Hello Growmies,
Week 8 is unfolding with our stalwart Bruce Banner x White Russian hybrids, and they are displaying a splendid spectacle of growth as they march further into the flowering phase. With the PPFD values remaining firm at a rigorous 450-550, the plants are reveling in the abundance of light, channeling it into an impressive display of floral development.
The steady hand of environmental management, although sans the advanced Tent-X system, is proving its worth as the VPD continues to hold within the desired bounds. The nighttime humidity is being kept in check by the steadfast work of our extraction setup, illustrating our commitment to providing a stable atmosphere for our crops.
Nutritionally, we've fine-tuned the feeding to favor the flowering stage, transitioning to Alga Bloom to foster the burgeoning flower sites. These budding stars are beginning to show the dense, resinous qualities we admire in the Bruce Banner lineage, promising a rich harvest to come.
The unique phenotypic traits among our plants have resulted in a captivating canopy of diversity. One plant in particular has developed a fascinating instance of albinoism, exhibiting a rare pale coloration in one of its main colas, standing in stark contrast to its otherwise lush green siblings. Such anomalies are not just visual novelties but can offer insights into the intricate genetics at play.
A noticeable difference in structure can be observed amongst the plants; with one taking on a more compact, indica-like appearance, while the others exhibit a lofty sativa structure. The tallest of the group has outstretched its companions, indicative of a genotype leaning towards vigor and vertical growth.
Despite the absence of high-tech environmental controls, the robust health of these Bruce Banner x White Russian hybrids is undeniable. The deep green foliage and sturdy stalks speak of their resilience and adaptability. The selective defoliation has paid off, with light penetrating to invigorate even the lowest of flower sites, ensuring a balanced development throughout.
With each passing day, the anticipation builds as we edge closer to the peak of blooming. The once subtle floral aroma is intensifying, a harbinger of the potent experiences to come. The captivating sight of the albino cola serves as a gentle reminder of the wondrous variations that nature bestows upon us.
As we navigate the coming weeks, our dedication to these plants' welfare remains unwavering. With a nurturing environment and tailored nutrients, we await the full maturation of these hybrids with bated breath.
Stay lifted,
Salokin
Sounds like it's gonna be a sweet run. Been a fan of ganja farmers stuff, curious how their photos are ..
Best of luck tho I like the idea , gonna look amazing !!
@Grow4Releaf, so far so good, most of them germinated, from the ganja farmer seeds I have 1 GMO trailing behind and the Bruce banner white widow are taking a bit longer, but also have all germinated. I may replace them with some watermelon candy f1 hybrids from the Zamnesia family :)
