Going into week 4 of flower I fed her 20tbsp of Craft Blend as well as the 2 cups of worm castings and watered it in with a compost tea. She is still looking freaky but has put some mass on this week, although not as much as the Lemon Orange. She also has begun to develop her frost, but again she comes behind the Lemon Orange in that regard. She isn't really giving off that much of a smell. Upon rubbing the sugar leaves there is very little aroma. The smell is a bit funky, hard to make out. Hopefully her smell develops when she comes a bit further along in flower. Her stretching has continued but she is now slowing down. I don't expect her to grow much taller, maybe a few inches more which is relief. It seems like she likes the Craft Blend as the fan leaves pray up towards the light whenever I water. I think I'm going to slow down on the feeding however as she's had about 2+ cups of the craft blend over the last few months. I may continue to feed her with compost teas. Speaking of leaves, there's too many damn leaves at the top of the canopy blocking light to the lower bud sites. I'll be slowly defoliating the biggest problematic fan leaves over the course of the rest of flower. Temp and humidity have been pretty alright, with temps rarely going over 82f during the day and rh rarely going over 65 at night. No signs of deficiency or major issue, however I do notice that some of the oldest fan leaves at the bottom of the plant are dying off as well as some tip burn here and there. Other than that, this is one healthy plant. 😀 See you next week.

What are you thoughts on the strange coloration and twisted growth on my Chemdog D's leaves? It looks like Tobacco Mosaic Virus but I'm 99% sure its not that. I am certain it is just genetics but would love to hear some opinions, especially if you've grown similar genetics.

I have been told that Chem lineage is known for having this discoloration. There are also other mosaic viruses besides TMV that could be the culprit

I run by humidifier with the calcium deposits in my water as well I think I just get lucky I don’t get the white specs…also very meticulous about cleaning all of my stuff. My issue is holding humidity even with a humidifier it’s so dry here been around 20% can only get my tent up to around 31-34…max 40% in these cold false Illinois winters. Girls are growing pretty damn good and I got the same temps. You should be good I think 👍🏼

@BeiingBreeziie, Yeah, the dust gets over everything: the walls of the tent, the wires, inside the clip fans, the plants etc so I just gave up on it. Don't feel like purchasing gallons of distilled water so I'll have to wait until I get an evaporative humidifier to replace my ultrasonic humidifier with. Its a bit of a bummer, but the plants seem to be doing just fine. 😀 The winters here are very dry and the summers are very wet, so I'll be having the opposite issue where I live very soon. Thanks for the comment and good luck!

@Brasco, Yeah, no problems really with her the whole grow! Glad it wasn't anything serious as she was a killer when finished! I would like to learn more about the Chemdog D's lineage and quirks but its seems like there's either conflicting or not enough information out there publicly. Thanks for the confirmation though friend.

I could be wrong but your leaves look like signs of sickness / virus which usually is in genetics or poor grow environment and lately 90% of the time it’s the breeders handing out infected seeds. With virus the spots / markings on leaves will over lap the stems & veins. Where a deficiency it skips over the stems and veins

@BeiingBreeziie, That's what I initially thought, but it doesn't seem that the symptoms are spreading to my other plant in the same tent. I was under the impression that viruses only really spread through clones so its worrying that seeds can do it as well. I'm pretty sure its just a mutation as I've read S1s are prone to mutation and I hope I'm right. Gunna have the clean the tent really good after harvest 😀. Thanks for the kind words as well.

Everything you seem to be doing is excellent! So I blame genetics/ breeder not caring / catching it
