--found that the leaf tips are starting to die so I top dressed with more of the soil mix that it is already in.
--gave about 20 oz of water with a splash of calmag, will be doing full watering on 1/20/23.
--moved the light up because plant was getting close to it again, cant really move it any higher than it is now.
-1/20/23 gave about a gal of water with nutrients (no molasses), seen some aphids have found their way in. Sprayed with neem max to kill the aphids before they get out of control, may need multiple applications.
-1/21/23 heavy defoliation of upper and lower branches today, also removed the remaining large shade leaves off of the main stem. Will get a week for recovery then have the light cycle changed to 12/12 light/night.

@Tweezer, thanks. they came out okay, even if the experiment was found to be a failure. Still waiting for the lower calyxes to Finnish, but should get around a few ounces off this plant.
@AutoGOAT, so I had it sitting on the humidity cap because the bottom was messing with the wooded surface I had it on. When I did the last watering I didnt see that some of the water had drained into the cap that it was sitting on in the morning (I water at night before the lights turn off), during that next 18h it had started rooting out of the bottom. When I found what happened the roots were sitting in the water, but a hasty transplant looks like it saved its life. It's looking good now and I'll have new photos at the end of the week.
