First thing to note, is that left is being plagued by a deficiency that I just can't seem to get the hang of. I'm hoping this new batch of compost tea, with extra molasses for the microbes to feed on, will do the trick. She's chunking on her buds just fine, it's just that she's not as productive in the frost department. And now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure my last ChemP run produced a female with really odd leaf coloration as well. But that one did fine come harvest time. So it may just be a genetic thing with this strain. Either way, left is still really stinky in a good way. Like a sweet, gassy smell. I've been squishing mites on her since 3 weeks ago, I find important to note. I cleaned my tent before starting this run. But I have a bad habit of peeking in my tent pretty often. So that likely caused some adventurous little shits to wander in..
As far as right goes, she's looking awesome! Going to cut them both off of nutrients since these will be the last 3-4 weeks of life for them. Hopefully that will encourage some fall coloration and further ripening.
Plants look great, really green and healthyπ
Question?
If these plants are autos? Why the switch to a 12/12
light schedule? Just thinking you will lose alot of yeild
this way as autos don't need the light flipped to 12 hrs a day.
It's like your taking 6 hrs of bud building away from your plants.
I like running 18/6, just so the plants get a little rest at lights out.
I had to ask the question, inquiring minds would like to know..
Have a great day!!!
@northernMike, Oh yeah, I've used them as a resource for years now! Absolutely indispensable when you're a newbie/amateur like me. And yeah, I'll just stick to the 12/12. I really don't want to stress these girls because they're pretty happy so far. No need to rain on their parade. Cheers m8! βπ
@RunWithIt,Not to sure how it would affect the plants by switching back and forth,
I'm sure they would experience a bit of stress. Maybe try and up the hours of light a
little at a time if possible, if not just keep doing what your doing and change on the
next run of autos, I'm sure you'll notice the difference, I hope this helps..
Every grow is an experiment, I'm still learning and trying different things on every
grow, Tons of fun!! Luck with your next experimentππ
My favourite site to go on when I'm having problems is groweedeasy.com, huge help, great site,
