Moved the tall girl into the tiny tent to finish
Shorties is still drying-
4/6:
I harvested the shortie today...she came in at a respectable 191g and smells delightfully dank. First taste test proved to be obnoxiously strong..won't try again until she's had time to cure a little bit, but I'm very impressed so far.
@Silverback_Guerilla, so many phenos sometimes. i did an lsd25 and found it could be 1 of 9 possible phenos.lol never can guarantee we get a good one either. I had a hulkberry that was the crap pheno too. hated it the whole grow , dumped it i a tub once dry and was going to Hash it all. i smoked some and nearly fell over.lol some of the dankest bud ever.lol looks can be deceiving. good luck for a brilliant ending on them,
@Ganjagrandaddy, Thanks! It's a bit of a grab-bag with the #1's..as you can see from my diary I had one 2-footer and one 4-footer..makes for a very challenging situation. The shorter phenotype is pretty quick flowering. The taller pheno is very slow to flower, but she'll have some massive buds...eventually. My short one has had twisted and down-curled leaves since I started flowering, but it seems to be genetic. Delightfully dank aroma coming from her...
Some beautiful looking buds in there. Spectacular work. Keep doing whatever you have been doing and may the ganja garden gods bless you with good fortunes till the end.
@Silverback_Guerilla, the end is a true test of patience. Mind always starts looking to the next lady and it gets harder and harder. But in the end it's all worth it.
@GRow_M8s, Thanks man!
This whole grow is actually "fast-flowering" photoperiod varieties. I'm just getting away with 10 hours of darkness by exploiting the Emerson Effect with spectral triggers.
@Doktorholland, Yes. They are introducing "Fast Flowering Photoperiod" varieties soon, and the "FFT" diaries are by growers who are testing them for FastBuds.
@Fast_Buds, It ain't over yet...I have 4 healthy clones of this strain that are starting to flower now!
It is a truly delicious variety!
Thanks so much for the opportunity to grow them!
