Noob Tries Baking Auto Colorado Cookies

I kept my "improvements" going this week and the girls are still looking pretty good (I think - I am a first timer!). Each of them doubled in size in the last week, with righty still a little bigger due to the curve in lefty's main stem. The stems have thickened up a little, hopefully helped by the fan breeze. I'm watering every other day, 1/2 gallon of RO water for each plant with the GHE + CalMag nutrients and a decent amount of runoff. PPM on the water is 360 going in and 480 coming out. I'm struggling with the when and how of LST. I've seen other folks start right about now, seems to me like the strategy is to stabilize base of the plant and then pull over the top with wire without snapping or damaging the plant in order to allow the lower parts more light to try and catch up to the main top of the plant.....and that's about it. I may try to do that in the next couple days unless somebody comments and suggests that I wait or has other advice to offer. I may skip LST altogether or only do it for a single plant. Still debating & researching. Otherwise since nothing about the plant appearance is freaking me out I plan to stay the course and see where this all goes.
