-12/25/22 Week Start
-12/28/22 removed some shade leaves from lower and upper branches, left the shade leaves at the top of main stem. Should cause the top half to slow down on growth and boost the lower half, making the tops of the lower branches closer to the top of the main stem. Gave about 1 gal of water with nutrients, also added golden barrel unsulfured blackstrap molasses. Watering will now be done once a week with nutrients/molasses, will also continue to spray with just nutrient water (no molasses) once every few days.
-12/31/22 moved placement of things in grow space, plant is now under center of light. Will be defoliating lower/upper branches in a few days and may remove large shade leave from top of main stem.
-12/31/22 Week End
@Tweezer, thanks. they came out okay, even if the experiment was found to be a failure. Still waiting for the lower calyxes to Finnish, but should get around a few ounces off this plant.
@AutoGOAT, so I had it sitting on the humidity cap because the bottom was messing with the wooded surface I had it on. When I did the last watering I didnt see that some of the water had drained into the cap that it was sitting on in the morning (I water at night before the lights turn off), during that next 18h it had started rooting out of the bottom. When I found what happened the roots were sitting in the water, but a hasty transplant looks like it saved its life. It's looking good now and I'll have new photos at the end of the week.
