back at 1.6. Yesterday, I lowered the exhaust from 80% to 50% to better maintain the 60% humidity, which is working well now. The buds continue to grow, the girls look beautiful, and the smell is getting stronger. Day 76: Today the ladies got 2 liters of water again, this time without any fertilizer. The buds are getting bigger and the girls are looking wonderful. Other than that, I had a little chat with them and then left them in peace again.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. July 3: Great week for new growth and plants are starting to send out first flowers. Big stretch on height. About another inch of rain (2.5 cm) this week and soil has plenty of moisture. Today saw some amazing clear sky and strong sun. Expecting the flowers to start stacking. Still need to mulch around the plants. First resin smells amazing sweet and floral, similar to roses.
