Not much happened. Germinated on day 2, 1 seed has 2 leaves popping out on day 3

Day 10 I noticed the leafs around the edges are all nice & green but in the inner parts of each leaf it's looking a bit rusted, more so just grey after examining the photos.
Is this a deficiency? Fungus?
I've adjusted the PH to 5.7 temporarily
