For reference which plant is which in the pictures after trimming on the 8th of June: Amnesia Haze #1 = Front right plant in the tent Amnesia Haze #2 = Front left plant in the tent Blue Amnesia Haze #1 = Back right plant in the tent Blue Amnesia Haze #2 = Back left plant in the tent And of course catastrophy strikes in the final week of flower :D Amnesia Haze #1 was having nanners in almost every bud which I didn't see before. I'm not sure whether they have been there for a while (since the power outage) or whether they were all newly developed. That plant seems to have a couple of seeds here and there, the others look perfectly fine. We'll see once they are dry if there is actually seeds or not. I found the nanners on the 7th and decided to chop the plants down in the evening on the 8th. Me and a friend defoliated most of the fan leaves before chopping the plants and hanging them to dry as you can see in the pictures. Some buds were falling over as soon as the trellis netting was out, made us chuckle when we took it out. The Amnesia Haze plants look very similar in bud structure and they also smell the same. The two Blue Amnesia Haze plants have wildly different colors, bud structures and smells so I'm curious to see the difference in those two after drying/curing. The current drying conditions are around 21-22 degrees C and 55-60% humidity in the tent. With my current setup, I can't get the temp any lower as we are in the middle of a heat wave. We'll see how it turns out, the tent is smelling nice when you put your head in there 🙏 I'll probably do the trimming and final weigh in somewhere next week or the week after depending on the drying speed. In the mean time, Happy growing and enjoy your week!! For those of you that have been following along: Thanks for joining on this grow!!

Grow Questions

On the 4th of March during lights ON I sprayed my plants with distilled water with Vita Race (3ml/L). I noticed that after it dried up there are some weird spots on the leaves that were left behind (see picture). Any idea if that can lead to problems later?😅

foliar sprays do more for human psyches than actually aid the plant in any way... if you need foliar sprays tosupplement fertilization, that means your fertilization is off. it's a tool for specific problems, yes, but to use in general invites more risk than benefits. now, something like a neem application to preemptively avoid a problem is a different thing. You shouldn't need vitamins or other stuff in a general foliar spray... it should get all it needs at far as nutrients from the roots, preferably.

My leaves on one plant are doing this weird thing where some parts are yellow'ish. It looks like a mutation. She is getting the same nutes as the other 3 plants in the garden and they aren't doing this. I've never seen this before so I'm not sure what I'm looking at?

It's most likely a pigment mutation but your ppm is a little on the aggressive end. Although the other plants are fine doesn't mean this pheno is going to respond the same way to the same growing conditions. I recommend just lowering your feed about 100 ppm to see if anything changes. This should give you a good idea if it's a mutation or an excess of nutrients. Hope this helps

My leaves are getting some purple'ish hues at the tips and some of the leaves are getting a bit of a more limegreen'ish color. Is this a deficiency/toxicity or just normal aging patterns of the plant?

The autumn colors are from cooler temperatures at night and/or genetics. Looks liek thy are also paling from tip-in .. if this is also progressing up the plant, it's needing more nitrogen. unlike what often gets repeated ad nauseum, a flowering plant most definitely needs nitrogen at nearly the same levels as in vege phase. if you want your plant to turn yellow, stick to teh culturally-constructed nonsense that's never once been supported with evidence :P

@Testefumate, Thanks :) The genetics have been great so far! Not a lot of issues with stress or nanners, would highly recommend Amsterdam Genetics based on this grow so far!

Looking good! And the humidity shouldn't be a big problem at this stage, as long as you have good airflow! We're excited to see em flower 👌

Thats a bit sad with the nanners and a few seeds did u have any light leaks in your tent or room ? ✌️🏻💚💨
GarenMaster420
GarenMaster420commenteda year ago
@FacelessGardens, I think the growtent had a bit of light leakage at one of the intake vents. In my opinion they could have designed that a bit better but I'll MacGyver my way out of it for next grow
