11/1- Week 9 here we go! Going to give the ladies a few days to recuperate from the massive de-foliation and chiropractic treatment they received yesterday then I'll flip them to 12/12. I started yesterday by going from 18/6 to 16/8, with the thinking that it will tell the plants that the season is ending and they need to get busy! They were also given a feed yesterday of 1/2g each of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom/Grow Big/Tiger Bloom added which resulted in a final ph of 6.3 @75 deg. with a 1400ppm TDS @ 2.4 EC. I'm waiting on a CO2 setup to arrive at the moment and I'm hoping it gets its ass here soon as I want to definitely be running it as they transition into flower to get the most benefit from it. I already have the tent plumbed with supply line and am waiting on the tank/regulator and a Autopilot CO2 Controller w/remote sensor to keep an eye on everything. ππ
11/3- Lite water today with 1 tbsp. per gallon Neptune's Harvest Seaweed Extract added. It was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74 deg. using Alchemist PH Down. I installed the CO2 system today- Regulator/Solenoid/#20 tank purchased from Growers House and an Autopilot APC8200 CO2 Controller with Remote Sensor from Hydrofarm along with 25' of perforated 'CO2 Rain' tubing which I ran completely around the inside walls of the tent (and behind each of the 4 fans in the tent) at a height of 36" to allow the CO2 to fall onto the plants since it is heavier than air. I mounted the Autopilot Remote Sensor on the middle rear tent pole @ 24" high. I located the tank in the closet which houses my IdealAir AC unit and a board mounted on the wall that has all of my electronics on it (Timer, watt meter, exhaust controller, power supply, back-up exhaust control). I mounted the controller on the electronics board, then connected all the lines, turned on the tank/adjusted CO2 flow to .5 cu ft./hr. and powered up the Autopilot. I set the CO2 output to 1000ppm with a 200ppm window. I'm running the tent with the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 set on 3 and the IdealAir AC unit set on 72 deg. which now is giving a temperature range in the Gorilla 4x8 of 77 - 84 deg. @ 55% RH even with the HLG 650R's now cranked up all the way!ππ Needless to say...the ladies are freakin LOVIN it! I swear you can almost watch them grow! Getting ready to go to 12/12 on 11/5 and I've slowly reduced the daylight hours over the last 1 1/2 weeks from 19/5, to 18/6, to 15/8 and lastly to 13/11 the day before the 'flip'. π
11/5- Flipped the girls to 12/12 today! We'll call tomorrow Day 1 of flower. No water today, as all were still slightly moist 2" down. Started supplemental UVA on the left side of the 4x8 where the FastBuds Gelato is, as it's in flower. The ladies are absolutely LOVING the CO2 they are receiving now! I swear they're growing 1-2" a day and I've never seen them 'praying' like they are now...some happy girls!
11/7- Day 2F - All were fed today .5g each of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom/Tiger Bloom/Grow Big added for a final solution of 1400 ppm / 2.4 EC / 6.2 PH @ 74 deg. I did up the amount of Tiger Bloom by 5ml/g and reduced the dosage of Grow Big by 5ml/g to up the PK for them. All are looking fantastically happy with the CO2 at 850-1100 ppm and tent temps running 76-84 deg. with a RH of 52%. ππ
@Inganjawetrust, thanks so much! They're a bit slow on the stretch but they should still put on another few inches before they start really getting busy!ππ
