Please give me some lee way with the dates per week - this clone was put into “mother plant” mode for a few month. She did great. Finally had another tent open up and moved her over Christmas 2022 break - also transplanted from a 5 gallon to a 10 gallon. More journey photos to come

This is about the time I moved my big girl into a 2.3x2.3 in my living room under a mars ts600. Which meant she was no longer in the main grow room, and I was carrying buckets up a flight of stairs to feed this tent. Something kinda seem off with her - she was going down hill a little. Not her perky self. I had to sit down and reanalyze everything I was doing - from the water to every nutrient. Finally - I figured out- the water bucket on the stairs - I hadn’t added epsom to for about a month! I bout died when I realized my mistake. Photos moving forward show how much better she does when she gets her epsomsalts back.

At some point during the thanksgiving holiday - I know I top dress her again with the Gaia, glacial dust, worm casting. It was about half cup worm casting with 3tbs gaia, 1.5 tbs glacial dust. At this point the main water feed has 1ml cal mag per gallon, 2ml tsp Silica per gallon….and about 3 tsp per gallon of Epsom salt to fix her up right quick. Took about 14 days for me to recover her from deficiency. I felt so bad! I treat her like gold - or I try to, lol.

I was trimming the girl back every week - piles of leaves but it looks like I was doing nothing haha. Once she got her food again she blew up…at almost to my waist, in a 5 gallon…in a 2x2 tent, I knew I had to take drastic measure. I Purchased a 4x4 gorilla tent during Black Friday special. Lighting also an issue… but that will be explained coming up. The challenge was keeping her happy in the smallest space ever until I could get her new room done. Thankfully Govee humidifier stabilized most of it. (I run all Govee heat and humidity controlled tents now….love that it alerts my phone if there is an issue or more water is needed!) — my goodness the things we do for our plants right?

December 9th - omg was hitting critical mass for the tent. She was taking over everything - my small clone tent became her world. December 12th - got a dolly and wheel her down to the basement to her new home in 4x4 gorilla tent - omg that tent was hard to set up. 2 people needed. Beautiful tent though. Love it December 14th - she loving it down there with fans, Govee humidifier, Govee heater! All stable. Finally got out the yard stick. December 15th - hacked out a bunch of the bottom - i was nervous to trim too much in one day. I put some pipe cleaners on her to try and get her bent out a little (she is very flexible actually compared to other strains) - but it was just a temporary move. Next step ——. TRANSPLANT! - yup….I went for it, cause I knew from my outdoor grow - she was root bound. Transplant from 5 gallon to 10 gallon fabric pot coming up! and yup….I was still using the mars tsw2000 at this point.

December 17th! -oh boy. Went through hell of a transplant into a 10 gallon fabric from a 5 gallon. Had to throw the thing on my shoulder for 10 minutes just to release the bottom.but she made it. It was nothing but a solid ball of white roots in that 5 gallon so this was the right choice for this plant. Had me sweating, I added first net —- I never use nets before or any of this so it’s all new to me. Been moving forward best I can. At some point this week…I know I top dress again with Gaia and what I mention before. During veg she doesn’t like a lot of nutrients so it’s always been half the recommended levels. I transplanted into happy frog soil with some great white myco is all. I did this because I wanted to control and know my bag nutrients heading into flower - and not just say - it’s a pre blend mix. I prefer to feed myself indoors…and not rely on soil during flower. December 21st…still under the tsl2000 single light. Per mentoring from my growmies on discord- there was no way I was bringing this plant full potential under that light. Christmas light shopping begins

Short update - during the holiday week. She is wonderful since transplant. We had mega storm here during Christmas-East coast storms suck. Instead of attending family chrimstas - I shopped for new light for the 4x4. 😂. She is such a nice lady in veg…..easy really. I flipped to flower on 12/23 -assuming and preparing for power outages. Let the flowe cycle tantrums begin!

Oh boy…4 foot wide plant under a tsl2000. Got the new light coming, was Xmas special - mars fc 3000. She is still hanging on and moving along, sub par light, I know. But we do what we can as new growers right? It’s easy to see in photos now…she was already going defecient. I top dressed again - stronger….with Gaia. And Gaia bloom. It wasn’t enough. New light - and new nutrients coming up.

Well, I got the new Mars fc 3000 up on my own without killing the plant. I can’t move a 10 gallon by myself so that became a tricky light switch. Lol I got the driver outside the tent to keep it cooler. This is when she really got hungry…and the Gaia green nutrient schedule wasn’t cutting the mustard. I did a full strength top dress and a week later she was already turning yellow! So - I just switched mid flower to all GH flora liquid nutrients (micro, grow, bloom). 2 gallon nutrient feeding at a time. I follow the nutrient chart from the HWG community - and have run this line in the past so might as well stick with what works.

She is really loving the new light, and buds are just exploding everywhere. I had started with a moderate dose of GH flora nutrients - but it’s still not enough. Bunch of leaves on the top have way too much lime. Also increased the cal mag. Recalibrated PH pen which was .3 off. Overall it’s turning out great I think, compared to her mom which I ran outside. She drinking atleast 1.5 gallons per day. It takes about 2 gallons to get any run off, but now that I’m on liquid nutrients I don’t want to let her dry out at all and get sat pockets. She always prefers to stay hydrated.

Added a little time lapse video for y’all to see my journey - atleast this clone journey- with this strain. Hope you enjoy it. Every day is a learning experience and she is like that saucy best friend - keeping me on my toes. She got 2 gallons of recharge, increased liquid nutrients - finally, some new minor tip burn which is what I was looking for. It’s about 1.25 gallons per day to keep her moist, 2 gallons to even get a cup of run off. (Every 3rd day I saturate her). New nutrient addition this week is tps signal- which I had great success with during end stage on another run. Plus I had hoped it would curb her appetite more. But by the 31st….she still wasn’t happy. I yell at her - “my goodness woman, what do you want from me!?” 🤣🤣 Mega nutrient increase coming up. 🙂 - and I’m watching the trichomes closely. I’m taking a ton of the lower branches/larf for a 6 week flower CBG harvest. I intend to mix it with the final thc flower product to maximize the benefits of the plant in certain smokes/edibles.

Increased nutrients even more, updated above. Fed 2 gallons of nutrients on 1/31/23 - and as of next day she looks a little better. 2-1-23 - gave her a rest day with nothing, I want her to eat what is in there now and not dilute it. Will continue on. Give me a shout if ya think I’m missing something or advice. Still my first sativa like this so I’m mega new. Shout out to all my growmies with HWG. https://www.howweedgrow.com. Feel free to come Join us for chat and learning on discord. 2-3-23 update - she has some minor upper leaf taco on tallest bus sites - but I’m not too concerned. Ppfd at 1100. I refilled humidifier, checked vpd chart and it’s good. Reclibrated ph pen. Gave another 2 gallon nutrient feeding since she doesn’t have any new tip burn. Buds are the stickiest I have had yet…fingers stick together like super glue just after a few touches. Still citrus and gas.

2-7-23 update - had to up the feeding amount -might even be going to 2.25 gallons per day tomorrow. I didn’t even get run off tonight with a full nutrient feeding. I raised the light up about 4 inches. She had some minor top leaf taco going on - but it could also be my humidity and vpd goes a little off wack when I’m gone to work for 12 hours. Overall - she is good. I don’t see anymore signs of progressing nutrient deficiencies. Buds not as big as I would like them to be - compared to the outdoor grow, but I suppose I shouldn’t have expected it to be the same at all even though it’s a clone. Guess I would need mega expensive light to even come close to that. I have learned a lot though - keeping in mind this is still actually my first strain ever - and it’s truly unknown origin. No wonder my out door grow went to shit - I wasn’t even feeding it 1/4 the amount of nutrients I am now. Valuable data 🙂 Trichomes look good to harvest some of the lower branches tomorrow for CBG only. Well - crap on a cracker. 2/12/23 update. She hermie. I blame myself. I didn’t have this tent regulated like the others. I lacked proper exhaust which led to me growing this with the doors half open. Vpd was crazy when I would go to work for 12 hours. I really can’t blame the plant at this point - and not like I know the breeder. So blame is pointless. She didn’t hermie growing outdoors - and the stress there was insane. I’m taking it down as fast I can…;but with each branch so large, it’s a nightmare. Figure I’ll kill the lights and no water and harvest what I can as fast as I can. I’m not really a smoker - of thc - so if the entire Beast goes to edibles I’m happy still. Oops. This should be into week 8 - first day flower. Oh well. Questions - is what to do with the clones? It’s pain relieve and relaxation terpenes are insane. I don’t want to kill the clones just cause im a new grower and may have caused the hermies myself. Y’all thoughts 0n this? 2/8/23 - uploaded mother plant photos for comparing. Cant wait for another Summer run with her clones. Almost 6 feet in a 15 gallon.

So if the strain hermie - on it’s first indoor run (and my novice grow caretaker methods) - but it didn’t hermie on the outdoor run, and has amazing terpene profile with pain and anxiety relief - h0w insane am I - if I keep the clones and run it again and maybe cross it?

Hola. Tus clones tienen en su genetica hermafrodismo. Lo cual puede que siempre tengas la posibilidad de tener plantas herma.tal ves cruzando genetica, puede que valla desapareciendo el gen herma. Suerte

Well - let’s not beat around the bush and make it sound better than it is. I’m PISSED - and there has been lots of swearing going on. Lol 😂 I only kept this strain going for two reason - 1: I wanted to see it full term -which didn’t happen summer 2022 cause of bud rot and I live in a humidity forest - I figured I could bring it indoors - and reap her rewards. 2: terpene profile from the mother plant was just lovely. Such a nice tasting smoke, even though it was low THC - I couldn’t resist. I mean come on - who doesn’t love a “clean neon green” smoke - it’s like natures Listerine 😋. The summer 2022 outdoor harvest was well over 400grams - and that’s with a 30% loss or more to bud rot. I had expected this tent - this light - this false utopia I created - to make atleast an equal plant and I was wrong. I spent close to a grand baby Ruth chocolate bar - or more expanding - just for this 10 gallon. Waste of pirate coins? yea, I think it’s a loss. But I did learn a ton, and as a new grower I’m trying to keep in my mind that I need to face these set backs and continue on. As of 2/17/23 - it’s still really wet, so I’ll update the total weight in 2 weeks from now. I’m gonna guess - 1.25 lbs. it’s gotta be atleast 7lbs wet - and with a 75% dehydration weigh …we shall see 😔 Thank you guys soooo much for the positive vibes and grow support. We can’t win them all - but we sure as hell can learn and move forward. 2/25/23 - it’s all in a 5 gallon pail to cure now. Smells beautiful even in these early stages. I just pulled 10 grams for decarb - and omg the kitchen turned into a sweet citrus circus. It’s still super sticky - but fully dry and in 58%rh cure bin so I’m not sure - what to think. probably just early in the cure - but there was such a noticeable difference tonight with this strain and the others I was decarbing. My fingers were jacked up after 10 grams - super glue. I’m really hoping this will make excellent rare edibles and spa products for pain.
