While I had issues with Plant 2, then soon after Plant 3 having some sort of fungus around the middle/end of flowering, the buds came out great and the grow was fantastic before the issues with the fungus occurred. I'll avoid splashing water in the future to attempt to remove further fungal infections in my grow tent.

One plants leaves are browning in multiple locations. I attempted to diagnose the problem with runoff tests. pH was 6.5 and TDS was around 900ppm, which was expected since they received nutes that day. Despite not spreading to other nearby plants, could it be leaf septoria?

oh, and it's not rare when your grow mutliple plants from the same strain, some phenotype show some deficiency while all the others don't and while they all get the same feeding, some phenotype are just more capricious and sensitive to feeding than some others.
and yup may be septoria, but most prolly k deficiency or calcium deficiency as you were low on feeding
