One seed is being germinated in wet paper towel inside a ziplock bag. It's being kept at 26 degrees C until it germinates. It will germinate in 2 days, and then it'll be another day before it sprouts.
She was bit slow to germinate and had a short tap root when I planted her. But she sprouted the next day. I had to manually remove the seed shell and the membrane that was holding the cotyledons closed.
Day 7;
She's been doing well and is growing as expected.
Out of my 3 current coco grows this girl had most problems with the strong LED light. She has shown some stress symptoms. Now she's growing well and she'll soon be ready for a topping. Her shoots at the first node has been removed.
This girl is the smallest of my three current ladys in the tent. It's only a few cm shorter at the moment so no harm yet. She started to flower today, the others started two days earlier. In case she won't keep up during the stretch I'll keep her raised to the level of the others. She's developing beautifully though. I'm hand training her without ties, and I also defoliate daily now.
This beautiful lady has put on a great stretch the last week - 30 cm! She's doing very well but she'd like some more space... I have defoliated heaps and pick leaves every day.
This girl has grown like crazy the last week. She's now the tallest babe in the tent. I expect some nice bud development soon. I defoliate her daily to keep her happy.
This massive chica is getting some seriously long colas. She's really tall and the way her buds grow I'm expecting fat smelly long tails in a few weeks time.
This tall girl is getting some seriously long and fat colas. She keeps building volume. I back-built the main buds to stop them from getting any taller and get fatter instead.
So, this girl is growing some massive colas. They're like half a meter long and they're getting fat. They're in the shape and size of baseball rackets. I'm impressed.
These buds are getting petty fat. I'm a bit worried about if she's got enough time to finish before I have to move out of the house. She's the only plant in the tent that is getting fed at the moment, the others are being flushed.
She went down on day 93. She's not pretty, but it's my own fault who let her grow very tall. I didn't have the heart to take out my Black Diesel and Lemon Haze that weren't supposed to be in the tent in the first place. And now I'm thankful for that decision.
This girl grew some massive buds that smell amazing. She was so tall I couldn't fit her in my bathtub when I cleaned her roots. After the chop I also had to move her and her 2 drying sisters to my new house. Not easy to move these long girls without showing anyone what they are. A bit tricky with their smell. She will now be left to dry for a couple of weeks.
The baby was forced to grow tall due to me packing 5 plants in a 2 x 4 tent. In the end she almost reached the light, and I had to pull her buds to the side a bit. I was also forced to use yoyos due to her fat buds. She grew really fat and long buds! She managed well during the bad treatment and she produced some amazing buds! I'm very happy happy with this strain.
