Week 5, Day 29:
The girls had a good week. Because of bad weather we had lower temps, which allowed to let the lights blast with 100%. The ladies did appreciate that and rewarded it with pretty explosive growth.
Fastbuds is still on the fast lane and already in the flowering stage, Pineapple Express is growing pretty stretchy while Hulkberry is clearly the leafy girl. She put on so much leaves, its impressive. But she pulls up last in the flowering lane.
This week the next heatwave is in full force, it is impossible to get the temps lower than 30°. They had one regular feeding last week. I try to do two this week with 0.5 ml grow and 0.5ml grow and see how they take it. Last feeding they were very sensitive to the nutes.
I LST them every 2-3 Days and try to spread them out as good as i can. Kinda difficult with the hulkberry, but doing my best. At the start of the next week, they should all be in flower.
Day 30: They got a generous feeding of 1l nute water for each plant with the first 0.5ml/l Bloom fertilizer added in. Forgot to switch from Fishmix to Grow, but i'll do that next feeding. I took some big fanleaves off the hulkberry, to get some light into the canopy.
Day 31: Well... we got a heatpeak at the moment. I can't get the temps under 33°. It is what it is. Poor girls, but i hope they take it well. I cut the lights back to 60% to keep temps under 34°, will get it back up when temps are lower.
Day 33: Pineapple Express shows some clawing and very dark leaves, crystal meth has no clawing but also very dark leaves and hulkberry is thriving. Despite cutting the feeding almost in half, PE and CM are intoxicated. So i just stop feeding them Grow fertilizer until they are fully recovered. Hulkberry gets a but more. Shes just a hungry girl, while PE and CM are very picky eaters. (While the outdoor girls don't give a f)
But we got some lower temps, so i could rise the lights again to 100% with temps around 32° in the tent. I kinda upped the bar and goal is to keep temps under 32,5° which i think is pretty manageable with lights running between 80% and 100% (If the outside temps are under 32°).
@GrowWithFlow, Thank you so much my fellow growmie! The drying process makes me more nervous than the grow itself, but i'm really looking forward to the first smoke🌻🎉🔥
@KingSalomonsWeed, Really? That is insane :D I just thought i had a hallucination when i opened the tent yesterday 😂 Thank you so much for this comment, it is such a relief. I asked myself what could have caused that the whole day!
Your humidity is possibly causing C.Septoria if you're not seeing nutrient issues, try getting some Calcium Chloride-based indoor dehumidifier and/or Bicarb of Soda. I have constant fluctuations in temperature + RH here and I found those both helped keep it from ~60-70 constant without it, and afterward to ~43-60 stably.
@delta_420, Yeah i definitely have really high fluctuations in temperature and humidity since the start of my grow, Thank you so much for your advice! 🌻🌱
