Low yield cannabis strains

Low-yield strains come in all shapes and sizes, but typically, it’s natural, landrace Sativas that may disappoint the grower when it comes to harvesting those wispy, insubstantial buds. Hybrids tend to be higher-yielding, even if they are Sativa-dominant, as breeders work hard to inject into their creations just the right amount of Indica genetics to make the flowers denser and heavier. Indicas tend to be the highest-yielding plants as a general rule. If you are a novice or grow commercially, we advise staying away from the genetics in the list below – unless the strain you find here is exceptional in some other way, which happens a lot.
