Took a Labor Day trip and came back pleasantly surprised by colas and terpenes developing not seeing any significant stretching. Growing horizontal as much as possible. Business as usual
So moved tent fucked timer up and had a day at 24 hrs light. Don’t see signs of hermies and a lot of growth day after dark period. So plants go as follows. Top left-bottom triple cheese, gods gift(15 gal), strawberry, white widow, tropical fuel, skittlz
So we have lift off, distinct smells, pretty colors. Very happy times in the tent. White widow fast is definitely ripening. Have to whip out the microscope soon. And start flushing. Did last feeding with other 5 I’m thinking.
So day 52 of flower should be smooth sailing from here, noticed small amount white mold On furthest plant from duct fan. Removed accordingly. Nothing I’m worried about. Should be getting the white widow cut sometime this week. So that should help To maintaining humidity:)
So chopped the white widow at day 56 it’s on 3 days drying(wet trimming) hung whole plant wasn’t too big will update for smoke test smells very sweet and sugary like. It’s day 59 for other 5, cheese is slow growing everything else is very close to harvest. Happy times:)
Will try this strain again, I wish I had it covered with better light coverage. I was hoping to add another light but never could get to it. Each grow I notice I’m learning more being more consistent. I work as a chemical formulator and goes hand in hand with growing, going to keep trying for better yields. Happy growing!
Everything must go!!! Day 66 can’t imagine the cheese, the gift, and straw to last much longer. Trellis was removed and you can really tell how heavy some colas are damn near uproots some of plants without the support. I needed to save my trellis ;). Anyways Skittlez in dark period ready to be chopped, tropical fuel is on day 3 of drying and looks to be retaining that “fuel” smell ( no woody buds here!) made some awesome canna butter from the trim of white widow. Happy growing!
This is an awesome hard hitting strain, only issue I had is that this plant needed to be topped more, only formed 8 colas or so even with training, didn’t have excess leaves or anything, literally. A very easy plant to trim and lollipop. Awesome taste profile and hard hitter!
So this yielded very nicely for the placement of the plant, very pleased with that, beautiful coloring to this strain, curing should enhance flavors so I will come back for update, as I’ve cured for 1 day only so far. Happy grows!
So low yield but definitely high terpene on this strain, the shit reeks like sour yogurt. Good smooth smoke better with cure as always, I’m sure if I had better light coverage it’d be better. Reserva provides supply’s some of the first seeds I’ve ever grown. Good stuff.
This was a big under dog for me that just turned out amazing super good smooth flavor that hits hard and just reeks out of my pocket n sticky and nice nugs. Rolled a joint went to bar and it just stank led in my pocket. The cheese smell is almost funny to smell and is super pleasant. Great strain from Barney’s farms. Will definitely grow again and more seeds from Barney!
So the god gift showed no signs of slowing down out grew every other plant easily in the 15 gal. She showed most resin production and a sweet bubble gum smell. She’s a great smoke and just all around high grade aromatic. Cure will definitely enhance.
