Looks like your feeding chart is a bit heavy for that stage , you are using the 4th flowering week chart at the 2nd week of flowering : so you have a slight over feeding. For a light mix soil you are using you should mix 2 ml of Grow , 2ml of Bloom , 2ml of bio heaven , 2 ml of algua mic and 1 ml of Topmax. Like Athos told you an Ec/ppm pen will help you to know the exact amount of nutrient in your mix , if you can't get one then follow the feeding chart every 2 watering ( one with fertilizer and one without ) 😁👍
