On Day 97, day 52 since the switch to 12-12, she is doing fine and continues to fattening up and put on weight. Not much to do but wait at this point. I'll start looking at trichomes soon.
What 8 letter word can have a letter taken away and it still makes a word. Take another letter away and it still makes a word. Keep on doing that until you have one letter left. What is the word?
@Reaper, I've thought about running two buckets in my little space but I don't think it's big enough for two.
Agreed on hydroton but the dust shouldn't hurt anything. It'll just end up in your reservoir but not hurt anything.
Regarding RO water, depending on the quality of water where you live, you might not need to RO your water. If you do, definitely need cal mag. My water is decent where I live. It comes out of the tap at ~7 on a PH scale. Remember though that making bubbles in water decreases the PH over time. So I let mine start at 7 and it is probably 5.8 after 7 days. If your water starts at 7, and you decrease it to 6, you'll likely have to PH up after just a couple days.
Good luck!!!
@NorCalCloset, thanks !! 1tsp=5ml?
ill use this grow scedule, i use a dwc bucket will i be alright with only the three part and calimagic lol ill try to grow blue dream, just one more thing, the start...... hydroton needs to be rinsed but its like forever having dust, is it ok to just rinse them untill the dust is gone (if u shake them after 10years rinsing they still have dust)
AND..... the rockwool cubes.. can i just soak them in R/O water and then put my seed in there ? i hate to put PH correct in plain RO water because it has no PH (around 6) but can be seen on any meter. sooo anoying i need to add nutes before i see PH 😂 i just want the rockwool cube not to destroy my crop midway trough, just wondering if it will be okay if i soak it in RO lol
@Reaper, Oh i see. See week 14 of this grow. I have uploaded my nutrient schedule for the whole grow as part of the pictures. This is from www.growweedeasy.com. I learned everything I needed to know to get started from this website. I've figured out some stuff on my own, but I trust this site a ton! Good luck!
@Reaper, 1 tsp = 5 ml. I'm American so I grow up with non metric but the metric system makes so much more sense! I use a large syringe with a tube on the end to measure nutrients.
@Oldmansterdam, Thank you for your comment! And I agree. I have made the mistake where I flip too soon and the plant is healthy but not as big as I wish it was. When in doubt veg another week!
