Welcome to week 5, thanks for stopping by and checking out my Apricot, cheers! π
Seeing significant growth and water intake, flowering is really taking off as well. π
This Apricot is a picky one, something is off that I can't quite figure it out. I see some brown spots on random leaves and some chlorosis on some random and top leaves. I'm thinking that she just could be hungry, I've been very light on the nutes, I'll increase them to see how she responds. Regardless she is still drinking and growing strong.
Day 29: Just monitoring and enjoying watching her grow
Day 30: She really started to drink water now... fed and watered with 2L, PH'd to 6.5
Day 31: Continued LST and performed a light defoliation π
Day 32: Soil dried out quickly so gave about 2L of water, PH'd to 6.4
Day 33: Just monitoring and enjoying watching her grow
Day 34: Feed and watered with 2L, PH'd to 6.5
Day 35: Just monitoring and enjoying watching her grow
Happy Growing Everyone!
BioBiz is not a Synthetic Nutrient, strictly natural organic, watering to run off in soil as frequently as you are watering, can cause its own set of issues, what I found with BioBiz is that you can feed at 50/75% of recommended amounts, or you can feed every other watering, and move up from there, your plants look great, I would be more concerned with over-watering at this point, let your pots dry out a bit and cut back a bit on the nutrients, that's just my thoughts.
@MrJones, Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it! π I'll cut back on the watering and the nutes a bit. I've been using the BioBizz All Mix feeding schedule for the nutrient dosage and I thought they were missing some nitrogen due to leaf yellowing toward the lower parts of the plant, but I'm not sure what is causing it. It seems I starting running into issues around week 5 with the majority of my grows and I haven't figured out what is causing it and I thought watering to runoff would potentially help. Normally I feed at 1/2 dose every other watering and I let the pots dry out until they were light to pick up, but I increased watering and nutes recently to see how they respond π These are all lessons I'm learning. π Thanks again for the advice. π
@MrJones, Thanks my friend! π Yes, a very good combo. π She is giving me a bit a trouble right now so I'm trying to adjust my feeding to see if helps. She is growing strong still though and I'm having a blast. I appreciate you stopping by! π Happy Growing! π
@gottagrowsometime, Thanks bro for stopping by! π This one has been picky and I haven't dialed in to what she exactly is missing, having some brown spots on random leaves and some chlorosis. I'm learning and having a blast though. Happy Growing! π
@Sour_D, Thanks my friend! π She will be ready for harvest in the next couple of days π Did you harvest yours right at the week 9? I've very surprised she is ready so fast and the smell is amazing! Happy Growing! π
@Still_Smoq, It was my fastest harvest to date! I'll be sure to post the smoke report here in a couple of weeks after I get a good cure in. Happy Growing! π
@Sour_D, Thanks my friend! π She has been harvested and I have her hanging to dry right now, trying for a nice slow dry. Definitely strong pungent (in a good way) chemical smell mixed with fruity goodness while drying π Happy Growing! π
