WEEK 7 - Day 51 - 05/21/20 Rickey Cricket is thriving in his little garbage can grow! 😵 The training has allowed the lower branches to reach up during the flower stretch and should get a fat little stocky bud-ball of a plant out of it. With the small amount of soil I can tell it's going to be a quick drinker. Nice and open now and need it for the small space of the grow. Very glad I have two more seeds to drop in real pots in the future because I'm excited to see what this OG Auto Chem-Dawg could do not grown in a coffee can and purposefully mangled it to match a TV character conceptually 😂 Pistils are coming in now and the stretch is still going so I'd say stretch will be done by next week with the main sites starting to sprout 🙌 -- Stay Safe! 😷 Thanks for checking in! She looked way too good to not train her outwards and I'm glad I did. Didn't expect more than 4oz prior to training now I'm hoping for a calm 6-7oz. She really is fast flowering

Now that you are all caught up, we are in week three a flower. I just gave them a top dress feet of Gaia green just blown because I still have just a little bit up all purpose in there but other than that I look at them every morning, give a big smile and turn on their favorite Mosark album

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Auto Opium is still doing some stretching. There really has not been any changes. Just waiting on her to start developing some colas when she is ready. Everything is going good. Internodes and junctions swelling remarkably, a sign she's as happy as can be with the nourishment. Continuing her upward journey, she's stretching out beautifully, with the first whispers of pre-flowering becoming visible. Turned light power to 50%. 15 Aug - Harvested the plant (see pictures). 16 Aug - Began curing process. 💚 Thank you Seedsman Seeds for this opportunity to grow some new genetics from your line up. 📑 Pineapple OG performed well! Her total flowering time was 61 days, and veg time 49 days, for a total of 110 days seed to harvest! With an impressive yield to go with it. From the beginning this plant was a real pleasure to grow. Fast and even spacing between leaf set the stage for strong level branching in height. Not much training was needed during the vegetative stage other than some minor defoliation. One would think this was an F1 or Auto strain with the speed of growth, but it is not. The cross breeding in terpenes has proven to be winner as the smell is very intense with pineapple and sweet tropical scents. The buds swell solid with resins especially in the last weeks of ripening, and are snow covered with trichomes at maturity. I’m sure she would have gotten much bigger had I been set up for a larger plant. I am extremely satisfied with the results produced from these genetics. and would recommend them to anyone wanting to grow a high quality product. 🔥 Smoke Report: 25 Aug - After hanging in a closet for 8 days with RH of 50% and temperature of 70 degrees F, the product was ready for trimming. I decided to try out a large tumbler that was given to me by a good friend. Glad I did! It worked out great! Cutting my trim time down to practically nothing, and making the buds look exceptionally manicured without excessive waste, I’ll continue with this method of trimming in the future. I am pleasantly pleased with the outcome of this grow. Almost 1/2 pound of quality smoke. The buds are solid, resin filled, sticky and smell like a fruity pineapple. The high comes on kind of slow, then settles in for a smooth calming feeling, like the world just slows down a little bit. Leaving you feeling excited and relaxed, lasting for hours. Great for recreational or medicinal use. 🍶 10 Aug nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 10 Aug feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 1.0 at 74 degree F 🔆 Light power at 65%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this grow. Baking soda is a touchy ph up for sure did a couple feedings at 6 on accident over all much happier with everything still a couple adjuments neeeded.

7 Diciembre: Se cambiaron las plantas desde la carpa de vegetación(120x120) a la de floración(150x150) en dónde hay más espacio para deshumidificador, ventiladores, etc. Se sigue regando con 6.2pH y 3.0EC. Pronto se agregará una malla scrog. 10 Diciembre: ya hay claros signos de floración, se colocó una primera capa de malla scrog, el riego Generativo va como se planeó, con pequeños runoff llegando a 7EC, esperando subir hasta 10EC, con ese estrés controlado se mantienen las plantas en una altura óptima evitando que estiren mucho. Hasta el día de ayer, las plantas estaban con 5 disparos(riegos) de 200ml cada uno aproximadamente, hasta obtener runoff, hoy sin embargo, habían 2 plantas con "wilting" lo que indica drybacks excesivos, por lo que hoy se agregaron 2 disparos extra, también llamados P1, y 2 mini riegos de 100 ML en la tarde, P2, para evitar el secado excesivo y el decaimiento de las plantas, las cuales están pidiendo más nutrientes. El VPD se mantiene en 1.2~1.4.
