Depends what kind of moss. Some mosses are ”born” because of the very high humidy and CAN cause mold and bacteria in long term if mosture stays high..
anyway usually theres some kind of mosses mixed into the medium soils, for examample BioBizz lightmix contains curdmoss which is basicly good for the plants.

It's a beautiful and tasty plant! Although she got small - for some reason I don't know - she got very fat and juicy with amazing flowers. I will certainly grow it again.
