DankieDoodle 🌈 Dankie Run #3 – Clone Cartel
📅 Week 1 | Days 1 to 7 | 23 to 29 October 2026
🌱 Vegetative stage | Clone acclimation
📝 Current draft through Day 5
Four cuts, four personalities, and apparently one of them already decided that Week 1 needed a little drama. 😅🌿
This run is starting with four different clones:
Wizard Fuel | Wizard Trees
🍑 Peach Ringz | Dying Breed Seeds
🍒 Super Buff Cherry #26 | GMLS
💙 Blue Zushi | The Ten Co
The plan is not only to grow them out. I also want to preserve all four genetics and eventually keep mother plants so I can take fresh cuts for future runs.
📆 23 October | Day 1
Clone Cartel officially begins. 🌱
All four clones arrived today already rooted, although the root development was noticeably different between them.
There was some visible shipping stress when I unpacked them, but overall three of the four looked quite promising right from the start.
They were transplanted into the new setup the same day and from this point forward the goal was simple:
Keep things gentle.
No training.
No topping.
No unnecessary stress.
Just give them time to settle into their new environment and start building roots.
The AutoPot system is not active yet and the AirDomes are staying off during this early establishment phase.
📆 24 October | Day 2
The first full day after transplanting.
The tent environment was adjusted to make the transition a little easier on the freshly shipped clones.
Initial readings were around:
🌡️ 23.1 °C
💧 63.3% RH
📈 1.04 kPa VPD
The goal was to create a softer environment while the clones recovered from transport and transplant stress.
Over the following hours the humidity was increased and the climate became much more stable.
📆 25 October | Day 3
The climate is now sitting much closer to where I want it for freshly established clones:
🌡️ 24.1 °C
💧 68.8% RH
📈 0.93 kPa VPD
The humidifier was cycling a little too frequently, so I increased the humidity transition setting to 2%.
That small change should hopefully keep the environment just as stable while reducing unnecessary switching.
The first differences between the clones are already becoming obvious.
Wizard Fuel is looking strong.
Super Buff Cherry #26 is settling in nicely.
Peach Ringz looks a little slimmer in structure, but overall healthy.
And then there is Blue Zushi...
📆 26 October | Day 4
Blue Zushi is clearly the problem child of Week 1.
Some of the older leaves show heavy damage with brown necrotic areas and distorted growth.
Compared with the other three clones, she is definitely struggling more with the transition.
The good news is that the stem still looks healthy and there are several green growth points that are still alive.
So no panic and no drastic intervention.
I decided not to dig her back up, not to heavily prune her, and not to add another layer of stress just because the old foliage looks ugly.
The damaged leaves are not going to repair themselves anyway.
What matters now is the new growth.
If the fresh shoots stay green and continue developing, she still has every chance to recover.
And since I want to preserve the genetics from all four plants, Blue Zushi is definitely not getting abandoned this early.
📆 27 October | Day 5
The other three clones continue to look considerably more settled.
Fresh growth is becoming the most useful indicator now.
Old shipping damage can stay ugly for a while, but new leaves will tell the real story.
Blue Zushi is still under close observation, while Wizard Fuel, Peach Ringz and Super Buff Cherry #26 appear to be moving in the right direction.
No aggressive training yet.
This first week is all about establishment, roots and keeping the environment boringly stable.
And honestly, boring conditions are exactly what I want right now. 😄
🌡️ Current conditions
Daytime temperature: around 24 °C
Relative humidity: around 68 to 70%
VPD: around 0.9 kPa
The climate is now much more stable than it was on arrival day.
💧 Water & Feeding
The run is based around RO water and mineral feeding.
Nutrients currently prepared for the setup:
CANNA Coco A+B
Plagron CalMag Pro
The pH meter started giving suspicious readings and the issue appears to have been caused by a weak battery.
Fresh calibration solution has been ordered so the meter can be checked and recalibrated properly.
The exact first irrigation volume, final EC and final pH were not recorded clearly enough to include here, so I am leaving them open instead of guessing.
⚙️ Equipment in use
💡 Mars Hydro FC4000
⛺ 150 × 80 × 200 cm grow tent
🌬️ AC Infinity CLOUDLINE PRO T6
🧠 AC Infinity AI+ climate control
💧 AutoPot system
💦 RO water
CANNA Coco A+B
Plagron CalMag Pro
AutoPot irrigation is still inactive while the clones establish themselves.
AirDomes are also staying off for now.
📝 Week 1 so far
A pretty eventful start for four tiny plants.
Three clones are settling in well and Blue Zushi decided to immediately volunteer for the role of difficult child. 😅
But she is still alive, still green in the right places, and still pushing growth points.
That is enough reason to give her time.
The bigger goal with this run is also starting to take shape.
These four plants are not just this run's contestants.
I want to preserve Wizard Fuel, Peach Ringz, Super Buff Cherry #26 and Blue Zushi as genetics for future grows.
Clone Cartel might turn into an actual little genetic library. 🌿
🔜 Next week
The main focus will be:
Watching Blue Zushi's new growth closely.
Letting all four clones establish stronger root systems.
Keeping the climate stable.
Gradually increasing light only when the plants show that they are ready.
And most importantly, seeing which clone starts to show her personality first.
Four cuts entered the tent.
Let's see who starts stealing the spotlight. 🌈🌿
