Belverde Welcome growers Another Barney's varieties in my garden was born a week ago, the PINK KUSH 💯 Basically it should be an Og Kush pheno with a "pink" colors and taste like vanilla 🔥 I dont think to seeing this type of color on a plant, but i like the name and also I'm a Kush lover's, so it was an easy choice decided to grow this Anyway The flowering time it not will beeing too long, i think/hope around 65 days Right now she is under a 100w home-made led, with a nine other sisters 🌱🌱🌱 Im going to grow it always indoor with a mix of different nutrients....mostly from vegan source, but for now just regular water 💧 Let see what's happens.. Belverde Welcome growers And also the week n° is ended for the PINK KUSH 🌱 She is in a Home-box growbox, 120x90, with nine other ladyes of different genetics and looks happy and healthy 🌿🌿🌿 Right now the lights timing is set to 18/6 on/off, after being at 20/4 so far 💡 Also i have changed the lights, from my home-made 100w cob, to two Mars-Hydro SP3000, that they gently give to me for testing ! (But only in the last two days of this week) Anyway.. Im going to give an honest opinion for sure 🙌👌 For now i can only say that the product it's on point, very easy to rack on the tent and with a nice dimmer for switched up the intensity of the lights, from less the 25% to 100% Now im going to maintaine the 25% for all this new week, at height 60cm from the top of the plants.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have started to mixing with the watering a few organic/veganic nutrients.. Like Root-Juice (Biobizz) / Roots (Bionova) and Rizostimo (Biomagno) A little bit of everything in every watering 💧 And that's all.. Belverde Welcome growers I have finished the tirth week of vegetation with this young PINK KUSH 🌿 She's pretti healthy and faster in growing The lower internodes started to increase in size and they are looking for a lights ☀️ I hope to find some great colors with this one and some good Kush stone.. Trichomes city too ❄️❄️ Anyway.. In the beginning of the week I have transplanted into a 3l plastic pot.. Usually my choice of pot is the smartpot or the airpot 💯 And therefore, considering that the soil will obviously remain less aerated than usual, I have chosen to use a greater quantity of coco coir in the substrate I roughly prepared a mix of 50% light-mix (Canna professional and Biobizz), a 30% of coco coir (Atami), 10% worm-cast or humus (Atami) and around a 5% perlite wich it's already present in the light -mix.. I have also put a few micorizzae (Micosat F), like 10 grams, in direct contact with the roots and around 4 grams of Microlife (Bionova) in pellet form I will use this last one also for making an areated Tea, but during flowering.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Root-Juice (Biobizz) and Rizostimo (Biomagno) for the last time, plus a little bit of silicium (Bionova) and then Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) {This last two i have used in a foliar spray solution} Simply a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 About the lights 💡 I currently using for the first time, two Mars-Hydro SP3000, running at 25% of the power for now.. Next week im going to increase at least to 50% ⬆️ Onestly this lights looks pretty solid, definetly intense, with a spectrum really close ro the sun light One of the cool things about it it's that you can connected each one toghter with a cable and so you can controll the intensity of the lights very easy, in a precis way 👌 We will see in this months how they works And that's all.. Belverde Welcome everyone Week n°4 ended for these three phenos of SORBET#4 🌿🌿🌿🍧 Like you have probably see in the video, a few days ago i have made a one topping, on the central stem, for increase the power of the lower branches exposing them to a better lights conditions.. I have also cut two or three leafs, not too much for now, just for increase the airflow and also again for a higher lights exposure of the lowers parts✂️ 🍃 About the lights 💡 Doing that, i have increase the potency of my two Mars-Hydro SP3000, from 25% to 50% ⬆️ The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. Pretty useful 💯 In the middle of the week i have switch from 18/6 on/off to 16/8 on/off.. Always tryed to mimic the natural cycle of the sun light, works good to me 👌 Anyway.. Belverde Welcome growers With this week, the vegetation phase is ended for this pretty PINK KUSH 🌳 She has a very big leaves, even more than my hands and the stem is very prominent It's a vigorous strain and for now dosen't request to many attention...like almost any plants if they are in a good envroiment She has also react well at the topping last week and in a few days im going to cut off some leafs for a better airflow and light penetration.. A little bit of stress, in a right way and at the right time, it's always good Anyway.. In this last seven days i have reduced the lights cycle from 16/8 on/off to 14/10 on/off 💡 At the same time i have increase the intensity of my two led SP3000 from 50% to 75% and im going to put them at the maximum potency after the switch at 12/12 The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Belverde Welcome growers The first week of flowering is ended for this nice PINK KUSH 🌳 A couple of days ago I have done a slight defoliation, the day before 12/12 and she reacts well 🍃 At the beginning of the week I was away from the garden for a few days and the self watering system I have didn't work at its best 💦👎 But she still looking good 💪 Anyway.. About the lights cycle 💡 Like i have already sayed before, we are now in a 12/12 on / off.. Always under two SP3000, from Mars-Hydro, at 75% of the power.. Impressive for beeing in a 3l pot 💪 Like the other plants she has suffering a little the lack of water and nutrients of about a week ago, but she still happy and started to makes flowers with no problem.. Belverde Welcome growers End of week n°3 in flowering for this PINK KUSH 🌳 The flowers have already appeared and also the firsth trichomes 💯 And yes, like you have see in the video, yesterday i defoliated hard ✂️🍃🍃🍃 Honestly, I never use such an aggressive technique 🙌 This time I decided to practice it on all the plants I have in the garden (10 visible in the diaries + 8 regular all female) out of pure curiosity to see how each of them will react It's a bit of a controversial method, but it's trying and seeing what happens Let's hope so 🍀 I immediately start a more massive fertilization.. Next week we will see how they will be 😉 About nutrients 👇 I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Belverde Welcome growers This is the last day of the firsmonth in blooming for the PINK KUSH 🌳 She dosen't suffered to much after the defoliation But i think isn't a good technique using with her I mean...maybe a light defoliation can be great, but not too much 🙌 Anyway. The flowers are forming well and she already has rich of sticky trichomes 💯 Also a very particular aroma is coming...i have never smells some similar I cant wait the end for enjoy it 😍 This will be my 2022 first flowers 🎉🎉 About nutrients 👇 I still using organic/veganic nutrients at any watering 💧 A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) , a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) /Fioritura (Biomagno) / Bloom vegan (Bionova) / Biomassa (Biomagno) / Florastimo (Biomagno) and i started to use some enzymes present in the Sensizym (Advanced Nutrients) That's it dor the week.. Belverde Welcome growers We are in the end of the seventh week of flowering with the PINK KUSH 🌳 Leafs are all almost yellow and start to die slowly 🍂🍂 She dosen't has an high yeld but the flowers smells relly greate...different from the usual "Kush" notes 👌👌 Very nice trichomes production too.. From the last day of the past week i started to watering with just pure water, without flushing 💧💧 Now i give water not every day but one yes one not.. And im going to cut off in no more then five days ✂️ That's simply because, honestly, i have to go in vacation in about three weeks and i have to dry it out and cure (approximatly) in just this amount of time 🙌 So i have calculated to spent no more then 6 days in drying and 10 days of open and closed the jar, for start the curing process.. Then i hope buds smells already good for having the chance to closing the jar for an entire week before my return, without moisture problems.. Usually i open and close the jar dayly for the first two weeks after the drying...so this time will be like a challenge.. Hope the best 🍀 We will see.. Anyway Guys, thanks for stopping all this weeks..hope you enjoyed.. See you in about a month and half for the last upgrade with the harwest, with close up photos and finally the smoke test.. Belverde Welcome mates Two months have already passed since the harvest I have only grown one plant of this Kush strain, so as always, the review may differ from the others due to the phenotype encountered Anyway With this I used the topping technique and a hardcore oretty defoliation .. And I do not recommend doing it with this type of plants because it can suffer in the final yield The flowers are pretty full of trichomes and present a very delicate sweet aroma and also in the taste...but the structure dosen't has a good appeal.. The effect it's a usual Kush, wich i really enjoy Mind quite and body relaxed 👌 To me it's better using with a vaporizer, but it's enjoyable also in smoke In the video i used organic rolling papers and filters by Raw and only pure dryed & cured flowers 🔥 And that's all Maybe i cannot raccomended this one, cause my pheno as nothing to special...but i can definetly raccomended Barney's Farm because their feminuzed strains are pretty good with different terps and effects..
