Week 7
19th June. Start of the week.
Lady 1 enjoying the tent and getting bushier leaf tucking is getting harder as they grow and keeping nutrients at the same level as there is no signs of stress or deficiency.
Lady 2 still staying indoors due to the heavy rain here. I have started LST on her to keep the leaves away from bud sites. She started slowly but is growing healthy and shows no signs of being unhappy. I don't expect a high yield from her but she has cost nothing so any return is good.She too is on the same nutrients.
21st June Summer Solstice and at last Lady 2 gets to go outside. Fingers crossed the sun is here for a while. Lady 1 is just doing her thing and only needs watering every two days as I tend to let them dry up a little. Water ph is always between 5.8 and 6.2 as I've read different nutrients are taken up at different ph levels so I make sure each watering is at a different level.
24th June Lady 1 just starting a nice perfume and starting to show a little amber. Lady 2 slowly catching up but no sunshine here for her as the weather is terrible. Next doors cat has been out more than her😂 Might just up nutrients next grow week to 2% Cana A and B?
I would say you could start LST, easiest to bend from plant over from the top where the stem is most flexible using plant twist tie. As long as you're not super aggressive with the bend you should be fine. Good luck!
@planttracker,
Took your advice and posted a photo of Lady 1 on June 2nd when photo taken it was about 14 hrs after I had tied her up😂 lights just about to come on for 12 hrs👍
@kitkat332986, I mean with autos you have to be a little careful just because of their inability to recover like photos, anyways 90 degree should be fine for most plants as long as it doesn't snap a stem.
you need to flush buddy u end up with headaches as well but good job looks nice, my friend is growing sugar mamma his is about 1 meter tall check his diary out BloominatiBigBud 👍
@planttracker,have to say it was you who gave me the advice when to LST her and she has responded well. I feel more confident in doing this again with auto-flowers thanks to you and looking at your photos. If all goes well I hope to get something near 2 Aussies off her to report on in about a months time👍
