OG-Cream is a custom strain developed by farahweed using STS (Silver Thiosulfate) for feminization and genetic stabilization.
This cross merges the old-school power and earthy depth of OG Kush (DNA Genetics) with the sweet, creamy, and resin-rich character of Cakes N Cream from In-House Genetics.
OG-Cream produces dense, frosty buds with strong trichome coverage and deep, relaxing effects – ideal for night-time use or craft growers seeking elite indica traits.
This strain is still under development and refinement but is showing stable results and strong indoor performance under LED.
Strain developed in Iran (2023–2024) through controlled indoor grows and phenotype selection by Farahweed Genetics.

Thank you all for following my page.
This week I used bio tabs Mycotrex fertilizer to strengthen the substrate and roots.
I used green house feeding grow fertilizer in very small amounts.
I equipped the growing space a little more.
My new genetics ogcream is growing without stopping 😍😍
But the female organs of our project are not visible yet so I dont know that the path to creating new genetics has been successfully completed😍

I keep the temperature around 25 degrees during the day and a little cooler at night, around 20 degrees.

Fifth week of growth.
Last week, the plants were a little shocked after topping, but after a few weeks they returned to normal growth.
To reduce this shock, I used BioEnhancer fertilizer.

We have reached the 5th week of flowering.
The plants are almost done with their longitudinal growth and most of the plant is focused on buds.
I used overdrive fertilizer this week.
The smell of the buds has increased a lot.
And the buds have a stronger smell than the mother (cakes n cream) and give off a stronger OG smell😍
Because I increased the temperature difference between night and day, the color of the buds started to change.

All phenotypes are now visible😍
The color of some plants has completely changed due to the temperature difference I observed between night and day.
The very dense and snowy buds are the result of my genetic cross (OGcream) of course the real result in my opinion is obtained after drying😈
This week I used feeding and advance fertilizers.

I decided to name it OG Cream.
This is my first time trying something like this,

This week I’m giving the plants their final nutrients and supplements, and next week I’ll start flushing them.

It seems, that leave to bud Ratio is a little bit unbalanced... But we will See in Future bud developement... Good Luck!
Maybe you select another genotype from next run with less leave developement... Crossings Genetics ITS a hard work... did our second Strain in 1,5 years... and actuialy we're testing Gen 2...Best regards!

Also where the parents "feminized" already or from a "regular" batch? Just interested!
Either way sounds like a good cross!
(Only rookie breeding knowledge me, but i understand using a "feminized" genetic to cross with can lead too a more "stable" cultivar in terms of traits right? So lesser phenos, more similar to parent genetics (also the case because of f1 between 2 already "stable" parents i believe)

Good question.
Both parents were feminized using the reversal technique (Silver Thiosulfate – STS).
The reversed genetic was OG Kush, and the mother genetic was Cakes N Cream.
This whole grow journal is actually for testing the feminized stability of OG Cream.
And it worked out: from 10 test seeds, 100% showed as feminized.

@farah4weed, Go for it!💪🏽 It's not too difficult to catch up with the current level of most seed companies if you are a true canna-nerd. You just need large facilities to grow populations from 100-1000 plants per generation per strain to select. If you want to become a legend within the cannabis scene go for major selections out of 1000-10000 plants. Who knows, maybe gelato #6788 (if they had selected out of 7000) would have had 35% THC back then 🍀🍀🍀.

@KurtHighgrade, blending hybrids even further to find something unique...Its possible sure. But you really need a better foundation than commercial genetics. Thats like saying you want to start a restaurant and use the same food supplier as McDonald's. Better foundations are out there, and if you have the passion you should aim higher in this area. Your starting genetics should be of highest possible quality, even if it means paying thousands just for a few to work with. Good luck and hope your dreams come true, and if not... you enjoyed a nice gardening hobby so you win anyway!
