Charging along now... the SCRoG is almost full!

CBD CM's stems are getting mighty thick and she's definitely bumping elbows with CD-1 now. CD-1 hasn't wasted anytime in claiming SCRoG real estate and I'm especially impressed with her progress this week. I've taken clones from both of them moreso for my own practice in cloning than for any actual need.

I've also added BioBloom & TopMax to the nutrient schedule this week, in addition to the BioGrow they were already getting. BioBizz really seems to be doing the trick for them. It's important to me that they're not only organic but also animal product / cruelty free :)

I've noticed a bit of discolouration of the fabric smart pots, moreso at the base of my CD-1. My resident botanist, Dr G.Oogle suggested it was either from the nutrients (salt?) or mould (egads!) but both plants are otherwise look super healthy with no sign of mould on the actual plants themselves. Should I be concerned?

Other than that it's been super smooth sailing thus far. I have a sneaking suspicion I am going to run in to space problems soon - they're getting hard to photograph individually and they need to start heading upwards and not too much further outwards now!

@bobo420 Thanks! They're getting plenty of love and attention being my first time ;)

I'm keeping an eye on your current outdoor grow too. <3 those serious sixes. Southern hemisphere is coming in to Spring so I hope I can sneak a couple in to the garden here too :)

@Tonino oh that's great! I was worried I'd have to turf them and start with new pots. Just vinegar though right? No soap? I'd imagine the soap residue would leach out in to my next grow :|

Thats funny youre the first other person ive seen on here so far that has a toy guarding their plants lmao i have a safari action figure that i found while diving some reef and hes in the jungle i grew for him. Saved him from a watery grave. Random but true.

@Nomad ha! Not the only thing we have in common my friend, I too play my ladies Neil Young.

So awesome you've given that safari figure a new lease on life. Some kid probably had a quiet tear when he went off the side of the boat - if only he knew ;)

I started using Master Chief for scale, so I could compare the current week's growth in photos to the last week really easily. The plants almost are too big for that now... enter Balloonicorn!

Hi there, beautiful plants! I might be wrong but if what you're talking about is mold on your fabric pots, it might be because the pot is too big for the plant and it has not enough root structure to suck all the water up, so it stays there a bit too long (especially if the pot is in the runoff). Watering them with a proper amount of water and elevating the pots from the runoff could help. My humble opinion :) good luck to you sir!

Thanks for the info and advice :)

I'll see if I can raise them up a little, might be a bit late for that with the net on so if I can't I'll drop the water down by around 200mls a day until the roots catch up. I would say good luck you as well but by the looks of your current garden you don't need it. Tres impressive!
