GanjaGecko Welcome to the next clone run. Here, two cuttings of OceanTruffle are getting started, and when they move from the propagation tent to the DiamondBox, they will be sent into flowering along with the mother plant and OceanRosa. This isn't the diary where I reverse a cutting yet; that will follow next week or the week after. The two cuttings ensure that both tents finish at the same time, making it easier with the VPD and feeding. It also makes future reverse and breeding projects much more relaxed. So far, the two cuttings are still in the small 40x40x80cm propagation tent under a Sanlight Q1Wdim with 30W at a distance of 50cm, which provides around 200ppfd, and two PC fans that provide some air circulation. In about 2 weeks, they will move to the DiamondBox under the Sanlight Q3W gen.2. On Day 1, the two lowest shoots of the OceanTruffle were taken and each planted in a propagation pot with a dome. They were watered with MasterRoot 1ml/L from XpertNutrients and BioEnhancer 1g/L from GreenHouseFeeding. RootMaster and BioEnhancer both contain algae extracts and humic acids. Algae extracts act as natural biostimulants that promote plant growth, strengthen root development, and improve nutrient uptake, while humic acid also positively affects root development and plant growth. In addition to algae extracts and humic acid, MasterRoot also contains fulvic acid, which is beneficial for root development and plant growth. The application of fulvic acid stimulates the formation of lateral roots and root hairs, which is essential for cloning. It promotes faster rooting, reduces failure rates, and strengthens cellular metabolism. MasterRoot from XpertNutrients is an absolute insider tip for rooting, whether from cuttings or plants from seeds. For humidity under the dome, the cuttings received a small foliar feeding with AlfaBoost from GrowsArt at a ratio of 5ml/L. Here, too, the pH was adjusted to 6.0. AlphaBoost strengthens root formation and improves nutrient uptake, promotes the formation of strong shoots and leaves, and enhances resilience to stress factors, which is especially needed in the first days. AlfaBoost was one of the best tips from Stony_German🤙🏼 On Day 3, both cuttings received about 20ml with a pH of 6.0. Only MasterRoot from XpertNutrients was included at a ratio of 1ml/L. Additionally, there was again foliar feeding with AlfaBoost at a ratio of 5ml/L and an adjusted pH of 6.0. On Day 5, there was only a foliar feeding with AlfaBoost at a ratio of 5ml/L and an adjusted pH of 6.0. On Day 6, each lady received about 20-30ml of MasterRoot at a ratio of 1.5ml/L. There was also a foliar feeding with AlfaBoost at a ratio of 5ml/L with a pH of 6.0. On Day 7, there was only a foliar feeding with AlfaBoost at a ratio of 5ml/L with a pH of 6.0. The cuttings still look quite healthy so far. Roots are not visible yet, but that should change in the next few days. ____________________________________ OCEAN TRUFFLE Wildberry Truffle x Ocean Fruit (FEMS) Terps: Sour, Sweet, Gas, Hint of berry Flowering Time: 63-65 days _____________________ Parents: WildberryTruffle Gorilla Butter F2-(White Truffle Cut) x Wildberry Cake Terps: Berry, Sour, Gas OceanFruit Brisker OG x Purple Punch Terps: Tropical, Gas, Sour, Berry

GanjaGecko Week 2 // D8 - D14 In week 2, at the beginning of the week on day 8 and 9, there was a light leaf feeding with Alfaboost. The leaves have also grown a bit, so the domes had to come off the seedling pots. On day 10, each lady received about 20ml of MasterRoot at a ratio of 2ml/L as an additive. The whole thing was adjusted to a pH value of 6.0. A small basil plant was also added to the tent. Since it is transpiring a bit more, the humidity in the tent rises to 60-65%, which is now beneficial for the beginning of vegetation and root growth. On day 14, each lady received another 20ml of MasterRoot at a ratio of 2ml/L as an additive. By the evening of day 14, the first small roots were visible 💪🏼

GanjaGecko Week 3 // D15 - D21 In week 3, the cuttings were raised a bit because the LED for the new cuts was dimmed down by 10% to 30%. Since the two already rooted cuttings were getting about the same amount of light as before with 40% of the LED, they were raised by about 15cm. The Lemonite clones were hung up to dry so that the two OceanTruffle cuttings can soon move into larger pots and a slightly bigger tent. Then just another week or two, and they will be sent into flowering. So far, you can see progress in root growth every day, and the plants are slowly becoming visibly larger. By the end of next week, they will be repotted. The cuttings in the small starter pots should also be properly rooted by then. Watering has only been done very minimally based on feel.

GanjaGecko Week 4 // D22 - D28 In week 4, I started with a minimal amount of Orgatrex at the beginning so the ladies could get some nutrients, as the leaves are quite light and look a bit worn out. The slight undernourishment has the positive side effect that the roots are highly motivated and quickly search for nutrients in the new pot during repotting. On day 27, the two OceanTruffle cuttings were placed in 12L fabric pots. The two ladies have settled comfortably in the 60×60×160cm DiamondBox under the Sanlight Q3W gen.2 with a maximum output of 120W. The Sanlight Q3W is dimmed to 50%=60W. This gives the ladies around 400ppfd. A bit more in the middle and a bit less towards the edges. The distance from the LED to the ladies is 40cm. This setting will remain until the switch to 12/12. The substrate mix consists of about 80% BioBizz Lightmix and about 20% coco with perlite. Additionally, for soil improvement, I added to the mixed substrate: - 1TL/L Mega Worm - 2g/L rock dust - 3% BioChar In the pot where the ladies have found their place, I sprinkled the hole with some Great White Mycorrhiza and Dynomyco Mycorrhiza. For the remaining two to three weeks of vegetation, I will use BioGrow from GreenHouseFeeding as fertilizer. With a growth phase of 8 weeks, the recommendation here is to use 4-5g/L of substrate. Since the ladies will go into bloom in a maximum of three weeks, the amount of fertilizer will be adjusted accordingly. So, I mixed 20g of BioGrow into the substrate for each lady. This should keep the ladies going until I introduce the bloom fertilizer. The soil was moistened with a pressure sprayer and each lady received 1ml/L SilicRock, 0.8ml/L CalMagPro, 1ml/L Orgatrex, 1ml/L SugarRoyal, 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L MasterRoot, 1ml/L PureZym, 1g/L BioEnhancer, and 0.7g/L Dynomyco Spark. Each lady got 2× 200ml from above into the pot and 100ml in the saucer. The pH was adjusted to 5.8 beforehand. Additionally, I added nematodes to the water to prevent pesky fungus gnats.

GanjaGecko Week 6 // D36 - D42 In week 6, the growth of the ladies was really nice to observe. On day 37, both received their first topping. For both OceanTruffles, the lower nodes were removed so that the plants' energy goes into the more vital shoots. The stem is also growing thicker and thicker. From day 38, you could see a difference every day on every centimeter of the plants. The side shoots have really picked up momentum thanks to the topping and the removal of the lower nodes. The main shoot was twisted a bit now and then to slow down its growth a little, allowing the side shoots to grow a bit more. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is used that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 8 // D50 - D56 In week 8, the first shoots that grew through the SCROG net were placed back under the SCROG net to shape the desired even canopy. This allowed the side and secondary shoots to catch up a bit. In the coming week, the lighting will gradually be reduced from 18/6 to 12/12, so that by the end of next week we can switch to the 12/12 flowering cycle. This keeps the stretch well under control, which in this tent, with a total height of 160cm and after accounting for the space taken up by the LED and the distance from the LED to the plant, will leave about 120-130cm. This approach will be followed in this tent in the future. This way, we can work on the canopy in a more controlled manner and won't have excessively long internodes. Meanwhile, the OceanTruffle can finally show what potential it has after a long delay. At least I hope so 😄 __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is used that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 9 // D57 - D63 In week 9, the shoots of both OceanTruffles were trained through the SCROG net and organized a bit, creating a somewhat even canopy. Here and there, a few stunted shoots in the lower area were removed that wouldn't have made it anywhere near the canopy. This week, the flowering was also slowly initiated. Starting from day 58, the light was reduced by 1 hour daily, while the light intensity was slightly increased for each hour reduced. If you only decrease the exposure time without increasing the intensity, the DLI drops. This signals to the plant anything but that it’s about to enter flowering. The gradual transition into flowering with one hour less light each day is meant to prevent the plant from stretching unnecessarily and to keep the nodes closer together. However, this only happens if the light intensity is increased slightly for each hour less. If you don’t do that, the DLI drops and the plant suddenly suffers from light deficiency, potentially compensating by stretching a bit more to get closer to the light. So, the last day of this week was the first day of 12/12. Now the best part of the grow can finally begin💚 __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept moving 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week10/1F // D64/1F - D70-7F In the first week of flowering, on day 6F, the flowering fertilizer was added with the last layer of substrate in the pot. This time a bit more cautiously 😄 there are now 3g of BioBloom per liter of substrate, and I will mix in the Batguano as a flowering booster only in the third week of flowering with another 2g of BioBloom per liter of substrate. The two OceanTruffles have a total of 12L of substrate, 36g of BioBloom (3g/L), 12TL of Megaworm (1TL/L substrate), a bit of Dynomyco mycorrhiza, and some Great White mycorrhiza as well. With this, they should be able to start flowering relaxed. When the two ladies are further along in flowering and have a higher nutrient demand, they will definitely handle the Batguano better 😄. In the first week of flowering, the Sanlight was running at 80% = 96W. On the last day of the week, the Sanlight was increased to 100% = 120W. To provide the two OceanTruffles with around 800ppfd for a proper bloom despite the only 120W of the Sanlight Q3W, the distance of the LED was reduced from 40 to 30cm. The growth of the main stems was trained a bit with banding/twisting, so some cropping was done to help the side branches catch up. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 11/2F // D71/8F - D77-14F Both Truffles were organized this week only through the second SCROG net and evenly distributed. Here and there, I removed a leaf that was covering other shoots. Otherwise, there wasn't much to do this week except enjoy the flowering. I couldn't help myself and dusted one of the lower shoots with the pollen I had already collected to see if the pollen is potent. Whether I keep the S1 seeds, if any come out, will depend on the pheno. Generally, these seeds won't be aimed at being grown for now, but to see if the pollen does its job. This week, the sleep and wake light was turned on. A Far Red light bar in the 730-745nm range - the Spider Farmer SUPP-IR 16. It turns on 13 minutes before the Sanlight comes on and goes off 2 minutes after the main lighting starts, simulating sunrise. Then, the Far Red turns back on as a little sleep aid for 15 minutes before the Sanlight goes off and runs for 15 minutes after the Sanlight goes out, simulating sunset. The lighting with Far Red LEDs accelerates the metabolic adjustment after the light goes out. This allows the ladies to recover better at night and start the new day refreshed. Plants have an absorption spectrum that sees Far Red light as an indicator of the onset of darkness. We can take advantage of this fact with artificial lighting. The so-called phytochromes are responsible for the absorption of Far Red light waves. These are a type of photoreceptor proteins that influence a variety of plant growth processes. Phytochromes control processes such as germination, flowering, and photoperiodism, which is the regulation of the day-night rhythm. Essentially, there are two types or conformations of phytochromes in plants: The Pr form (r=red) has its absorption maximum at around 660 nm, and the Pfr form (fr=far red) at about 730 nm. What do phytochromes have to do with plant lights? Quite simply: By using the Far Red spectrum, relevant processes like photoperiodism can be specifically influenced to optimize nighttime recovery and thus photosynthesis, leading to better yield results. If the low-energy Far Red radiation stays on in the evening for about 10 to 15 minutes longer than the regular light, it acts as a "sleep initiator." Plants switch to their natural sleep mode faster this way and can use the extra time for recovery. (Source: https://www.pro-emit.de/ratgeber/schlafinitiierung-per-far-red/) The sleep aid was only turned off at the end of the second week because Far Red also causes plants to stretch. Turning it on early would have counteracted the slow transition into flowering, causing the plant to stretch less. To keep the stretch as minimal as possible, a slow transition of the light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12 was chosen over a week, and the Far Red was only turned on at the end of the second week of 12/12. Similarly, the flowering fertilizer with increased phosphorus content was only given a week after switching to 12/12, as phosphorus also contributes to some stretch. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is poured with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 12/3F // D78/15F - D84-21F At the beginning of this week, there was some lollipopping for both ladies. The lower third of all stunted shoots was removed. A few leaves were taken off here and there to improve air circulation and allow light to reach deeper into the shoots. In the area of the pollinated shoots at the bottom, extra care was taken to ensure that the loose pollen didn't pollinate the entire tent. A few days after pollination, some water was misted in that area with a spray bottle to kill off the remaining loose pollen and prevent it from unintentionally pollinating other shoots that it shouldn't. Overall, both clones are developing wonderfully. The lady on the left has a few shoots that are a couple of centimeters shorter than the others, but that shouldn't be too wild. This week, the remaining 24g of BioBloom was given, and as a flowering booster, 2½-3 teaspoons of BatGuano were added to each pot as a topdress. Additionally, some worm humus and rock dust were added to the pots to provide the necessary micronutrients. This week, something happened that every grower fears. There was a power outage... However, it was planned, so I could think about how to bridge this time of a maximum of 4 hours. The solution I chose was to organize a camping battery and set up a Sanlight Q1Wdim that was waiting for its turn in the basement. Both tent doors were opened, and the Q1Wdim was allowed to shine at a gentle 100% power into the open tents, so at least the day/night rhythm wouldn't be disrupted. After that, everything that had been nicely coordinated over time had to be reset. This led to some fine adjustments with the timers from mid to late week, and everything was running as it should again. Fortunately, the pollination of the two lower buds was successful. This S1 cross was a test meant only to check if the harvested pollen was potent. I can say that it is! With successful pollination, the pistils give you an early indication of whether it worked. About 3-5 days after pollination, the pollen reaches the ovary. The tips of the pistils turn brown with successful pollination, while the rest remains white. Another indicator is when the pistils change color from white to dark orange or red. With non-potent pollen, the flowers would remain unpollinated, indicated by the pistils staying white for a long time and ripening to the usual brown over time. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 13/4F // D85/22F - D91-28F Week 4 of flowering is usually quite relaxed. From here on, the buds start to grow daily. The stretch is mostly over by now, and the terps are slowly starting to whisper. The calyxes of the pollinated shoots are so swollen that we can assume the pollination was successful and the seeds are already starting to develop. The resulting S1 seeds were only for potency control. These seeds will be stored for now. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is being used that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 14/5F // D92/29F - D98-35F In week 5 of flowering, you could really see how the buds are growing more and more. The terps that were just whispering at first are slowly starting to get a bit louder. So far, it's fruity/sour terps that you can smell. Everything is just running stress-free and pleasantly. After the micro-reversal clone tripled in size, these two clones haven't even doubled. I'm especially happy about that with the smaller tent being only 160cm tall. I'm also really glad about the choice, or rather the lucky pick of the pheno that became the first pollen donor. It would have been a shame for all the reverse work if it had turned out to be a pheno that you wouldn't want to work with at all. There's also no doubt anymore that the pollen is potent. The two pollinated buds from the lower branches are busy swelling the seeds. It's nice to see on the thick calyxes. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is being used that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week15/6F // D99/36F - D105/42F The buds are developing wonderfully. Gradually, some color is coming into the tent, which brings a smile to your face every time you open the zipper. The leaves started to turn a bit purple in the middle of the week. It was really just a matter of time after the calyxes at the tips and the undersides of the leaves were very purple early on. The flower cups of the two OceanTruffles from the Micro-Reversal also had strong purple accents. From the appearance of the buds, it looks a bit like an OceanFruit pheno. The terps so far are sour/gassy and slightly nutty, with very light berry terps in the background. Let's see what the terps will conjure up in the next few weeks and what will stand out. This weekend, the temperatures were already a little taste of summer. Since both tents in the room are in bloom at the same time and not like last year, where one tent was in Veg and one in bloom, the temperatures have been quite high. So, it looks like a climate control system will be coming this year. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 16/7F // D106/43F - D112/49F The flowering mass has increased significantly this week. The buds wrapped in trichomes with their incredibly beautiful structure, reminiscent of both Wildberry Truffle and Ocean Fruit, are a dream. I’m so incredibly excited to pollinate some of the flowers with the pollen from Ocean Truffle. This pheno was just a lucky find. It would have been a shame not to use the pollen. 😄 The terps are now clearly leaning towards sweet/creamy, with a bit of sour terps and a fruity background. When rubbing a piece of sugar leaf, some gassy and slightly nutty terps come out, which you wouldn’t notice otherwise. Let’s see what dominates in the end. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 17/8F // D113/50F - D119-56F The two Ocean Truffles are pretty much on the home stretch. The buds are still gaining some mass and maturing diligently. The terps are now quite fruity/sour. The gassy terps are still only dominant when crushing the sugar leaves. When crushing the sugar leaves, the terps are clearly sour/gassy accompanied by creamy/fruity terps. The first close-ups of the trichomes have also been taken, and surprisingly, most of the trichomes are milky, and the first ones are already starting to turn amber. The two ladies will probably be hung up by the end of next week. You could definitely give them another week. However, the jars are running low. One Ocean Truffle is still next to an Ocean Rosa in the tent that will take a few days longer, so the Ocean Truffle will be around a bit longer. I'm incredibly excited for the first break of a bud and the first tasting! Here's some budporn for everyone:💚 __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Water is being poured with water that is kept moving 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. GanjaGecko Week 18/9F // D120/57F - D126/63F The two Ocean Truffles were hung to dry on day 124/61F. Only minimal watering was done at the beginning of the week. The light was also dimmed from 120W to 100W for the last few days to preserve the terpenes a bit. The trichomes are about 10-15% amber and still around 5-10% clear. When removing the SCROG net, I was really surprised. Not a single branch moved to the side. The Ocean Truffle has incredibly strong branches. The branches actually kind of huddled together after the SCROG net was removed. Some more photos were taken. Here for the weekend, a budporn finale that I find absolutely beautiful. In the areas where the Ocean Truffle is violet, some trichomes are red or have a red stem. Incredibly pretty! With that, the Ocean Truffle is the first lady to have red trichomes and generally the prettiest color display. __________________________________________ Fertilizing: Watering is done with water that is kept in motion 24/7 with an aquarium pump in a 10L watering can. Week 19. Harvest
2mo ago
Happy Harvest Day!
Rated
10/10

The Ocean Truffle from Robin Hood Seeds impresses from the start with really vigorous growth. With a bit of training, which the Ocean Truffle almost seems grateful for, you can have a plant ready to deliver a good yield without much stress. The incredibly strong branches mainly need the SCROG net to keep them in place rather than to support them. The slow transition into flowering, reducing daily light from 18/6 to 12/12 by 1 hour each day, allows for great control over the stretch. As a result, the Ocean Truffle hasn't even doubled in height. The already very dark purple flowers are only surpassed by the mostly reddish, rather sandy trichomes sticking to them! All in all, a wonderful strain. TERPS The aroma is dominated by sour/gassy and berry terps. It's rounded off by citrus and pine terps. The berry terps remind you of forest fruits. It’s somewhat like the smell when you brew a forest fruit tea. On top of that, you get gas/citrus/pine terps wafting up your nose. Maybe it’s also forest fruit with gasoline and citrus terps. A totally crazy mix. TASTE The taste mainly comes through as pine/lemon and is accompanied in the background by gassy/creamy flavor. HIGH The high is very pleasant and mostly hits the head, with just a bit on the body. It lifts your mood, you can still get your stuff done, and you feel wonderfully high.

GanjaGecko Both OceanTruffle clones were hung in individual pairs with 3-4 shoots each. The Under-canopy PC fans at the bottom of the tent were directed towards the ground, ensuring that the air in the tent doesn't stagnate, but also that no direct wind hits the drying plants. Unfortunately, after only 6 days between 21-25°C and an average humidity of 50-60%, the two ladies were ready to be nicely trimmed and distributed into jars. On the third day of drying, summer hit so hard that the room was at 25°C and only 50% humidity. After that, it was "somewhat" better. It was "only" 22-23°C 😭 The air conditioning is already at the top of the list for upcoming purchases. I really don't want to deal with these headaches during the next run and especially during drying. A little update on self-pollination. It was successful enough that there are 18 fully mature seeds, 4 immature seeds, and 1 seed that is somewhere in between in terms of maturity. ____________________________________ Yield Wet: 985g Dry: 110.2g

Very interesting experiment with the Alfaboost! 👍 I like that – same conditions and then see if a difference really becomes visible 🤔. I'm curious to see what comes out of it in the end. 💚✌️

@RockoCalenberg, so far both have received Alfaboost. From the flowering stage on, they will be fertilized separately. It hasn't harmed their growth, so both are going into flowering in a fairly similar condition. The experiment came about quite spontaneously.

@GanjaGecko, Spontaneous experiments are often the best 😄 Just give it a try and see if you really notice a difference. With all the additives on the market, it's exciting to see what actually works and what is more about marketing. 😁

@RockoCalenberg, yes, especially since with Alfaboost it starts at 4ml/L and by the end of flowering it's 10ml/L according to the recommendation. That would be a lot you could save or maybe not. I'm also very curious.

A truly beautiful genetic variety. The color play is insane. I know the purple trichome stems from the Blueberry Cupcake. You can also see those beautiful stems in purple & pink. The holy grail is purple hash and even more ultimate rare purple rosin. But it doesn't have to be with our phenos. Congrats on the fantastic harvest.

@Stony_German, thank you. Yes, I had also thought about purple hash. I've been going back and forth for a few weeks about getting a rosin press to make vape pens myself. There's so much nice gear for our hobby 😆

I can't get over these huge leaves - so beautiful 😍
GanjaGecko
GanjaGecko commented5mo ago
@Mia_BIOTABS, it also hurt a lot to remove the leaves. The question that remains is, how big would the leaves have gotten 😄
Stony_German
Stony_German commentedweek 46mo ago
They recover quickly in the new soil. You can't do anything when you run out of tents 😆. All the best and have a nice Sunday!

@Stony_German, I also think the ladies will look pretty fit again by the end of next week 💪🏽 now just hoping that the new three cuts for the reverse project take root

Congratulations on your first successful pollination and this amazing harvest! It's nice to see them under natural light too. When I see your scissors, I can already imagine how sticky they are. 😆 It's a shame that summer went full throttle right when it was time to dry. Even with the air conditioning, I struggled to keep it under 27 degrees with the rest that was still standing. The quality is so much better and smoother when dried cooler, but I get you like no one else. That’s why I casually spent 700€ on the Vcure. The increase in quality really surprised me. I always thought I was close to the limit of what’s possible, and boy was I wrong. Even with temps under 20 degrees and super stable humidity, that damn Vcure didn’t just catch up to me, it lapped me. It’s kind of embarrassing to admit that. I also had a hard time getting under 20 Celsius in summer despite the air conditioning (mobile unit with a hose out the window). They’re really not the best, but a proper one starts at 1500€ and up. In the new grow room after my summer break, I’ll have a big air conditioning unit with an outdoor unit and 2 splitters, 35Kw/h, to keep the temps nice and low during flowering in the living and bedroom. Unfortunately, a lot of terps are lost if it’s hot during the last weeks of flowering. But all of this is just nitpicking at a high level. Many would be happy with a harvest like yours, with mega frosty and beautiful plants like you’ve shown here. There’s always room for improvement, and that will always be the case. I’m already curious to see how the seeds turn out when you pop them. What’s next, great master? 😁 I’m looking forward to your next run. I keep checking in here even during my grow break.

@Stony_German, I was totally shocked. I went to check on the tent on day 6 of drying, and the buds had already started cracking. But I have to say, I expected it to be worse. If you come to MaryJane next week, there will definitely be some to taste there 😄 I'm going to order a mobile air conditioner/dehumidifier next week. It's just not feasible here in the attic apartment otherwise. I've already been in the 27°C range too often with the setup running. Outside, it was only 24/25°C. If it gets to 28-30°C outside for a few days, that's a disaster. Sleeping will also be more comfortable. That way, I can keep it under 22-23°C at night 😄 The V-Cure is definitely coming too, but that will only happen with a new apartment. Unfortunately, I can't fit it in space-wise. Well, I could, I would just put it in the living room, but my better half can’t really imagine that 😌 Meanwhile, hopefully germinating: Strawberry Guava BX, Strawberry Lobster, Deepwater Cherry, Devil Driver (DevilDriver x DevilDriver BX). As a backup, I have 2x Fruity Pebbles from Gas Station and 1x Ocean Truffle S1 - just a little germination test. They went from the glass of water to the seedling tray on the heating mat yesterday. If one of the 4 desired strains doesn’t germinate, it will probably be Fruity Pebbles. The medical aspect is quite interesting there. If the Ocean Truffle S1 germinates, I can bring it to Mary Jane. Unfortunately, I have no space for the good one 😄

@JackOfAllTrades, thank you very much. I keep looking at the photos on my phone all the time😆 I'm almost a bit sad. But an OceanTruffle is still running and will reach this status again💜

Glad to hear your method worked! I now have a blueprint for feminizing/pollinating. I think it looks nice too. Now it just comes down to the final product of this genetics. How does it taste and what are the effects? We'll have to wait and see, but the most important thing is that it worked out as planned.

GanjaGecko commented3mo ago
@Stony_German, yeah I'm really happy with the growth form and appearance 😄 Now I'm just hoping for a good yield and maybe that the terps are primarily berry/Sour. That would be awesome too 😆💪🏼

It's going to be nice and frosty too. Looks good. I hope your method works. I'd like to do that someday as well. By the way, I ordered a Strawberry Lobster pack from Pars Planet. They also have a nice selection where you can find things that Gas_Station.lu doesn't have.

@Stony_German, I'm also super happy with the pheno. I can upload pictures of the pollinated bud later. It looks amazing. Yeah, it's awesome that they still had a pack. I check in there every now and then too. They have some cool breeders.

Tradition shouldn't necessarily be followed. 😆 For me, it's stem splits that have been happening forever. Of course, I'm also prone to breaking things. So I can relate 1000%. But as you said, in the end, it hardly matters; it makes the others grow stronger. Good luck moving forward!
