Above average temps last week, below average temps this week. Not many daytime highs over 22Β°C and many of the nights 8-10Β°C with one night down to 5Β°C . Only had one day of rain but 5 days of heavy fog overnight and first hours of morning, the worst environment for potential bud rot. Should see more seasonal temps (high and low) this week so hopefully much less fog π€
Finally got around to giving both girls a heavy thinning. #1 still need a bit more work but I reached my limit of trimming for one day haha. While cleaning them up I did see a bit of suspicious looking buds on #1 and a single one an #2 that I promptly chopped off. Inspected surroundings which looked good. Hopefully now that there is a lot more room to breath they with not have any more issues. Normally would have defoliation a week or two earlier but was busy with other projects in free time and kinda lost track of time π€·.
Let's hope.for.a good week ahead and that the weather cooperates for a strong finish!
@Grow_for_Happiness, the Bubba Kush proved itself to me last year when it resisted the pervasive powdery mildew in our neighbourhood. But I'm still holding my breath as well until I see more Heat.
Your Bubba Kush Flowers are going to be huge! Enjoy π
@Grisly, thanks dude I'm holding my breath hoping for the same, at this rate it'll be mid October π¬. Apparently this strain is mold/mildew resistant but still π€
Beautiful plant and whole outdoor diary! Lots of great inspiration. I also grew a huge Bruce Banner #3 plant outside. You can check it out on my profile. Peace and enjoy your fruits.ππ
