04/07/2020 - 1st day of germination. All 4 have sank to bottom of glass. Now currently in paper towels in a warm dark area.
07/07/2020 - only 3 seeds germinated correctly . Planted, they have now sprouted and are looking good
13/07/2020 - growth looking good. Highered lights to try to get plant to stretch
14/07/2020 - plants green and seems to be responding well to nutrients.
15/07/2020 - all looking good
20/07/2020 - auto cinderella jack is exploding with new healthy growth.
Peanut butter cookies looks to be getting too big for its starter pot.
Auto critical cheese is lagging behind but was planted a couple of days after the rest as I was struggling to get the seed to pop
Auto cinderella jack - Amazing week of growth. There are new nodes exploding from everywhere and its not showing signs of slowing down. They are currently loving the organic nutes and have started showing signs of flowering.
Auto critical cheese - this plant has shot up recently. It was planted a week later that the ACJ but is growing some seriously fat fan leaves. Should be a nice yeilder.
Peanut butter cookies - this girl is looking pretty sorry for herself. I am intentionally trying to keep her as small as possible so that I can get the autos out before flipping into flower but she is gonna be a beast. Will transplant into a final pot in the next day or so.
amazing growth this week from all 3 plants. The peanut butter cookies is recovering from the transplant. Both the auto cheese and auto cinderella jack have both started to show signs of flowering and have bushed out incredibly well. The pbc has had its first top done and has started growing 2 extra nodes.
07/08/2020 - training has been done on all the autos. They have recovered extremely well and seem to not be slowing down. Finally starting to see the type of flowers I have been striving for. After a semi unsuccessful first grow, this has been a huge relief. Both autos are now showing signs of going into flower so I will try to stop LST unless any unruly branches form.
The peanut butter cookies has now started to fully recover from the transplant and topping. Will now allow this to flourish and grow as big as it wants as both autos should be done before its too big (hopefully)
Sorry for the lack of uploading !
These plants have been perfect from the start. Budding out nicely and haven't shown any signs if defficiency.
All training has been stopped and I have started cutting back on the nitrogen for the 2 autoflowers.
The peanut butter cookies is growing to be very bushy so I have done some light defoliation to help with light penetrative to the lower canopy of the plant
brilliant week of growth from the peanut butter cookies. Been a little bit of a struggle for space but will HST once all autoflowers are out.
Both the auto cinderella jack and auto critical cheese are developing buds nicely
Buds are now looking ripe. The trichomes are mostly milky and senesance has set in nicely.
Pushing until i start seeing 1 or 2 Amber's and then will induce 48hours of darkness to attempt to increase thc production before harvest
And we are done!
Both plants have now been chopped after 48hours darkness. Now currently drying.
I will post some close up harvest shots once bud is dry :)
will post some drying pics here and do a full summary when trimmed and fully harvested
Peanut butter cookies has been flipped into flower. Lightly defoliated and lst'd for the stretch. Haven't done as much training as I would have liked but the plant is more of an experiment than anything else.
Buds have come out great. Hasn't got much of a strong smell but packs a punch none the less. The smoke burns really well with no side walling. The buzz lasts for around 1.5/3 hours and eases off nicely..
Quite sticky but a really enjoyable smoke. I wouldn't say its my favourite as I prefer fruity weed but regardless is a nice overall daily smoke.
Organic feeding has made a massive difference to my grow. Props to biobizz for their line up
I was completely impressed by this plant from start to finish. Buds swelled nicely but wish I had let them go a week longer to bulk up as much as possible
Buds came out fantastic. A really strong fruity smell inside the jar which is quite overpowering.
Burns well and leaves a nice aftertaste which compliments the smoke.
Not the tidiest trim job but as its personal we don't mind :)
I will add more pics soon
Buts are fattening however some yellowing that initially thought was natural seems to be taking affect. On researching, it appears this is leaning more towards an mg defficiency.
Ph and ppm have been checked although this is the first time through the whole grow. Both seem normal
I will increase the feed on the mg side and wait for signs of recovery.
Yellowing on plant seems to have stopped after the increase in mg on last feed. Will continue to feed at a higher vol and fingers crossed will recover enough
Happy for any advice :)
After q little bit of a worry. I think I have managed to stop the problem spreading. I have also included some liquid seaweed as apparently it acts as a good stress receiver and helps bring som vigor back.
Only few more weeks left now :)
Buds are swelling up coming up to the final couple of weeks in flower. Will push for another week or two as trichomes are now mostly cloudy. Some of the tops have been pulled out slightly just to try an increase light penetration
Buds are really frosting up coming to to harvest. Most trichs are showing as cloudy with the occasional 1 Amber. Will run 1 more week under the light. 3 /4 days of regular tap water (de-Chlorinated ) followed by 48 hours of darkness before the chop. I wish I had the space initially to train to its full potential but exited to get 4 new autos on the go.
Buds are glistening now with an incredibly strong smell inside the tent. My rhino carbon filter manages to sort that thought :).
1 nanner developed on 1 bud site but as I'm so close to harvest, I'm not worried.
Plants have had their final nute feed and next will be plain water for a few days
Will be starting 4 x new autoflower grow next week
Plain water feed started. Will feed for a week. Induce 48hrs of darkness then harvest. Buds look look to be around the perfect time for harvest. A little early vs the reccomended harvest date but overall happy with size and trichomes so see no reason not too.
Update 14/11 - plant has now dried for a week. Will wait for branches to snap and start jarring
After 2 days of darkness. Plant was wet trimmed loosely and chopped as a whole. Currently hung up to dry for the next 7 ish days.
Nice looking colas this time around :)
The grow has come on from strength to strength.
Images of buds are after curing for 3 weeks. I have held off smoking any big buds so far and just smoked the smaller popcorn nugs.
This was my first ever photoperiod and despite some hiccups at the start, this has really come through great.
The buds are nicely dusted in trichomes and will also make good hash.
I have decided to stick to a perpetual auto grow going forward but would consider this strain again if I do another photoperiod grow.
