Harvest time has come. It was an excellent cycle without any problems, in fact the plants were doing great and produced some beautiful buds. Now I will dry for 2 weeks plus cure for 1 month.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Medical Mass is a new medical cannabis strain with a high CBD content and a low THC level that provides good medical properties without a strong psychoactive effect. This is a mostly indica plant that contains 40% sativa and 60% indica. Critical Mass and CBD rich strain were crossed to create this amazing valuable variety. It's called Fat Banana for some reason...Huge fat alongated colas, white and yellow point at the light. Royal Queen Seeds exceeded themselves with this one. And I don't even used to like autos. Its eating like crazumy and The smells are an amazing variety of sweets and frutal tones. I'm expecting amazing smoke and a huge production. Thank you @James🔥🍌🙌

The start of the week is going well.Did some defoliation. Added a scrog net. I removed the scrog the next day, might use it if the buds need support. There’s no way to add the rabbit poo to the nutrients accurately all I did was top dress the soil with a few scoops and worked it in the soil lightly. Water with distilled water.

Chill week This week i water them only two times, and at first watering i did defoliation again, but on second watering i proudly saying i didnt remove even a single leaf from ladys, it was rly hard hahah there was few big ones poking my eyes hahaha No more heavy training, and girls are flowering nicely, i just removed wires from bigest branches and pulled them to the middle to fillout midle section of plant, and also from smallest branches i let them loose from wire to even up with others. They drinking 1.7l-2L every two three days This one labeled with no.5 is still my favorite hehe so dense and she showing a bit faster maturing then others. 20 branches of love fruity and flowery already hahaha Had to make short video of her this time :) Take care and much love ॐ

Things are moving forward. My ladies seem to be doing well. “Josefine” is slowing down a bit, but still looks healthy. I took a few more chopsticks to help against the wind. But I can remove that now.

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

I’m very excited about this strain. I’ve wanted to grow this one for 20 plus years. Laws have prevented me from doing that. But now that it’s all gravy baby. I say LETS GROW!!! This plant is true to its name white widow. The buds are covered with white milky Trichomes and the buds are big and super dense. Definitely recommend and I’m going to keep one of these ladies growing at all times so I can trim off a clipping and grow it from there since this clone did so well. It was only 2/3 the time to grow. than starting from seed.

Well, sadly had to harvest a week early due to some bud rot. Gave everything a good wash with baking soda, lemon juice and double rinsed. Hang dried for 10 days, paper bag to sweat for 2 days, then straight to grove bags. Full weight dried, just over 1lb. I fimmed so much in anticipation of rot, so while the buds were smaller there was a LOT. Test smoke was amazing, shocked how smooth it was with zero cure, packed a punch to! I expect the humidity to rise a bit in the grove bags over a few days, hoping 60% range. I mostly make FECO for gummies with everclear extraction, so excuse the less then tight trim, trichomes are trichomes! Ended up snipping the second haul 10 days after first, still going strong, but very wet, dont expect it to last much longer. Never going back to synthetic nutes, sticking with organic living soil from this point on! Got Gorilla Cookies Fast Flower on order for next year, plan on doing a 16 cola manifold with some LST. Will cut the trunk and let the root mass decay over winter, will mulch leaves and compost over it all until next years plant is ready to go in around April. Another year down! I just harvested her today. Frosty looking nuggets with a pine citrus earthy aroma. Super sticky as well. I had about a 5 to 10 percent amber trichromes. I might of been a pinch early, but she was starting to foxtail. The colas look really nuggy. I had issues with mites early when I switched to flowering. This likely impacted some of the yield potential as she was neem oil treated for a week during that time. She did way better then I expected after that big stressor in play. Mites are long gone now. The plant will now hang dry 24 hours then get a light to mild agression wet trim, and end up in the cannatrol. To start a 8 day dry, and cure process. I will then run it in the bud trimmer. Then hand trim to finish. The G3000 light is a great quality light. I just ran it 19 weeks on a photoperiod grow, and had no issues with any of the Spider Farmer Equipment used. I used the 2.3x2.3x5tent, G3000 light, germination mat, 4 inch inline smart controller exhaust fan, and I will be using the new 16 inch Spider Farmer bud trimmer bowl when time comes. Excellent equipment from start to finish in my grow. This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Their current robust state and the proactive steps we are taking to fine-tune their environment have set a strong foundation for the weeks to come. Como estáis fumetillas, yo estoy flipando, y es que las flores de estas skunks son como rocas, y no solo lo compactas que están si no que están bastante tricomadas, las 3 a cada cual más , lavamos las raíces y ya estarán solo agua, dejemos que termine de florecer y madurar, tampoco hay prisa, ph controlado temperatura ideal, bajamos algo más la humedad, puede que tengamos que tuitear alguna pero estoy evitándolo, se irá viendo estos días, ya nos veremos esta semana que viene un saludo familia y buenos humos.
