Morning those buds look good. Any plant if given a proper flush before harvest should get the faded leaves, it's a good sign that shes finishing. I see you mention organic growing and the yellowed bottom leaves is usually a sign that nitrogen is too low. Theres blood meal which is good, either a bagged version or most garden stores will sell that, as well as chicken manure is very high nitrogen, or alfalfa meal, but these should be tilled in to soil as they can attract animals. A good compost tea or kelp extract are always a great option too and can even be used for foliar feeding. Great job getting the buds to this stage. Happy growing.

High there! :) It's normal for leaves to go pale/yellow in LATE flower (i.e. last 2 weeks before harvest), but if your plants are not there yet, it's likely a nitrogen deficiency. Don't be afraid to supplement nitrogen in flower as long as you give some P & K along with it. A basic, cheap NPK fertilizer should do the trick. I had rapid chlorosis (yellowing) in Week 7 & was able to reverse it by applying a fertilizer called Tomato-Tone, which contains a 4-7-10 ratio of NPK. In the future, you can prevent this problem by continuing to feed a vegetative fertilizer all the way through the preflowering phase to ensure she has enough nitrogen to last until harvest.

Textbook N def early flower. did you ever PH the feed in or out? From the most recent pics looks like you fed too little N throught her life. You’re still safe feeding N all the way to mid flower In this situation. I’ve experienced this myself, you can sit back and let it get worse by adding more bloom nutrients or you can fix it by adding more growth. Unless your nutrients are premixed in the soil and buffered you should still PH the solution ever so slightly...

Man, I love that photo! Your plant looks almost skeletal!!💀 You have a ton of great bud sites, and your defol under the canopy is spot on! You might get some burn on the side lights if your fan leaves are constantly touching them. Of course, you could easily just trim the leaves that are too close. This grow is going to turn out well!!!👏

@Quexos, Thanks, yeah I'm well happy with her progress LST works well you can manipulate her to fill all the gaps in the canopy to get maximum coverage. Don't think I will do a scrog on her she seems to be holding shape nicely. If needs be I have got some plant yo yo's to use when she starts putting on weight.

Gratz on the harvest! I'd like to find out how it smokes and how much you harvested. She looks packed.

Nice little girl! I love space bucket grows. I built one for my last grow, but my plant go too big, so i bought a tent and finished her there. Keep in mind that your plant will almost double in size when she really starts to flower. I don't know how much head space you have, but your idea of LST is going to be mandatory. Good luck!

Your aerial skeleton shot is the best! In order to determine why your leaves are yellowing, you need to provide more info. Without pH, PPM, etc.. you can only guess. I'll make an observational guess. I think its the same as yours. I noticed that you stopped using your Grow nutrient during the first week of flower. The Bloom nutrient has some nitrogen, but maybe not enough. If you weren't providing the buds enough N then she will pull it from the leaves. Adding Grow nutrient now may give the leaves more color, but the plant's focus isn't really on leaf production. She is developing buds and N only plays a secondary role. You really need to invest in a ph and ppm meter. They are pretty cheap and they are easier to use than you think. I also put up a white board in my grow room so I could keep track of things.

@Quexos,hi I've added some grow nutrient in this last watering as well as the bloom. And been looking into organic teas for added soil health.

How did you make a scrog net, do you just make holes in the side of the bucket then thread string through the holes. Did you do a single one or did you do a double one? Lst seems to work OK for now, will defo look in to scrogging.

@Quexos, I am going to do drip system soon, but I'm still training her at the moment so need to get her out to do it, If I do a small bit of LST then I will leave her a day or two. If its a big bit of LST then leave her 4 or 5 days. She looks nice now. Hopefully got as much coverage as possible. Counted roughly 15 bud sites. Just got to get her to put lots of weight on now.

@Junglejames, I did exactly that! It worked really well too. I added about 6 inches of space and I was able to train my buds. There will be some DIY for watering though. You can't really pull the plant out of the bucket once you start training the tops to the SCROG. I saw a grow diary that hooked up a water bottle and airline tubing from a pet store. They made a drip system because they couldn't get to the pot anymore. Plants looked great when harvested!

Its almost time! As soon as that loupe shows up in the mail start checking your trichomes. She looks pretty ripe based on the photos. Look for mostly milky trichomes. If you want your high to be more couchy, wait until they are mostly amber. I like to go for mostly milky.

I think the advice about checking the PH is spot on.

Hi @Junglejames! Purple stems + brown spots + pale green + curly leaves = this looks like a Phosphorus deficiency to me. This may come from a wrong pH, do yo check the pH levels of your waterings/feedings? Over-watering could also be responsible for this lockout, your diary gives no info about your waterings, but your soil needs to be on a dry/wet cycle. Make sure you did not over-water her, otherwise you'll have to let the soil dry for a few days. Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

Yeah mine looked pretty alien too! That is some serious mainlining to your top bud! Of course in a few days you won't even know you did that. These guys really take a beating. Your photos show you at the bottom of your LED strip. That still gives you a lot of headspace until you reach the top LED. I build a SCROG spacer for my bucket to help with the canopy. It was really easy.

Hi will update diary in a week or so see how the drying goes, she is in my cupboard at the moment. 75 fahrenheit and 60 % relative humidity.

Will definitely be updating the diary as and when. She is hanging in my cupboard at moment, but smells amazing. I'm very happy. Will be starting another diary in the next couple of days. Got a bucket that needs filling. 😂 😂 😂

Hopefully the loupe be here in the next couple of days. I think she not far off either. She smells really sweet and fruity.

Hi I chose a seed that only reaches 60-80 cm apparently but we will see. Can extend the height just need to buy a couple more buckets to use as spacers. It sits in the corner of my bedroom buzzing away softly.
