Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! _______________________________________________________________________ Nun, mit 20-30g pro Pflanze habe ich mich dann ja wohl doch etwas verschätzt. Es sind ziemlich genau 62g pro Pflanze an Trocken-Ertrag bei rum gekommen. Leider habe ich vergessen nach der Ernte das Nassgesicht zu prüfen. Insgesamt ist unser aller erster grow für mein Verständnis gut bis sehr gut gelaufen. Mit 124G trocken Ernte kann sich das auf jeden Fall sehen lasen. Bin super happy. Dazu kommt noch der Grow von meinem Bruder. Hier kam insgesamt etwas weniger aber dennoch gute 110G bei rum. Damit hätten wir ein gut, bis sehr gutes Gramm pro Watt Verhältnis von von 1,17 g/W. Mit 4 Pflanzen, wenn ich das richtig verstanden hab. Und wenn ich nur meine 2 Pflanzen auf einem halben m² mit der halben Leistung der Lampe von 100w rechnen würde. Hätte ich ein noch besseres Verhältnis von sehr guten 1,24 g/W. Dazu haben wir von beiden Sorten noch ordentlich Verschnitt mit überaus Trichomreichen Suggerleafs. Der Grow lief für uns eigentlich sehr sehr chillig. Nur das Wetter war unser Feind. Wir hatten bis jetzt einen eher ungünstigen, wechselhaften Sommer. Teilweise bis zu 33° und 85% Luftfeuchtigkeit während der Trocknung. Dann wiederum auch Tage oder nächte wo es wieder auf 22° runterfällt. In den GroveBags zeigen die Hygrometer nach 2 Tagen immer noch nur etwa 53% an. Das heißt wir konnten die Bedingungen nie optimal halten und es ist etwas zu trocken. Gott sei Dank hatten wir aber weder Probleme mit Schimmel oder Schädlingen. Man kann beide Sorten jetzt schon prima im Joint oder in der Bong rauchen. Es ist weder kratzig noch schmeckt es irgendwie komisch. Im Gegenteil. Mal schauen wie es nach dem Curen aussieht. Zur Honey Peach Auto CBD von meinem Bruder: Mein Bruder hat keinerlei Training betrieben. Nur sehr viel entlaubt. Die beiden Pflanzen haben sich sehr unterschieden. Aber beide haben sehr fluffige Buds produziert. Die Wirkung ist eher milder und lässt einen Produktiv und Kreativ werden ohne super high zus ein. Jetzt nach dem Trocknen reicht es eher Erdig mit ein Paar fruchtigen Noten. Zu meinen +Speed Auto: Ich habe nur LST angewendet. Und dazu mehrmals entlaubt. Abgesehen davon das eine der beiden etwas größer wurde haben sich beide ziemlich gleich entwickelt. Die Buds bei beiden Pflanzen sind sehr homogen und gleichbleibend gut, egal ob Headbud oder nicht. Die Wirkung ist sehr ausgeglichen und stark genug um stunden high zu bleiben ohne abzuheben. Der Geruch ist zimlich intensiv,sehr zitronig mit einem erdigen abgang. ----Nachtrag nach dem Curen---- Nach dem der Ertrag 2 Wochen in den GroveBags Curen konnten sin dsie wie erwartet etwas "Steiniger". Riechen tuts wie am Tag der Ernte und erfüllt den ganzen Raum. Auch eher klassisch im Geruch. Das High ist stark und ist sehr ausgeglichen zu Körper und Geist. Ohne dabei abzuheben oder down zu gehen. Meine Headbuds sind zwar nicht die größten, aber im Vergleich gibt es sicher viele die weniger Glück hatten. Wer eine kleinwüchsige, ertragreiche, robuste und relativ schnellwachsende Genetik sucht, ist hier richtig. _________________________________________________________________________

So close to harvest. This week and last I reduced the amount of TPS1 in the feed from 15ml /gal to 10ml/g. Early in the week, Apollo's lower leaves started showing the fade using up the nutrients. Thursday, I did a preliminary trim to remove any fan leaves and feeder leaves with longer stems. just handling the stems and buds my hands, nails and arms were sticky. After the trim, I put Apollo's Friends back in the tent with her. When the plants were in different veg/flower cycles, I separated them into tents. GDP and zkittles grew with in 2-3 inches on the light. I could not raise the lights anymore. Today, 11/19 is day Apollo's 69 day and 41 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Tuesday will be the harvest day. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. The sugar leaves are showing color change as she knows her life is ending in glory. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Seeing lots of good development, Pineapple Express is almost there! I went ahead and defoliated the light bleached leaves, trichomes are getting more cloudy. Spotted a few amber trichomes but not many... update- varies by bud. Trich’s appear mostly cloudy to me. Looking at harvesting maybe mid-week next week... 5 more days or so... maybe sooner if trichomes becomes more amber! Super excited to see how this Pineapple Express turns out! Went ahead and clipped the bud off her that had been pollinated, she was starting to open up some of the seed pods. Seeds look fully developed and are quite dark. Tester bud had a few seeds in it but not outrageously so, only a few. Berry white is trucking along, lots of trichome development this week but buds still don’t seem to be swelling much. Smell coming off this little plant is fantastic!

9/7 Day 7 Things are ok watching Jen closely and dropping PH slowly from 6.8 to 6.0 by the gauge (no more dye... yea) to see if its a lockout. Lowered lights to 24 inches as I am seeing a bit of stretch. Just learning how to use the light in absence of anything approaching instruction :) Folks I like this light, so far... awwwwright Transplant time coming up in a week or so, be getting the pots ready with a full wash of nuets just to get things rolling in the soil. 9/11 D11 Transplanted to five gal pots, soil is mix of 707 with 1 tbs Recharge , 3 tbs Dolimite lime, and 5 tbs Happy Frog Guano Culture , Watered with feed of Kanga/Fish Mix/Big Bloom 0.5 gal each Staying on 24 hr lights till end of week 9/14 D14 Finishing the week up with a feeding Fish Mix 1 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1 Tbs/gal for 2.0 liters Lights now on same timer as the CBD - 20-4

Kicking along , did the first water change , noticed a bit of nute burn to some leaves may have over done ,first grow in dwc , trimmed some leaves back , ph dropped from 6.6 to 5.5 for a day stabilised to 5.8 Couple days later now have done a part water change and topped up with plain water to dilute nute solution until I do a full change for the flowering period , she seems a lot happier leaves are standing taller 🤗 mid week 5 from seed btw still working this site out can re seem to re edit the same week

Day 70-77 (Day 71) Not exactly sure why but node spacing on bbb 6&7 is super tight still. Their stems are also harder and less bendy, almost like they’re root bound. Bbb #5 in my veg tent is looking bizarre and I’m at a loss for what to do. I’ve been looking up and asking around about the leaf crinkle and no one seems to know what’s wrong. Trashing a pheno of this would hurt. It could be a keeper too as I don’t think the problem is genetic. It’s definitely root bound but that doesn’t cause contorted new growth like that. I’ve concluded that it’s my dense soil coupled with root bound issues, overwatering and high RH. (Day 72) Later tonight I’m going to give bbb 5 a bath tub flush until it’s reading 200ppms, drain it well and then transplant into a 3g pot with lightly amended soil. I’m also going to give it a light defoliation. I don’t mind stressing the shit out of this plant right now because I won’t be flipping for another week at least. With the small container it will run out of amended nutes mid flower so I will hit it with a few synthetic feedings around then to test out the smokabilty and taste compared to organic nutrients. I might as well give the rest a good defoliation on the rest of the plants too. I will try to get most of what is under the trellis. (Day 73) I definitely defoliated #7 waaay too much. Since it’s tucked away in the corner and a really bushy plant I can’t train it as well as the others. I cut most of the sucker branches and the majority of the lower fans. This should prevent the need to defoliate at all until week 3 of flower. (Day 74) I’ve been reading that higher temperatures with a high RH can affect growth big time. It could be what’s causing all the crinkling and twisting. And now that the plants are in very late veg they could probably benefit from a lower RH. When I was running my temps around 74-78F and 70% RH I was in the perfect range. Now that I’m around 82-86F with the same 70% RH that could be what’s causing it. Hotter air holds more moisture than cooler air and proper vpd at 84F is around 75-80%. I’m going to turn up the speed on my carbon filter and set my controller to 75%. If I don’t see a difference or it gets worse I will drop to 65 and go from there. (Day 76) I finally got the lights raised up another 4 inches or so. It’s not much but it should help reduce the intensity and stretch the nodes more. I’m starting to think the super tight node spacing and droopy/contorted growth has more to do with something I’ve been reading about called ‘soil compaction’. Apparently farmers often deal with compacted soil in fields from running tractors over it all day. When I potted the plants I gave them a good little jiggle to compact the soil down further so I could fit a bit more in the container. I think this could be the culprit as they don’t seem to be drying out evenly. Even the plants in my other room are not drying out like they should and it’s probably from compacting too. With the addition of rock dust and dry amendments the soil can become sandy/clay like and retain a lot more moisture. Wish I would have added a few more liters of perlite and packed the soil a bit looser. Either way I need to get this problem sorted ASAP before I get root rot. Earlier in the season when I overwatered, I stuck a fish tank air pump into the soil and it aerated the soil enough to prevent overwatering. The only reason I discontinued it is because it didn’t have much effect in the 1.7g pots. I just ordered a 36w 6 way fish tank pump that is way more powerful. It was 50 bucks and I’m willing to take a gamble on it. It seems to be my only option at the moment because I can’t just repot. Worst case scenario I can use it for brewing compost teas if it doesn’t work. I’m not sure how well this will work in a giant fabric pot but it’s worth a shot. I’ve heard of people supplementing additional air into raised garden beds with great results. I’m picking off some of the new auxiliary branches to try and widen the node spacing. Growth is definitely slow and stunted but no signs of deficiencies. I just thought of another theory on the node spacing... and the more I think about it, the more I think it’s the mystery problem. I’ve been foliar spraying with 1-1-1 VeloKelp at pretty high concentrations 2-3 times per week. I have heard in passing that kelp and seaweed can somehow reduce stretch. A quick google search reveals that Ascophyllum Nodosum Seaweed and other marine algae extracts contain large amounts of hormones and auxins that reduce plant height and stretch. *facepalm* Guess I’ll stop that for the rest of the cycle. As far as I know there is nothing I can really do but wait for the plant to use up all those excess hormones and nutes. The recent 0-0-15 seaweed extract and 1-0-3 kelp meal I bought is derived from the same kind as the velokelp. I guess I won’t use it again until week 3 or 4 in flower. Tight nodes are very useful in flower but aren’t desirable at all in when trying to scrog in veg. Especially when they’re like a half inch apart. It slows the shit out of a grow. Vietnamese and biker gangs in my area used to grow SOG style and use a synthetic PGR hormone (meant for bonsai trees) called ‘paclobutrazol’ that would make the weed rock hard dense so they wouldn’t have to pay people as much to trim it. I’ve heard that in recent years they have made the switch to using kelp extracts because paclo is getting harder find and is not meant for food crops let alone smokeable crops. I’m ashamed of it but I have smoked pounds of PGR weed long before I knew what a PGR was. 🤷‍♂️ (Day 77) One more theory. Ever since raising up the plants up onto that shelf the root zone is probably significantly warmer and the bottom of the pot (where most of the roots are) drys out way quicker. It’s possible that the warmer root zone could not be holding dissolved oxygen at the proper rate resulting in that over/underwatered look. Or it could be that I’m not watering enough at once to reach the bottom of the pot where the roots are and it’s indeed under watered. I’m going to water in a gallon when I get my new air pump and see if that makes any positive change. If I see the new air pump making a difference, I will flip on the 21st of April. If I don’t see a difference, I will carefully untangle the plants from the scrog net and remove the shelf. That extra foot should make a massive difference with ppfd and will cool down the roots significantly too. I’m thinking about grabbing a simple soil/compost thermometer to check the temp of the medium. Better safe than sorry. Rough week. Hopefully everything get smoothed out in the next little while before I flip.

I love this plant! It made some huge fan leaves and the branches are super symmetrical! It loves the higher amount of nuts. Very easy to train it, flexible branches. Looking forward to seeing if the buds will be just as big as the leaves!
