Day 42- soil was dry so I watered with 1 gallon r.o with 3.5 ml cal mag 3 ml of big bloom and 2 ml of the grow big and tiger bloom ph at 6.5 ppm measured 450 after watering this time my runoff tested 6.1 ph and 990 ppm hoping this feeding will take care of the slight nute deficiencies on some fan leaves Day 43 and 44- soil still moist so just filling humidifier noticed a big difference in nug size after the first feeding of nutes she’s starting to plump up! Keeping temps around 75f and rh 40-45% Day 45- soil was dry so I watered with 1 gallon r.o with 4.0ml cal mag ph at 6.6 tested the runoff and got a ph of 6.2 ppm at 900 going to give another round of nutes next water still keeping temps around 75f rh 45% Day 46 and 47- soil still moist turned humidifier off and dehumidifier on it’s been crazy humid last few days keeping temps at 75f and rh 40-45% Day 48- soil was dry so watered 1 gal of r.o with 4.0 ml cal mag 3.5ml of big bloom and 2.5ml of grow big and tiger bloom ph at 6.5 runoff was at 6.2ph and 1200 ppm showing slight nute deficiencies still on some fan leaves but nothing major

Anyone have any info for me about the small hole in the leaf on my seedling I posted a picture of it? Looks like it might crack off

Hi @GringosGarden , there is no problem, it may have been a crease of the seed in the germination, these first leaves tend to yellow and fall. your plant looks healthy. good luck mate 👍

1800 is relatively high...but I would not put too much weight into those numbers. Lots of those ppms are soil matter/material being washed out, on top of excess nutrients and what not. I was obsessive about my runoff numbers until someone taught me to largely ignore them and focus on top side symptoms. Your plant looks great and if that feed had no ill affects, I'd wager everything is just dandy. I wouldn't go through with a straight up flush, but giving her a good feed/wash with heavy runoff, with 6.2-6.5, should help drop those numbers and you won't risk starving the plant with a flush. Quick example to make you feel better👍. I did my first run offs on my girls in 3 gallons. This was with three feeds, 4 waterings and no runoff. Those first ppm numbers I pulled were 3800... Hahaha! But the girls are totally fine. Just all that excess and soil material washing through. I'll knock those numbers down the same way I just suggested you can👌. Cheers and good luck man. I trust all will be well.

The humidity hit 63% today in my tent for 4 hours while I wasn’t home I had the exhaust fan on full blast and 2 oscillating fans in the tent once I got home I turned my dehumidifier on it’s down to 45% now will it be ok or do I need to watch for bud rot?

63% is high but with exhaust air on and 2 fans no problem in this stadium :-) with 2 fans a colleague made a harvest with 73% without mold :-)

As long as there is some green, keep going if not done. definitely overfed, but really depends on how this stuff looked as it started. cal-mag is possible, but often gets confused with p/k-toxicities or pH problems. read up and eliminate possibilities before adding anything. Regardless, back off on nutes unless it takes an immediate nosedive. irrigate water only for a week if in soil, less if coco. if you have selected the most likely, do that, if it isn't harvest time by then... likely just going to flush and chop, i bet.

looks alot like nuti lock, best thing you can do is flush it, check soil ph, adjust your water, try for 6.5ph give it some cal/mag as well the rust is specific to a cal/mag deficiency. i just had a gorilla glue lock out on me and not be able to come back. it happens. tame down you nutis and check your ph for the future. also i like to flush with HO2 4% 30ml/gal. kills all the organic stuff flushes out the other and provides those roots with some much needed dissolved oxygen.

Hey :-) Look with a microscope 👌If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest 👍🙏🏻 but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds 👍

Flush at 4 weeks again at 8 and last 2 weeks before they are done. ps try using ice durring your flushes just fill top of the plant up n let them melt. youll see new flowers pop out from the added stress of temps. it also brings colors out. ;]

Some tips for the final weeks of grow: Second last week before harvest, reduce humidity to 35% then 30% in the last week if you can achieve it; and, if possible, keep daytime temps under 25C (under 24C is better) with about a 6-8C temp drop at night during the last 2 weeks, if you can do it (don't drop either temp too much, the ideal would be 24C daytime dipping .to 16-18C at night (colder may stress the plants). This increases the frostiness of the buds and resin production and can possibly increase potency slightly too. This only applies to the final two weeks.

started really well here now. seeing those little hairs is always a comfort. I reckon around week 5 you will get some flowers showing out. keep up the positive vibes and enjoy.

As this is an auto. I would get it into its final pot NOW. if it settles in the smaller pot then you up pot it , you risk damaging her badly. Autos hate being disturbed rootwise and many fall foul of this simple solution. They are different from photoperiods and a lot more sensitive due to their ruderalis genetics and fast overgrowth. the roots need to keep up with the huge demands made on their pathways below the soil/coco. Up potting damages small fine root hairs which on a longer veg plant is not too much of an issue as you have recovery time. Again with autos , time is very limited . By about week 5 , most autos hit their flowering cycle so everything NEEDS to be settled and dialled in by this time to benefit from their design. yield is 50% dependent on a good root ball foundation. Have a research on the up potting to see what i mean. good luck. welcome to grow diaries
