Another WET week, 4 days of rain and a storm at the end of the week that dumped 2.5" of rain in just under 2 hours! At least it means no watering. These girls stood up to the pounding of the rain and the tornado warning winds and are looking fine and dandy. Top dressed Day 92 from Seed with a full board of ammendments getting ready for the stretch. Also removed some fan leaves and low inner growth that won't go anywhere in the long run half way through the week. Probably have to add another horizontal layer of net this week, both plants up almost 12" this week, growing fast! And if the weather keeps on this trend these girls are gonna need all the support they can get. Really glad I went with a mold/pest resistant strain that's an early finisher like Bubba Kush, I have a feeling it may be a wet season overall. Hoping for a dryer end to the season than the start has been ๐ค.
@Grow_for_Happiness, the Bubba Kush proved itself to me last year when it resisted the pervasive powdery mildew in our neighbourhood. But I'm still holding my breath as well until I see more Heat.
Your Bubba Kush Flowers are going to be huge! Enjoy ๐
@Grisly, thanks dude I'm holding my breath hoping for the same, at this rate it'll be mid October ๐ฌ. Apparently this strain is mold/mildew resistant but still ๐ค
Beautiful plant and whole outdoor diary! Lots of great inspiration. I also grew a huge Bruce Banner #3 plant outside. You can check it out on my profile. Peace and enjoy your fruits.๐๐
