Harvested, washed, and hanging to dry!
While dunking them, they were putting off the most atrociously sour odor...wild!
These bitches are heavy!
11/22:
They are so dense, it's gonna be at least a week until they are dry.
I'm smelling a basket of freshly picked garden fruit with strong notes of black pepper at this point...nice...
