📆 Week 13, 4-10 January 2024 4 January - Turned light time back 2hrs to a schedule of 14/10, and lowered light power to 50%. This will facilitate ripening by mimicking an autumn environment. 7 January - Flushed system, filled with RO water and 10ml p/gal HG FloraKleen, PH 6.2. 10 January - Turned lights off. 📑 This was the final week of flowering. It will be followed now by 3 days in darkness, giving a total of 7 days in plain RO water. This provides the proper nutrient flush and a small cannibinoid/terpene boost just prior to harvest. Which will be 13 January. She will then be followed by a 7-14 day curing process, where she’ll hang for 5-7 days until the chlorophyll has dried in the leaves, then trimmed, weighed, put into mason quart jars and burped until a RH of 62% is reached/maintained. While in this state the flower will reach its peak potency/flavor in about 30-40 days, and can last for 6-12 months. An overall interesting grow. Especially if you like the color purple. She grew rather rapidly for about 6 weeks as expected from an autoflower, then slowed down and flowered simultaniously. Buds are on the smaller side but tight. There certainly was no problem in resin development as she is quite frosty, sticky and smelly. The trichomes have purple and clear stems with milky heads, about 5-10% amber and 10%(+) clear. All white pistils have turned orange or brown. Genetics are very stable with no signs of foxtailing or hermaphroditism. The only problem I’ve had was with nutrient sensitivity in flower phase - specifically week 8. It will depend on the end product quality as to whether I will grow this strain again or not. My final update will run a few days later than usual, but will include the Harvest and Smoq review information. The Blackberry Moonrocks have a really solid structure, they're looking super healthy. They're nice and big, but it does seem like they could be stretching a bit more. We might need to adjust the lighting or the nutrients to encourage them to grow taller. Well, another year has come and gone. Yesterday was New Year's Eve, and I want to wish all of you a happy and healthy 2025. May this year bring you all the things you've been wishing for. Let's make this the best year yet!

That's it the flush is over and on 16 of december i turned the lamp completely off On the last day of light the dial on my Mars Hydro TS 1000 was down to 70% of power. The TS 1000 gives a full spectrum of light and is energy efficient (which is quite a big deal these days ;)) The plant grows many dense buds under this lamp as you can see, Mars Hydro did a very good job producing this lamp. Thanks to Mars Hydro for supplying the necessary equipment for this grow. On 18 of december the water was drained completely from the DWC bucket and as of tomorrow 21 of december i will harvest the plant It was very cold through the whole week with the temperatures in my basement going as low as 12 degrees celsius...but its winter so that was to expect. Holy moly. She's growing... like a weed. She's loving the nutrient schedule and environment (finally). I was having an issue maintaining proper humidity levels and after exhausting EVERY possibility with venting, fans and otherwise, I have moved my dehumidifier inside the tent and it's working wonders. I drain the water with a shop-vac as I do the same for my run-off. Things are going great so far, I hope to continue this forward progress in the coming weeks. Going to LST sometime this week, just not sure when. 6/13: Started minor LST phase to open spots to light. Fan leaves are gonna be huge. I also overwatered her... I'm a noob. 6/14: No watering for 24 hours. I removed my LST. She wasn't yet strong enough for the arc I put into her. Another noob mistake and add the overwatering to this, I just wanted to destress her. 6/15: Back to regular 1 liter per 24 hours, also added Armor Si to the nute schedule. 6/16: She's showing signs of getting back to normal. Added Diamond Nectar on this day. I also LST'd her back to position. 6/18: Back to normal. I trimmed 1 fan leaf under the canopy that wasn't going to get any light. 6/19: She's better and growing well. I'm going to try and keep this vegetation stage a little longer. Added a little more water today, just a tiny bit. I have 2 other plants that are a week behind and I want them caught up for the flip as close as possible. Pray for me.

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. It's been 28 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. First day of week 6, i have to say these ladies are FASTTT! VPD 1.15-1.23 lights on VPD 0.97-1.05 lights off. The 70x70 area is 101% covered although id say 72x72cm because i added some self made growbox wall extenders i have started thinking adding the trellis net now or some days later to tilt the colas alittle just slightly for better light absorbtion for lower buds under the main shoots isnt a bad idea,under canopy view is magazine cover worthy MAN :D as you can see they are on fabric pots above plastic draining pot holders, the runoff is collected downthere and each of the pot holder has a plastic tube glued with water resistant superglue so after every water all the runoff water is collected from a pump with just a push of a button, the irrigation watering system is also connected and works pretty nice i have been giving them the water also by a simple push of a button with irrigation seem to love it (its not a automatic feeder connected to a reservuar i have two waterpumps one for watering one for collecting runoff i simply put the water intake plastic tube in my water bucket & press the button manualy, worth mentioning all of them have been reciving the same nutrient solution and same water although pheno#1 have been streching 4-6cm more than her sisters and she developed abit of blueish leafs even the soil in all 4 pots was from the same 2 soil bags and mixed very well before filling them so soil manifacturer excess nitrogen mistake is also not possible, i feel it is the phenotype but just to make sure there will be no excess nitrogen in the end i watered her with the exact same water amount as her sisters but 260ppm less for her this time just to make sure the blue is gone soon.she will be fine and emerald in few days. From today the UV FROST is ON from now too. Oh i forgot to mention thrueout the diary they where never topped only trained with these red clips besides the pheno3 that came topped "from god" since sprout and i wouldnt recommend topping autos (btw pheno 3 is a monster and smells wayy more LOUDA than the siblings.) although the pheno1 remains the main subject further on she got fuel to shoot for the stars and we rlly dont want that in this compact mini research area dont curse me for the substrate choice :D this stuff translates a bit of that earthy taste to the buds and way less attention than coco.
