Runtz x Layer Cake c/o KIZ

Hey growmies 🍃🌺 This week has been so fun! Mainly because I finally transplanted the girls into their big pots on Wednesday. It was a bit of a spur-of-the-moment decision, but I chopped my cover crop, then dug a hole in each pot, covering the mulch & greens in a thin layer of soil. Next, I dusted some Dynomyco (see pics) in the hole and slotted the plants in there. Few handfuls of mulch, a sprinkle of cover crop, some dry amendment and some bio-char on top, then I watered with a compost extract I made using Ecothrive’s ‘Bio-Blend’. The rest of the week has gone pretty well too! Mainly just trying to figure out how to LST without the amazing Air-Pots. But I’m getting there! Might install a net early to help them spread out. Can’t wait to see how they’re settling into their new homes! I can’t check on them every day unfortunately but this is one of the reasons why I’ve chosen to grow with living soil!!
