First Day of Week 1:
Got very lucky and all the girls germinated. Happy days! They develop good so far. Heat is the overwhelming issue at the moment. Temperatures are almost always between 28° and 31°. I try to support the ladies with a fan, additional Co2 and some silica in the water.
Because of the high temperatures i have to leave the tent open during the day, which causes low humidity. But i decided to just ignore humidity for now. Just do my best with misting them and i left some water in the tent to help with that and as an aditional cooling source.
I fed them just root juice, microbes, and aloe vera. They get this only once until now, the rest was just misting with phed silica water. Juice for the roots, microbes for the soil, Co2/aloe vera for heat tolerance and silica to build a thick skin. This week they'll get the feed also just once. Beside this its watering every other day with ph'd silica water and regular misting.
I'll give them another week and then repot them in their final 11l fabric pots.
Day 8: They had a horrible night with temperatures of about 35° in the Tent. Open tent is just slightly better with 32°. Until now my lighting schedule was that lights are off during the afternoon, but i guess i'll throw that out of the window. I switch to lights off at night, because i can't leave the tent open during the night. As it is not getting cooler the next weeks, i guess i have to go with lights at about 60° of power. That means lews yield, but i don't the ladies can even tolerate higher temps caused by the lights being brighter.
Day 9: They are still alive and looking good so far, despite the high temperatures. I'm really happy with how it goes so far, when you consider the hurdles. At the end of this week i'll pot them in their final containers.
Day 11: Still a night with 35° next day when i opened it up. But they seem to take it like little champs. Gave them a sip (1dl) of phed water with root juice, acti vera and a bit of bio heaven today. Still mist them 4-6 times a day with ph'd water + silica (due to the high temps) and start to spoonfeed them with sips of water every 2-3 Days. They do great and i'm more than happy with the first days.
@GrowWithFlow, Thank you so much my fellow growmie! The drying process makes me more nervous than the grow itself, but i'm really looking forward to the first smoke🌻🎉🔥
@KingSalomonsWeed, Really? That is insane :D I just thought i had a hallucination when i opened the tent yesterday 😂 Thank you so much for this comment, it is such a relief. I asked myself what could have caused that the whole day!
Your humidity is possibly causing C.Septoria if you're not seeing nutrient issues, try getting some Calcium Chloride-based indoor dehumidifier and/or Bicarb of Soda. I have constant fluctuations in temperature + RH here and I found those both helped keep it from ~60-70 constant without it, and afterward to ~43-60 stably.
@delta_420, Yeah i definitely have really high fluctuations in temperature and humidity since the start of my grow, Thank you so much for your advice! 🌻🌱
