10/28 Solid growth. Cranked the lights up to 75% intensity. Transplanted into 1 gallon nursery pots and topped the 5 plants that I will be using for this grow. The soil I used for the transplant was a mix of the Build a Soil Oly fish blend and the Build a Soil Light Mix. I did a blend of 50/50 with the oly mix on bottom with one tablespoon of Pride Lands Veg Growth fertilizer mixed into the oly blend. The light mix was on top and Iβm will be accessed by the plants first so as not to burn them. They should veg out great with this living soil mix. I doubt they will need food for several weeks. I might supplement some Veg Food in to a top water but only if the plants arenβt vegging up like I want them to. I will begin LST as the new nodes grow into place to give the secondary shoots access to the top layer of light. As the new shoots grow I will top these at the new node to split into 4 main colas per plant. With 5 plants this should give me 20 beautiful medium sized colas on the screen of green. The plants will veg out for another couple of weeks and undergo the next round of topping and LST. I have the plants in a 5x5 tent with carbon scrubbed air in and out, an ac/dehumidifier and several fans. This is my most involved grow to date. Let me know what you think.
Love seeing something new! The bed of living soil looks great! Ive seen people plant cover crops in there beds like clovers to help retain moisture. They are also great nitrogen fixers to the living soil! But I do love your garden gromie! π
