einamio Hello guys! First I would like to thank Sweet Seeds for an opportunity to grow this beaut - Sweet Mimosa XL Auto. I'm diving into the world of Mimosas and would be growing different breeders to compare which one I like the most. I plan to top, sowing directly in fresh lightmix, some extra perlite added. Thanks for popping in and have a great day, growmies ๐
Day 0 I'm concerned. It took a week to germinate, it looks I have problems with damping off again. I blame cold nights, and probably not giving enough light... Let's see if she survives.
Day 1 Doesn't look good. I'm gonna panic-start another seed but try to get her dry and warm maybe she can get to first leaves still.
Day 2 Ok looks like she's alive! Some spring sun light helped. I guess now I'm going to have two sweet mimosas because I have no patience.
Day 3 Just as Strawberry Banana Gelato did - she's taking it slow. Second seed not yet germinated.
Day 4 She can't decide if she wants to live in this cruel world.
Day 5 ~500ml with some root booster ph6.2
Day 6 ๐ด๐ค
Seed A (Day 8) I can't tell if more leaves are coming... not giving up on her just yet but the second seed is catching up.
Seed B (Day 2) Transplanted her to the final pot right away. If I didn't stress her much she should take over the first seed in a day or two.
Days 3 / 9 ๐ด๐ค
Days 4 / 10 500ml with root booster given to each plant.
Days 5 / 11 They look almost the same, hard to tell they are week apart.
Days 7/13 Ok, I guess it is safe to start Veg with these two... It will be interesting to see how problems during germination will affect the first plant compared to the second one born w/o any stuns.

So it's a mess but both girls started flowering around week 5. I topped Jess when she was 25 days old. Her pot has least amount of substrate but somehow she's the biggest plant in the tent with very lengthy branches. I snapped one of her top colas while doing the training. It was hanging on the very last fiber but it looks like I was quick enough to bandage it and now a few days later we only lost some height compared to second cola even the leaf which was droopy dead is alive again! It was scary and I'm very happy and surprised she survived. She endured a lot during her 1 month she is the biggest girl in the tent :) Ashley was topped day 22 and looks more normal.

einamio I'm struggling with keeping up the diaries. Both plants Jessica and Ashley are really tall even though I topped them. Jessica survived stem snapping like a hero, we almost lost one of the top colas but quick bandage and her vigor made it so we only lost a couple of centimeters of height compared to the second top cola.

einamio Both girls are doing great! They turned out huge so my tent is a bit of a jungle at the moment. Jess seems to have less substrate in her pot and drinks twice as often. No major problems in sight, looks like my low ppm strategy is working. I water with nutes every time with ppm below 600, it gives me a stable runoff of ppm around 800-900. Leaves look alright. Photos missing.

einamio Boi do they both smell magnificent! There are definitely notes of mimosa flowers and in general a very pleasant funk (unlike fb mimosa cake which so far smells super weird - there's nothing from "mimosa" there). The older one - Jess is really XL, though I remember I started the second seed of her younger smaller sister Ash because I accidentally got high and panicked for no reason. They grew to become one of the largest plants I've grown even though I topped her. She even has less substrate in the pot and drinks twice more often but still... They are only 6 days apart. Ash had less space in the tent so she is tight. But both smell great. I'm watering with nutes every-time but I keep the dosage low. The runoff ppm has risen to 1200, pH is perfect 6.2, they don't look sick to me, but Jess started yellowing and some tips have dried up as she's getting closer to finish line. Thank you SweetSeeds ๐
Both of the images are taken on the same day.

einamio Ash Day 76 / Jess Day 82. Should it be week 11 already? they both look ready and smell magnificent. Ash is just a little green still, but her trichs look milky as well. I think I might harvest any day now but I will wait a bit since I'm not in a rush although I need space in the tent.

einamio Big heavy buds bend the branches but the girls dont look ready. The trichomes are still transparent and milky w//o any amber, and leaves are still quiet healthy so I keep them for longer ;) They develop some nice colors.

einamio Hmmm it looks like they stopped drinking or I gave them too much but my usual watering cycle is off because they are taking longer to dry. Still cant see any amber. Giving them just water without any nutes, watching how they react, I want more yellow leaves :) I need tent space it's time for them to go but they are not ready...

einamio Days 91 and 97 for these girls, I'm about to harvest oldest one - Jess, she's frosty and fat ๐ Looks and smells great! Giving her sis a few more days to dry out. Trim jail here I come.
Jess was hanged to dry - I think it's actually first time that I can clearly smell MIMOSA hence the name! Her trim if so fragrant ๐ป Yum! Well done SweetSeeds - fat buds covered in frost delivering what's promised on all fronts!
Interessting Sweet Seeds Strain ! Looking forward for the Next week . Great work keep it up your Lady will love it :D maybe take a look at my "Sweet Seeds Forest" ? I would Really apreciate that :D
