Lemon Tree by Barney's Farm

Not too much to report. sHe's been growing as expected. I had to leave the plants for the weekend, and they had all been down so I gave them some support. I think the problem was over watering, which I had to do to leave them for a few days.

First step in the mainlining was performed on day 14. I topped her at node 3 and removed nodes 1 and 2. She's doing well but has a bit wrinkly leaves from the powerful LED light. It's set at 75%.

At day 19 she got upgraded to a 11 litre fabric pot. The next day at day 20 she got her second topping in preparation of the mainlining. The light intensity has been increased to 75%.

This week I've done two toppings and completed the mainlining. Topping number 2 was done at day 23, and the final topping done at day 27. She'll now mainly get defoliated and some light LST.

This week we got some extra space in the tent. It will now only be 3 plants sharing the space. My Larry Bird Kush plant turned hermaphrodite and started to make balls. This plant is doing very well. I'll give her maybe a week more of veg. before I'll switch to flower.

This baby is doing very well. I gave her a 2 hour day today, which is being followed by a 24 hour darkness period. From tomorrow she'll be on 12/12.

This girl is growing very strong. Her branches are really thick and harder than her tent sisters. This is the only plant I decided to tie down a little bit to widen her. She was growing too tight. I've done some light supercropping and lots of defoliation. Two branches at the sides have been pulled a bit outwards, and are held down.

Miss Lemon Tree is growing into a beautiful plant. She has stretched a lot, 20 cm this last week. She is spreading out greatly to fill up the space. I've been helping with supercropping and defoliation. Her branches are really thick and she is now building some fat colas. We will see some proper buds on this girl in a few week...

Miss Lemon Tree has kicked the stretching big time, 23 cm since last week and she keeps going...She's growing very well and stretches out to fill the tent up. Beautiful little buds are showing all over. I defoliate a lot still.

She is still stretching like crazy, this week she has stretched almost another 20 cm. She has now reached the limit of what my tent comfortable can handle. She is also still spreading out sideways to aggressively fill the tent up with buds. We start to see trichomes already spreading onto the fan leaves. She also has some funny looking fan leaves with some extra fingers.

On this fifth week she has still put on some height, 5 cm since last week. She is now closer to the lights than I like. She might force me to remove the driver from the light and put outside of the tent, and then zip tie the light to the tent poles in the ceiling. I have defoliated almost every day, but will have a big defoliation session tomorrow. Her buds start to look beautiful and they are packing on loads of sticky trichomes.

The buds have been swelling this week. She's producing loads of trichomes - she'll be high in THC for sure. I have done lots of defoliation - all over the plant.

Lemon Tree is maturing beautifully. She is getting covered by trichomes as her buds are swelling. This is a very potent plant for sure. I'm still defoliating to expose bud sites.

This strong lady is taking all available space in the tent. She spreads her branches wherever there is a bit of light. This 8 week of flowering she has been adding some weight and made a lot of frost.

After 9 weeks of flowering this girl is almost ready for the chop. She has packed on a load of trichomes and looks absolutely delicious. The last couple of weeks the fan leaves have turned a bit purple.

My big mama Lemon Tree is turning beautifully purple at the end. She is very big and she is absolutely covered in frost from top to bottom. The purpleing started with the top buds and is spreading downwards. Here at day 70 of flowering. Stats say 65 - 70 days, but as per usual I'll leave it to flower a bit longer than what they say. The trichomes are telling me to wait...

This plant grew like no other. She grew very tall and branched out widely and strongly. She reached out and filled every empty corner of the tent. She also pushed the the other plants aside in the process. She is extremely frosty. One of the frostiest plants I've grown. She grew a bit taller than I was expecting and she ended up very close to the light. I don't think her top buds appreciated it.
