7/11: Took a bunch of cuttings from the best #4 (which ended up dying), one from a #3 (which also ended up dead), some from a #2 (also dead), and some from the #10(also eventually died) that I'm(was) growing outdoors. While carrying them back from the grow site to my closet, the tray I had the labeled jars in collapsed and they all ended up in a pile of jars, broken and not..no idea which are which now, and several were badly damaged.

8/2: Everybody is potted up in a 3 gallon pot now. I sprayed them all with Boom Boom Spray one day, and foliar fed with kelp and Superthive all week. They got their first real feeding with TPS One and seemed to like it. I also gave them a little molasses.

8/4: I decided that instead of taking them outdoors to the "solar surface bugstorm," I'm just gonna grow them and a few autos that popped when I was testing my new cloners as a seed germinator indoors in the closet. So...I went ahead and ordered a new carbon filter, set the timers and flipped them to 12/12. I'll continue to take the auto seedlings out for 24 hours of light for a while. I'm really digging the TPS ONE...makes life easy for an old stoner like me. I no longer have to remember whether I fed the last time or just watered...with this stuff, it's the same feed with every watering. 8/8: Preflowers on the more indica looking plants...all 4 of them..pretty sure they are the #10's, and preflowers on a couple of the other ones too.

8/10: Seeing great growth now..lots of branching. I actually fed them yesterday, but didn't update...several have popped some pistils and pretty much the rest are about to, and I'm out of bat guano, so I went ahead and gave them Open Sesame so they'd have more P available over the next several days. 8/11: I rearranged the garden a little. Moved all four #10's to the right side, the #4's are mostly in the middle...very branchy..the others, mostly to the left are the #2's and maybe a #3. The big plant on the lower left is an auto, as is the runt, and the plant at lower right. The "fern-looking" plant is actually a Jacaranda Tree (blue fern tree)...it's about to get kicked out... 8/12: I did a little training on some of the bushier #4's today. I don't have much space to work with, but I was able to do a little to encourage a race for apex dominance. There were enough pistils on them that I decided to switch the week to "Flowering." 8/13: I fed them today with ONE and added Open Sesame, Silica, Signal, and Sweet & Sticky. I sprayed them all with Axiom (Harpin proteins) and Boom Boom Spray right at dark. 8/14: BAM! They are poppin pistils left and right now...lotsa lovely little cotton tops.👍 8/15: Day 15 since the flip to 12/12..good progress. The #2's and #10's are stacking up and stretching pretty well and the #4's just keep bushing up.

8/17: I fed today and did a little training. They're "sardined in" pretty well, so I'm limited as to how much I can do, but I worked on a couple of #4's since they were already bushy, and supercropped my tallest auto, and a tall one that's either a #2 or a #3. 8/18: After seeing them beginning to flower, I have reached the conclusion that I have 4 different varieties of the FFT clones growing! There are definitely 4 x #10 There are definitely 5 x #4 There are probably 4 x #2, but maybe only 2 There are probably 2 x #3, but maybe really 4 The #3 in the outdoor garden was a seedling (my last FFT bean) grown outdoors and pathetic looking, so I'm not sure what it would have looked like when looking at the clones. The #2 in the outdoor garden was viciously attacked by hoppers and mites so it didn't have much foliage to compare with, and died this past weekend before budding up enough to compare with. 8/22: I fed them today, and started them on Beastie Bloomz. 8/23: They're doing great. Fattening every day. Not bad for 2 weeks of flower. That's it for week 6!

8/24: No deficiencies, no pestilence, no major issues with heat or humidity....just SO MUCH EASIER than trying to grow outdoors in summertime...😁 8/25: Was gonna feed today, but they aren't dry enough yet. Keeping it cooler in the closet has it's drawbacks... I'll do a foliar feeding with Microlife Maximum Blooms tonight and probably feed them tomorrow. 8/26: I fed them 8 gallons in total today, so that's a little under a half-gallon each. Hopefully they'll dry out a little quicker so I can get back to my normal routine. 8/27: Rotated the edge plants 8/28: Ogled them a bit... 8/29: I sprayed them at "dusk" with Microlife Maximum Blooms and did a little rearranging after removing the 3 autos from the closet. Now, each of the 15 plants has a little over 1 sq ft to itself...

8/31: I fed today..8 gallons split between the 15 plants. Now that the 3 autos are out of the closet, they've all got a little more elbow room. 9/1: Lotsa frost and aromas now.. 9/4: Fed today, rotated edge plants, plucked off some yellow and dead leaves, and sniffed them up really well..😋 I started germinating the next batch of beans today, so these bitches need to get busy... 9/6: One of the FFT4's is starting to ripen up and show some senescence, and one of them is showing some potassium deficiency... I'm switching over to Cha Ching and will be reducing the dosage of ONE at the next feed. I lowered the lights to be at about 12" on the taller ones and 14" on the shorter ones shooting for maximum PAR for a few days...they'll either blow up really big or burn up really bad 😬

9/7: Turned on the dehumidifier today. 9/8: Feeding day... added cha ching and some extra sweet and sticky. 9/10: I had to squeeze two of the autos back into the closet today..they've both had their last feeding, so they'll get flushed when they're dry and once dry again, they'll go into the dark for a day or two. One of the FFT#4's is looking very ripe now..she will also get flushed this week. The FFT2's will probably take another few weeks, but I might be able to harvest the rest of them in a couple of weeks. I think I can fit the four #2's in the tiny tent to finish.. I sure hope so, because I've got to be able to pot up and move all the auto seedlings into this closet in about 2 weeks... 9/12: Everybody got fed today except the little fast finishing #4..she got flushed with 10 gallons of warm water and TPS liquidsoil I swapped that photo with the auto i had in the garage under a single 120w mixed spectrum QB...i'll let her dry out for a few days and then check her trichs.

9/14: They're all still swelling up, but a few are now showing some withered pistils ...shouldn't be much longer now for them. #4's and #3's..then it will bt the #10's. At that point, I'll probably go ahead and move the remaining 4 x #2's into my tiny tent and move all the seedlings into the closet. 9/17: Fed the #2's and #10's....flushed the #4's and #3's and the autos 9/18: Incredible reek coming out of the closet now whenever the exhaust is off...gotta leave it on more I guess...

9/21: I harvested 2 more of the #4's, and my 3 hybrid autos last night. After washing them, I hung them to dry in a room with very little airflow and average temperature of around 78f-80f. The humidity has been pretty high, so hopefully they dry slowly. After 4 days of hanging to dry, I've been alternating the first #4 that I harvested between a brown paper bag and a 1 gallon jar every day to slow the drying process and will probably do the same with these 5 plants. 9/22: I fed the 4 x #2's, flushed the 4 x #10's, and watered the remaining 2 x #4's and the 2 x #3's with some liquid soil only. They're pretty much ripe and ready, but they'll have to wait another day or two until I have some time to spare. 9/23: I harvested the last 2 x #4's and one of the #3's today. Buds washed and hung to dry- 9/25: ...late night and early the 26th.. Harvested all 4 of the #10's and the last #3. Yowsa, those #10 buds are heavy and sticky! I moved the last 4 plants into my tiny tent..all the #2's. For their last week, they're gonna be about a foot underneath 360w of quantum boards in roughly 5 square feet of space (36" x 20"), which breaks down to about 72w/sq ft, so I'm venting my bigger CO2 bucket into the tiny tent for the next week.

9/30: All that remain are the 4 x FFT #4 clones. They are foxtailing a little, but getting so frosty. They've senesced pretty well on their own, but I flushed them with 8 gallons each today anyway...warm tap water with LiquidSoil. I'll harvest them on Sunday I think. 10/3: I gave them a little water early in the day to keep them turgid, and late at night I did a wet trim on all 4 of them and put them in the dark until late tomorrow night. Then, I'll harvest and wash them and this crop will be a done deal.👍 10/5: Early a.m., I cut them down, washed them, and hung them to drip dry. That's a wrap! I'll do harvest reports in another week or so, but early impressions of FFT's 2,4, and 10 are quite good. 👍

9/18: I harvested one of them. Washed and hung to dry. 9/21: I harvested a couple more. Washed and hung to dry. 9/23: I harvested the last one. Washed and hung to dry. 10/7: I smoked some. I liked it. 10/8: I smoked some more. I'm really glad I have almost 15 ounces of it.😋 a) 69g b) 79g c) 93g d) 84g e) 88g Final thoughts: Easy to grow and train. The two I did some training on produced the most. The buds are dense while growing and remain so after they've dried and started to cure. They redden up beautifully in the jar and have a very mild but sweet minty/flowery smell that comes through in the flavor as well. It's a very strong Sativa buzz which is surprising considering they were the fastest FFT's to finish...among mostly Indica varieties. Potency: 8/10 Yield: 8/10 Flavor: 8/10 Aroma: 8/10 Bag-appeal: 8/10 Trouble-free: 10/10 NOTE: I couldn't find the photos I took of the first one I harvested, but it was the smallest (and stinkiest) of the bunch.

Harvested them on 10/4, washed them and hung them to dry for 4 days, then alternated them in brown paper bags and big jars for a few days until perfect. Final thoughts: Like most sativas I've grown, those biggass colas were kinda fluffy and shrunk up pretty bad once dry, but it's super frosty, tasty, and smells delicious as well. It was very easy to grow, but a pain to trim...too leafy. No deficiencies at all with normal feed, and they bulked up really well in the last two weeks. They are thirsty girls because they have a lot of foliage. They can withstand being less than a foot from quantum boards for their final week or two without burning up too much. I don't like that it took this strain almost two weeks longer than the others, but a good sativa usually takes quite a while longer than these did. 9/25: Harvested them, washed and hung to dry for 5 days, then alternated from jars to brown paper bags for a several more days. Final thoughts: This strain proved to be very indica in both growth characteristics and effect. I really like it as a "medicinal" variety..great for stress/anxiety or insomnia. The buds are super "greasy" and dank while growing and once dry. They didn't stretch much, and had hardly any lateral branching, unlike their mother. They didn't take up any more space than their pots. Would have been perfect for a single-strain SOG. Very heavy for shorter, cola-only plants...buds are really really dense.
