So it was time for some Chem OG's from female seeds, this is the first seed company that sends you enough seeds when you buy them, so thanks for that and thanks to GD for the opportunity to win these seeds ! All seeds were activated in plain water with a few drops of kelp extract in it. All cracked inside a few hours in the first day, placed in the propagator for a few more days before being transplanted to the 7L pot for most of their veg. The idea is a perpetual rotation, so i might look for some phenos - any help is appreciated ! Anyways, prepared the soil according to the biotabs instructions, went nicely , getting used to it by now, basically step one is mixing some powdered bacteria and fungus into the soil, you make a hole, add some more powder, and your root plug, water with some mixture, then it's plain water through and through more or less, follow along and i'll show you, but basically i'm just following instructions. Watering 200ml up to three times a day by hand, added a few drops of smart protein diluted in the water. Glad you're taking the time to follow along, do reach out and shoot the shit if you like , first week almost done, let's see ! 🚀

Ran out of Smart protein end of the first week, so it's plain water from here on out ! C99 chugging along, you can tell that any sort of exposure to the smart protein has lasting effects and the effects are proportional to the amount of smart protein available... it's not a nutrient so no nute burn no lock out ! witness the next generation of plant science ! witness it !! 🚀

Well aren't these doing just fine, they already put out fan fan leaves, took off just a few on each that were covering potential flower nodes, hope i didn't f-up and pluck a future cola or something. these were showing early signs of deficiency last week so i added some bactrex orgatrex and boom boom spray according to the label, it's so easy ! Just jostling with god + the weather now it's a scortcher ! how are you keeping the temps down? how many times are we gonna have to give each other tips this NH summer? Smart proteins incoming just in time for flower probably after next week ! 🚀

I'm really digging the Chem OG, squat plants with those trademark thick thick thick indica leaves, clearly it's gonna be a heavy smoke lol Wasnt able to get the juices flowing this week, hopefully next week i'll get the smart protein into feed. Started training some of these, did two more defoliations (total of three light defos so far) ... and then flipped them 4 days ago. the f-ing landlord has been attempting to enter the lab according to my security cameras lol, motherfucker !!!! anyway i have to pack up the lab, hopefully i'll be able to complete the grow cycle , but for sure i'll have to move the grow op ... that's my problem, sure but it also means that i'll have to wait in order to set up my perpetual cycle... and of course i cant really take cuttings if i'm moving the lab... why must people be so curious? really wish there would be at least a bit more tolerance around this hobby just so i can sleep peacefully at night... in the mean time , I lowered my lights to 22cm, i heard from someone (forgot who) that it's a good thing to get the lights closer when you flip so that the plant gets that extra energy for the stretch. I'll let know how that works out ! Any comments or suggestions are welcome , veg is over so it's gonna get interesting - drop me a message if you want ! that's it 🚀

Do you think her leafs are getting fatter? how thick are they though, seriously ?? so thick ! that's that 100% indica i guess, really striking to see her asleep with those fat leafs isnt it? tried out the obscurity to try and get some nice in, hope you find them nice ! i really like that dramatic effect with the lighting and the shadow but to be honest i'm not the most talented photographer so i dont really know if it's working for you or not, so let me know ! she's growing as expected basically, squat, short, thick, doesnt really need that much attention, so far these genetics are an absolute pleasure to grow ! Raised the lights to the normal height, reduced the light schedule to 13/11, fed with some biocanna i had on hand, added some specialized flower micro : that's mag sulfur and cal mag , hopefully this will make the end product more pungent and more potent. let's see some flowers amirite?

Reduced the smart proteins by half to one ml every few feeds, got some burn from the spray, this substance is wierd ! Chem OG is a hefty indica and really took it in her stride, not phased at all and finally it's starting to get interesting with all the flowers coming out. Anyways, i'm just trying to commune with the plants and avoid overwatering, I guess yall wont be surprised if I say i'm really looking forward to toking on some of this ! 🚀

Fucking chem og how resilient is she, for sure, she's a fighter, came back as determined as ever to pack it in some more, she didnt mind the dark, was a bit scared about the mold, so far no signs of it so let's all make a prayer for chem og, hope the taste is what i enjoy kinda fun flying blind ... but even a blind person would notice what an indica this is 😅 last week of smart proteins no nutrients added yet, just plain water and one point four bricks of shitting in my pants what a shake down my leg ! I'm smoking Dr. Grinspoon rn, and i've listened all i can to cypress hill's dr. green thumb and they say "I never grow at my home" but what they dont say is all about the rest of it lol abricots? peaches ? 🚀 dropped her down to 10/14 so she's got plenty of time for resin production now she's a stinker smells like citrus and indica, or more like indica citrus, does that make sense ? 👊

Chem OG is my first chem and i'm not disappointed at all, would have loved more yield but i vegged her for like 3 weeks so what do you want to do with that, in the end she took 11 full weeks to yield more than a zip dry and cured from each plant so who's got two thumbs and is not complaining. Looking forward to see how they do in the extractors, and tips welcome as always. Hope that you enjoy the vid, if you're in France once day, dont forget to bring some homegrown let's get high folks ! 🚀 Love testing out genetics thank you so much , next round incoming ! 🚀 So this grow clearly a very neat grow, kept right on top of things with VPD, always in the optimal ranges even if i had to manually tinker with the mister , the exhaust, the fans, the lights. Speaking of the lights i applied a "pumping technique" meaning moving the lights up a down : down going into flower, then up then down again towards the end of flower to trigger rippening. The smart proteins were used through out the grow meaning the veg went nuts, started smelling loud right out of seedling stage, then at flower stretch i think it does help give it a kick, mid flower though it makes the trichomes rippen quicker than the plant can put on biomass, meaning you get strong , ripe colas that come out a bit thin. Cut and harvested at 30% amber believe it or not, to me that's late but i couldnt believe it when i noticed the plant was ripe at 10 weeks so i let it go on a bit longer. wet trimmed and dried over 10 days, Jarred and cured for 2 months.
