Big Karen Kush - Zamnesia - B&B

Forgive me I made a small mistake before I pasted the description of another plant. Here we are, this Karen Kush grew with her friend in the other diary that is growing straight but then I made a good decision and lucky speaking now with hindsight. I started working it with the techniques just because I was tired of growing only straight plants and it didn't seem like a plant that gave its best straight, there are some plants that need extra care recognize them and they will give you great fruits. So I did topping on the central line x2 - x4 - x8 tops, but leaving two underlying lateral branches that were low stressed in a symmetrical way to stay nice and open. Now the plant is a big bush nice and wide and I cleaned with a good pruntig all the branches that don't see the light well and are thin. I think I'll mount the scrog net if I can align it with the other plant. Now Power Buds and other Plagron fertilizers will work their magic and hopefully we will see some super flowers. And here we are, a step back from the other plants in advanced flowering, we are talking about two young ladies that I have kept in vegetative for a long time and on which I have applied various techniques. I have nicknamed her "big" Karen Kush to distinguish her from the other one that is growing straight with about 4 weeks of vegetative. This one has 8 and has been worked with different techniques: first a nice topping at a certain point of growth was the 5th internode I think, then I cleaned everything under the topping except the two branches in the internode below. These two branches were worked with a significant LST that gave them an open, symmetrical very beautiful to see. However, the underlying branches, receiving the food first, have taken advantage of it a bit, they take flight and the other topped ones have not gone as I wanted. In fact a couple of shoots from the center were cut but no big deal really - At this point there is some cleaning and deciding what to send into bloom and the buds that see the light better have a much better chance of coming out well. I will be the last to finish because I left her to vegetate with autoflowering, we are talking about the Karen Kush in this wonderful specimen. A very clean LST was performed on the side branches and a less clean topping job in the center. I knew that the ideal would have been to leave 4 tops (with two branches in the lower tenode is the maximum that the plant can grow regularly in an aligned manner, the two lower branches eat first and take most of the nutrition) but I brought the tops in central topping to 8 and here was the mistake. The 11 liter pot does not allow much more and some central branches were left behind, too low destined to grow with little light in a discolored style. The moral of the story? Cleanliness and leave only what sees the light. And our Karen Kush in large version is no joke either... look at those buds. There are really a lot of buds at the top, now weighed down they hang here and there closed in the cage made with 4 stakes and a cotton thread that doesn't hold much, really beautiful buds, heavy and resilient Judge for yourself then I always say itm look to believe. A topping was done but leaving two lateral branches that have become main and powerful, but then I did two more toppings and the center grew with some slightly weakened branches. At a certain point in flowering I eliminated all the branches that would not produce flowers at the top and we are now. an excellent point. I had some difficulties in the vegetative phase with this passarello strain so even if late I applied a series of techniques to maximize the harvest. I applied a late topping, I did LST on the lower branches and I elegantly widened them and topped x 8 in the center. By doing so the center came out a bit weakened because the power went to all the branches below (that's why the main lining is better), but by eliminating some branches that would not have reached the top I obtained an excellent result, there are really many buds and a result that will exceed 100 grams by a lot I think going closer to 150 grams. The flowers are very beautiful, nice mature pistils, large calyxes, this plant has really large calyxes that make it a bit difficult to clean or rather it is easy to cut some calyxes here and there. But the grass is so much you can easily make sense of it. The smell is wonderful I still have to go into more detail but it seems something strawberry, sweet, I'm still trying to understand what it reminds me of and I have to study the terpenes and terpene profiles better. The trichomes are mostly milky but we honestly have little amber still and a bit of transparency, it could have been another week probably but that's fine.
